    Iced salted sweet iced coffee

Coffee is good and different, their horchata is great and Adiel made a salted sweet drink the next time. Their pastries are also tasty. Environment is also relaxing where I was able to work as I waited for my barber.

A gem in the heart of the mall. Staffed by only one barista, but she does her work well. They can do pretty much anything as far as espresso goes, and have Red Bulls in the fridge they can infuse. Pretty spendy, I paid 8 bucks for a 20oz coffee, but they're friendly and the experience is cool. Worth a stop if you're feeling like a taste test!

Cute little shop in the Collab with a bunch of other shops. Service is always great. They have fun seasonal drinks. Nice change from the standards chains.

While exploring new coffee spots near Santan Village, I discovered this hidden gem. If you're driving around trying to find it, you won't spot it right away. Park your car, take a short walk near the Forever 21 store, and you'll see the entrance. I tried their matcha latte with a touch of sweetness, and it was perfectly balanced. The service is superb friendly and the drink was fast and delicious. The shop itself is small, with only a few tables and chairs to sit at while waiting. The interior is styled a barbershop, giving it a unique vibe that's different from the typical coffee shop, yet still warm and inviting.

This is a nice little coffee shop with very friendly staff! Perfect place to stop by if you're out walking around San Tan Village. The coffee is very good and they have a great summer menu! I would definitely recommend trying it!

Stopped in before my sons birthday trip to build a bear! It took a minute to find this place but we were able to. There are salons and stuff here which is cool! They looked to have a bunch of tasty options and they have Dubai chocolate you can preorder! I got a cold brew with oat milk and my husband got a caramel latte. Service was great and fast! It is cute in here too I liked how they had little shelves with books. My drink was pretty good! Maybe a bit milky but not bad. My husband enjoyed his coffee as well! Nice place to stop while browsing San tan village!

A Latin inspired coffee shop?! Say less. Since it was Mexican Independence Day, I was looking for well- a Mexican owned coffee shop to support & I'm so happy I decided to give this place a try. Situated inside The Collab salon suites, this place is hidden & may be tricky for some to find. Upon entry, I was immediately greeted by the male employee-possibly owner? who was very friendly. I decided on the Tres Leches Latte large iced w/ oat milk. And LET ME TELL YOU!! This coffee was incredibly delicious and offered all the flavors I would expect in this drink. My latte had flavors of Ibarra- an authentic Mexican chocolate similar to "Abuelita" chocolatè. Topped with whip cream & cinnamon this drink was IT. I typically have to travel out of my way to Phoenix to get coffee like this...but not anymore! Everything on the menu sounded great and deciding what to get is the hard part! This drink was part of their summer menu offerings but I really hope they add it to their fall menu. I can't wait to come back & try out more of their specialty drinks.

La Taza is the cutest little shop! It's tucked away inside the collab (visible from the walkway!!) the waiting area is adorable and very clean. The menu has some really creative options. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner while I was there. Extremely polite & you could just tell he was passionate about the business. We talked about upcoming exciting events at the shop & I can't wait to attend!! I requested his favorite latte and I was NOT disappointed!! He made a blue agave iced latte - I've never had this flavoring. It was a sweet honey/simple syrup type flavoring. Extremely tasty!! I also got a brownie & it was so soft and tasty. I'm literally dreaming about getting. Another one. Thanks for the coffee suggestion & can't wait to come back to try some fall drinks!!

Stopped in here to grab a coffee when I was shopping with some friends while visiting Gilbert. Such a cute little spot to grab a coffee! Love that it's a local spot. There's not much to this spot, just basically would say it's a coffee bar so you can grab a drink and make your way out. The guy that took our order was super nice and friendly. I loved the little backdrop they had in here with the neon sign so of course had to take a photo. I think my friend even took one of her little girl in front of it. So cute! I ordered a vanilla iced latte with sugar free vanilla, which I was so glad they had. It was delicious and refreshing and did the trick to power me through the rest of the shopping trip and my day! Definitely recommend stopping in here to grab a coffee or tea!

