they don't support homeschooling moms. the girl at the window would not give me the free drink telling me I needed an to show proof that I was a homeschool mom I showed her post after post of all the years I've homeschooled including this year and she still said I needed a government ID to get the drink for free. I explained to her multiple times that there is no such thing for homeschooling parents, we do not get IDs, no one hires us. such a bummer because I'm at this location often every week and I will no longer support this business, I'll continue to go to Black Rock where they do support homeschooling mothers and give discounts on Tuesdays- no questions asked. read more

I had a good experience here! The staff was very friendly. The service was quick. I had gone through the drive through so I am unsure if they do have indoor seating but they have some tables outside I believe. The food was not bad for the price but it also didn't "wow" me. Just seemed very standard. Not much I can say about ambiance as I ate in my car lol. The matcha was pretty standard too. Overall for the price and speed of service it was great. The taste just wasn't there for me. It wasn't bad but again didn't stand out much. Overall I would love to come back and try their coffee. Maybe one of their sandwiches as well. Amazing customer service. We were waiting for a table at a nearby brunch spot, so decided to caffeinate ourselves. Got the ice blended mocha. On our way back to the brunch spot we tried to drink our coffee. The issue was it was so sugary. Like drinking Hersey syrup through a straw sugary. We tried, but we just couldn't drink it. We ended up walking back to Ziggi's and the lady at the window was so awesome. She offered to remake our drinks half sweet. So much better. It was still on the sweet side, but very tasty. I came here for the first time a couple weeks ago because I moved to the area and I bought a drink and signed up for the rewards program. The drive-through lady told me if I came back and purchased another drink that my third drink would essentially be free and I also got an email confirmation of this. I went today to get the free drink and they told me it wasn't showing on my account so they wouldn't honor it. As a business owner, I don't appreciate this kind of service and would never lose a customer over a free five dollar drink that I offered them at their last visit. Won't be returning! read more

Ziggi's blended peanut butter white chocolate mocha is by FAR the best frappe I have ever had. My fiancé and I stopped here for the first time yesterday and ordered the same thing. We immediately looked up at each other in shock after our first sip. The next day (right now as I type this), we are back. Was in the East Valley and needed an iced coffee to get me through the afternoon and Ziggi's was close by. I am so glad we stopped by. You know that incredibly intoxicating smell of freshly ground coffee? I swear my drink actually tasted like that. First- they have the BEST ice- the little circle ice. I had an iced Hazelnut Cream and it was so smooth. Every sip was perfection and the whipped cream on top? Felt like they made it right before they handed me the drink. My husband got an iced caramel macchiato which he thought was really good. I really hope Ziggi's expands to North Phoenix- it would be my new favorite. I have never been treated so horribly regarding my dietary requests. I went through the drive-thru on 1/15 at 1:40pm and ordered my usual.....a medium iced all sugar-free Colorado Mocha. Every time I go through, I confirm that it's completely sugar-free because I am a type 1 diabetic. I have been informed that they make their own sugar-free chocolate milk with sugar free chocilate sauce and my choice of milk (half and half) rather than using the bottled chocolate milk that they would normally use. This is confirmed by no rise in my blood sugar after drinking. When I got up to the window the girl asked me if I still wanted the regular chocolate milk and I told her no. I explained what all of the other Baristas tell me and she argued with me. She said that the only thing she can do sugar free is the syrup and I have to take the chocolate milk. I told her that I can't do that and explained how to make it completely sugar-free. This is not something that I should have to do because this is her job not mine. She proceeded to smile and laugh at me and tell me that they must always be using chocolate milk and lying to me. I told her that's not correct because if that was, my blood sugar would rise and it never does. I ended up leaving there without anything at all and am so turned off by how she treated me that I really don't want to go back. This wasn't just a dietary request but a need. These employees need to be trained better or maybe just this specific one does. Regardless, you don't laugh at a customer like she did at me. Despicable. read more

Funny because we just happened to be in the area and while stopped for lunch a lady was standing outside who invited us over to their grand opening at this location. My first impression was...a good location which appears to be a growing area. Second, EMMA deserves a raise already as her customer service was stellar. On an afternoon walk stopped by this local chain coffee place. I got this "Venti" size Colorado Mocha and it tasted amazing! It's none of those Starbucks BS common mocha sweet but giving a different mellow sweet flavor to it. It's so different that at first I got a little confused but later on be like, wait, this is way better. Coffee places are usually similar with similar recipes. But to give credits to local places defending for the evil reign of Starbucks, I'd give one extra bonus star. Bad thing is they are just as price-y as Starbucks. I love me some Ziggi's! Great quality coffee and drive through service! Always greeted with a smile and they have the best spicy sausage/chorizo breakfast sandwich! I'm a member of their rewards system and, their prices are reasonable for the amount they give you. They have so many flavorful options. If you're looking for sugar free options, this is your place! I do wish they had of the sugarfree flavors all on display, so I don't have to ask every time I want to switch it up. But if you haven't given their coffee a try, I recommend you do. And you can get as creative as you'd like with your order, and they most likely have your flavor. They have a place to sit outside but this place is mostly for on the go in and out ambiance. I was walking down Guadalupe st. going west and right before Sossaman I saw this really cool looking new Cafe(with nice drive thru)called "Ziggis"(they originated in Longmont Colorado). The Owner, Stephanie, and Barista Noah were very friendly and welcoming. I chose a Raspberry-Pomegranate smoothie with whipped cream on top and it was THE BEST I EVER HAD! My cinnamon roll with toffee, butterscotch flavored cold brew(added a strong espresso shot)were also outstanding. There is also a nice seating area and staff are fast fulfilling orders. I made a trip here to Arizona and saw this place and had to try it (I'm from California). A walk up window to place your order and a small sitting area outside for patrons was nice. I ordered an iced coffee and a Colorado Mocha. The iced coffee isn't as strong as Starbucks, so if you are looking for a coffee punch, this may not be for you. The Colorado Mocha has a nice sweet flavor and mellow in flavor. I'm comparing it to Dutch Bros and Starbucks. My first choice is still Starbucks and then Dutch Bros. Ziggi's is worth a try if you are in the area. I may come back to try other drinks if I'm ever back here in Arizona. read more
