A couple of days ago, I was told by an employee that my drink was being made, only to stand there for another five minutes while no one actually made it. Another employee eventually asked if I had been helped and said, "I'll make it now." At that point, I was pretty confused about what had been happening. There is also frequently no one at the register. I've seen a line form with multiple customers waiting while no one is taking orders, and this has happened on more than one occasion. Honestly, it doesn't seem like there is much direction or organization among the staff. It feels like everyone is just being told to "make drinks," but sometimes they appear to be making more drinks than there are customers in the drive-thru or inside the shop. We have officially decided to stop going to this location, which is honestly sad because we live nearby and would much rather come here for the convenience, especially when we're heading out of the house.