I finally made it in to this coffee shop and I am so glad I did. I stopped by around 2:30pm with my sister and there was a small line forming with one barista working. She handled the line well and it was finally our turn to order after a few minutes of waiting in line. She kindly greeted us and thanked us for being patient. I had originally wanted to try out the "El Jefe" latte but when she told me it could only be made hot I decided to pass. I ended up settling for an iced Sugar Cookie latte with oatmilk and my sister tried out the iced Dos Leches latte with oatmilk. Total spent was $18, including a tip. We sat down and waited a few minutes for our lattes. When ready, the barista very nicely brought them out to our table. My latte had whip on top so I made sure to mix it in before taking a sip. The whip cream gave it a nice creamy texture, which I love. It was not too sweet, just right. My sister said her dos leches latte was ok but she wished it would've been a little more milkier as it was very strong. Overall we had a pleasant visit. I would come again.

Love the ambiance of this little coffee shop! I have been wanting to stop by this place and finally did today, did not disappoint. The horchata latte was to die for. Will definitely stop by again sometime soon and try something new.

Iced Salted Caramel Latte with Almond Milk

Such a cute and aesthetic coffee shop. It is located between Forever 21 and Wetzel's Pretzel's. Order: Iced / Salted Caramel Latte. Had to have a substitution for the milk since I'm lactose intolerant lol but since they don't have Soy milk, I went with Almond milk instead. It was either that or Oat milk. Def recommend stopping by to get some coffee.

I was looking for a spot to remote work for a half day and thought I'd try this spot! They don't open until 9. The guy working was great. He seemed to take care in each drink he made... even bringing the drink over to people instead of yelling out the drink. I had the strawberries horchata latte with oat milk. It was delicious. Though pricey. $8 with taxes and tip. The shop is in the lobby of a business collective space with pretty much all beauty places the lobby with tables was surprisingly quite.

The space is extremely comfortable -- cozy seating, welcoming energy, and an outdoor area that's truly remarkable. It's the kind of place where you can meet a friend, get some work done, or simply unwind with a great cup of coffee. Let's talk about the coffee -- because it's extremely well done. You can genuinely taste the flavor in every sip. I'm a nitro, cold brew girl -- always black -- and they nail it every time. Smooth, bold, and perfectly balanced. That said, I'm a total sucker for their seasonal selections. Somehow, they always make it hard not to switch things up. The seasonal flavors are thoughtfully crafted and never overpowering -- just the right touch to make your drink feel special. The pastries? Incredible. Fresh, delicious, and the perfect pairing to any drink. Whether you're stopping in for a quick bite or a full coffee moment, you won't be disappointed. Another major plus: the prices are reasonable, and the line moves fast. Even when it's busy, the service is efficient without ever feeling rushed. The customer service is genuinely great -- everyone is extremely nice, welcoming, and happy to help. It's such a refreshing change to experience a place where the vibe is consistently excellent. They also offer their merch, coffee to go, and other home items, which makes it easy to take a little piece of the experience with you. Overall, this coffee shop delivers on every level -- flavor, atmosphere, service, and value. It's cozy, inviting, and full of good energy. Definitely a must-try spot that you'll find yourself coming back to again and again.

The seasonal kettle corn coffee is my absolute favorite--it's such a fun and unique flavor and something I look forward to every year. It's definitely a must-try if it's available. The only downside is the price. One coffee and a pastry can easily run close to $20, which feels pretty steep. That's really the only reason for the four stars instead of five. If you're looking for high-quality coffee and treats and don't mind the splurge, this is a great spot to check out!

They offer complimentary wifi, a shelf of mission-branded merchandise and a menu of herbal teas and unique coffee drinks. Also a small assortment of pastry items. In addition to the regular entrance, they have a huge garage door access so on nicer days they can open up the seating area for fresh air and more of an outside but inside vibe. Staff were friendly barista hippie types but took a while for them to acknowledge us standing there even though there was no line. Ordered one hot tea and a seasonal coffee drink. Neither were great and their pricing is misleading. For example the seasonal drink was supposed to be $5.89 but was charged $7.65 and the tea was nothing more than a basic tealeaves in hot water. We didn't add any items to justify the upcharge but when I brought it to the cashiers attention she was unsure how to adjust the price or offer a refund unless we wanted loose change. SMH. If a Customer pays by Apple pay, they should be refunded or credited in the same way. Seems like a space intended for Co-working or digital nomad types as there were about 4 people with laptops and headphones sipping on drinks. Because of the ultra cool vibe, I'll definitely give them another chance to change my mind if I'm nearby but I think for what we ordered it wasn't a great price to value.
