First time trying this place. Ordering on the app was easy. Wait time was about 20 min after placing the online order. We waited 10-15 min before entering the drive thru lane and when we pulled up to the window we were told to park out front and they would bring the food out to us. We waited about 10 minutes before it was brought out. We ordered 3 carne asada tacos, a crazy potato with carne asada, chips & salsa and a slice of flan as well as 2 medium fountain drinks and it was a little over $40. Carne asada tacos were very good. My daughter's crazy potato with carne asada was also very good. Chips and Salsa, the chips were good but the salsa was just ok. We also shared some flan, we both agreed it was just ok and not worth $5. Prices are a little high. I didn't see the option for cilantro or lime anywhere. Everything seemed like it needed a little salt. Plenty of parking, a drive thru, handicap parking, nice sized patio to eat outdoors if you prefer. Overall not bad just a little over priced. We live right behind this restaurant. We received a Valley pack coupon which says you can use it in person, online, or on the app. We started an online order and there was no coupon code to enter. We called and asked how to do it. The person put us on hold to speak to the manager. She came back and said those coupons are only good in the store, and not good for a phone order either. We drove to the store and ordered and waited. We got home and realized we were missing 3 tacos. We called and were on hold again while they got the manager. He said he would like us to come back and get the tacos. So we did. He threw in a flan and chips which was nice. We were in town from Texas. We were hesitant to try them, due to past reviews, but we were really glad we ignored them! The food was delicious and the servings were huge. By far my favorite Mex chain in the area. Love the salsa bar and the plentiful proteins that are loaded on their offerings. After many tries, we have settled in on the al pastor as the best option, with chicken a close second. The steaks, a common theme in several places in the area is to shred them to tiny pieces, which kills all the flavor and leaves a hard texture. I know it's low quality beef, but still marinate and cube it. Overall a great option for fast flavorful Mex options in the PHX area. Get the app and weekly specials. read more

I ordered $30 worth of tacos that came with no salsa or limes. I came here for the second time this month, ordering through the drive thru and both times they forgot to put in limes in my bag when I asked for them. This time around they also forgot to include the salsa I specifically asked for as well. The worst part is the manager Megan, her idea of making it right for messing up my $30 dinner, is offering me 1 free taco or chips and salsa on the house for my next visit, because according to Megan, she eats her tacos without salsa or limes so it's no big deal to her. So if you like tacos with no salsa or limes, you should definitely come try this place out, they don't even include them in your meals! The burritos here are super filling and full of fresh ingredients. When we walked in they had about sixty or so huge red tomato's roasting on the grill, which was quite the sight to behold. The tortillas are so fresh and flavorful, and the salsa is just smoky roasted goodness. The only downside here is that it is an east facing building with huge glass roll up garage doors, so when the sun starts to set it's blinding, and there is just no place to get away from it. read more

I went in there for dinner shortly after it opened and it was absolutely bone rattling cold in there I opted to eat outside in the cold because it was warmer. I know that sounds crazy! But it was ! Have gone here a few times for a quick lunch as there isn't a ton in the area still. Food overall has been good but the quality control is lacking. 3 out of 4 times I have been through the drive-thru here my order has been incorrect. The first time they did not give us the salsa or sour cream (extra 1$) we ordered. The second time there was no carne asada in a burrito we ordered and paid extra for. Just today we ordered 2 bean and cheese burritos with a birria quesadilla and they forgot an entire burrito. Just doesn't seem like they care, you get what they give you with no apologies. read more

Megan the manager is awful. I am at home sick, asked my husband to stop by and get me a bean/cheese burrito. When I got home it had very little beans in it and was super skinny/flat. Most of the burro when I bite it was tortilla. I called the restaurant explained and said we go there often so we know this isn't the norm. Before I could even finish talking Megan then said well if I don't like it I can always ask them for extra beans. I explained again this was a to-go order so help me to understand how I would know this little was in the burrito. She stated well you said you are a regular. She also said they no longer fill their burritos but they do a spread of beans?! What? I'm so confused by this statement. So if I want more I would need to request extra beans for a real burrito? As I am speaking to her she makes the comment "I know exactly who you are and do you want me to replace your burrito or not"?! I asked how she would know who I was when I had never gave my name. She explained her daughter went to school with my son & I guess she didn't like me much. (keep in mind this was over 5 years ago) I then stated okay so this is a personal thing, not about the burrito I am calling about. I then asked if I can speak to another manager or someone else because she was being super aggressive. She again repeated do I want a replacement or a refund or not? Bomb.com! It was first time and we did a drive thru order. It was busy but the line went quick. My husband ordered the burrito and I ordered the stuffed quesadilla. We also got a free taco (actually 2) for signing up as a reward member. I thought it was smaller but it definitely filled us both up. The burrito, tacos and quesadilla was packed with tons of meat. We almost drove off without asking for hot sauce...tip, don't leave without getting hot sauce. It made the food that much better. It was messy but lucky for me, I was at home. And derived with unique food that will make you want more. I had the Crazy Potato Steak/Carne Asada and it was delicious. I literally finished the whole bowl which was wrapped in foil. They have sauce stations with different levels of spices. I mean you kinda have to have those ingredients added to your meal or it wouldn't be authentic. Great new addition to the south end Queen Creek! Love this place as all the meats are cooked over an open flame (wood), so they all have a wonderful smoky flavor. The food isn't overly priced and believe they still have taco Tuesday specials on top of it all. The line to order inside the restaurant can look intimidating, but has always gone pretty quickly for us. They do have several salsas to choose from and the first few times I ate here, I tried them all. But after a while, I find myself gravitating to the mild red sauce. Note the mild red sauce is really good...tastes like whatever pepper they use, they roast it first...I put that stuff on everything I order from here. There is a huge patio section out back. Since they just opened in the summer, I haven't seen anyone sitting out there yet, but they do have heaters the winter months. My only complaint is with the drive-thru. Depending on how busy they are at the moment, some people will go down 2-3 aisles before making the turn to get in line for the drive-thru. However, there is always some jerk who turns down the first aisle, playing stupid, thus trying to cut the line causing verbal shouting match and honking or horns. I recommend that the staff put up cones so no one can enter the drive thru without going down 3-4 aisles first. read more
