Valley Taproom is right down the road from me. I am literally within walking distance of it everyday since I go to the EOS gym in the same parking lot. Had I not been on this god forsaken diet of mine, I would stop by every day. I do take the opportunity to stop by on my one cheat weekend of every month. They always have some great music playing on the weekends. The best part is that it's not always the same. One night you will walk in and it country. The next night 80s rock. They were playing dancehall reggae one night I went. Maybe the first time I walked into a place and they had dancehall reggae playing, in my 18 years of living in AZ. I loved coming into this bar a while back because they had the pickle beers and it was nice to just come in and drink. But this woman, I don't know if she still works there. Some blonde chick took my ID and showed the other customers my ID. My name is spelled different. She laughed at it, and then showed a couple of her regulars. I should've said something then, but never did. I was really excited to find out that Valley Tap was opening a location here in QC because I love the Gilbert location. This Valley Tap is in a really cool location next to Fat Cats and soon to be Pecan Lake Entertainment! Every time I've been here, the service has been really good. The beertenders have all been really awesome explaining the beers and giving samples. The taproom is clean, and the beer is cold and yummy. This location has an awesome outdoor seating area and a nicely designed taproom. This location also has TVs and live music. My only issue is that I feel like this location is a bit expensive on the beer. I am definitely happy to see Valley Tap here in QC! read more

Honestly I really like it here, but I can't stand the one bartender that is there all the time. She's so inappropriate and rude. She was there and *no surprise* made multiple inappropriate comments to me about my hair and my breasts while simultaneously rubbing up against my husband, even asking him to take money from her mouth? Sat at a table for over 15 minutes and no one greeted me, or offered to put in a drink order or anything. Then a couple that came in after I was waiting for service for so long came in and was served immediately. So if you are in their little click, you will be fine. This town desperately need to good bar that is happy to have new customers that are willing to pay for good service, good times, and good cocktails along with good food. Not worth your time or money, the food is below subpar. The margarita is like water with lime. Don't waste your time.

Waiter went around the table twice to get everyone's orders and skipped me both times, someone else had to go up to the bar to get my order put in then it wasn't put in right, was here for an hour before we got our food with no other tables occupied, one of the dishes was the taco Dillard and they had to combine the meat from the other ones to make one full one. We visited this establishment on 12/2/2023 with friends. We arrived around 7:30pm or so. There was a decent sized crowd, and I believe they just opened a week ago. We expected a few quirks. We sat down at a table away from the bar. Their beer selection is somewhat awesome ! ( that's the good news ) Bad news , there's really no one at this establishment to wait on tables, at least in a prompt and timely manner. Drinks and service was good at the bar. When we wanted to re-order our drinks, process less than easy, and it took an extended time for someone to stop by our table. We got hungry and decided to order food and this is not their strong suit for sure. I ordered the chicken wings, and received in a reasonably timely manner chicken wings straight out of the bag from the supermarket. The sauce that was added was less than tasty, and the wings were honestly terrible. Everyone else that ordered food at our table had the same experience and we would not recommend any of the food. You can BYOF , but that just seemed really odd to us , but if you feel comfortable with that , DO it!! They've got a long way to go. We wish them the best of luck because they're close to our home and we want to have a place where we can go grab a drink and get some food. Here's to hoping this place improves. Quick defense for this place, as this is what they said to us , we're a tap room. The positives: The beer selection is good. There are lots of TVs. It's a good size venue for a taproom with a decent size patio. The negatives: Yeesh, the staff is stiff. I came in for a quick beer, just to check out the location as I love the original local. As I walked in the door, I immediately felt awkward. The woman helping me looked like she would rather be anywhere else. After she ran my card, I asked to leave it open, without looking at me or even turning around to face me, she shoved my card back at me over her shoulder. Maybe she is just having a bad day, but it was super uncomfortable. Trying not to let this first experience decide whether or not I ever come back to this location.
