The iced coffee is so good, with many selections of extras such as vanilla flavoring, oat, soy or coconut milk for those of us who cannot have dairy. The lady who took my order was super nice, friendly and helpful. Aside from the sidewalk outside, it is handicap accessible, if someone holds the door open for you to come in with your wheelchair. It wasn't loud and the place was nice and sunny. The coffee was just as delicious as I remembered from 3 years ago. We will definitely be returning for coffee because the ambiance, the coffee and the service were excellent.

I wasn't sure what toppings or dipping sauce were used in the photo I saw, but Sydney knew exactly what I was talking about right away and helped me order it. Thank you, Sydney! The café itself is pretty spacious, very clean, and wasn't too crowded when we visited, which made it a nice place to relax and enjoy our dessert. The owners are genuinely some of the sweetest and cutest couple ever. The drinks are yum every time, especially their specialty lattes which are what I usually stick with. They manage to keep things balanced and not overly sweet, which I appreciate. It can get busy, especially during peak hours, so coming early helps if you don't want to wait around. But even when it's crowded, the vibe stays pretty calm and welcoming. Also, their Instagram is worth checking out because it's funny, and creative. Check them out if you haven't already!

So great product. Three stars for service. Greeted by a guy with that indifferent boutique coffee shop attitude you experience in so many boutique shops. I don't need my hand kissed or the barista to bow down to me, but just act like its not effort to put a smile in your face. I am spending $20 + for a couple of coffees and cookies. There's a reason so many of the chains, and some smaller businesses, have gone to "Welcome in" and "what are you up to today." I appreciate what they're trying to do - they want to offer a friendly experience; but it actually bugs me, because it comes across as disingenuous. However, all you have to do is say "Hi - what can I get you" or something like that and make it sound like you mean it. I guess what I'm saying is, act like you like your job.
