Fresh croissants has been on my list for a while. Wasn't sure what to expect after arriving, it's super small inside and is also shared with a breakfast spot. Went with a simple chocolate cream cheese croissant and a pecan croissant. Both were delicious! The chocolate was melty and very soft. Usually chocolate croissants tend to be lacking in the chocolate, but definitely not here. The pecan had a crunchy outside and a pecan filling on the inside. It had a nice subtle sweetness and was unlike any other croissant I've tried. Looking forward to our next visit to try some other flavors! read more

I cannot believe how amazing these croissants are. I want more to keep in my freezer. Every single item was flaky and soft and all had really good and different flavors. The pistachio croissant was my favorite. Actual big chopped chunks of pistachio on the inside. The chocolate croissant was very delicious too but kinda messy with the melted chocolate on top. The owner was so kind too and let us know he's expanding to superstition springs mall! And that location will have omelettes and another egg item end of June. I ran across this place by accident. It's located in a strip mall and fresh croissants sure the kitchen with three other businesses. It was a little confusing. They had a nice display, and a great selection of fresh croissants. The selections for the day were traditional, chocolate & almond, blueberry, strawberry, and apple with cream cheese. Oh so delicious! Fresh Croissants is now my new favorite place to grab croissants from. The little shop has a bunch of different croissants to chose from such as chocolate, strawberry cream cheese, butter, cookies & cream, etc. The croissants are fresh and taste yummy! I would definitely recommend visiting! I wish I could go every day! The customer service is tremendous here. Very friendly workers. It's small so recommend take out only. We stopped in here based on other recommendations from fellow Yelpers. We were not disappointed at all!!! The owner told us that they have been around for a long long time, but only recently open to the public, as they bake primarily for catering purposes. Tiny shop with a nice variety of yummy pastries! The guy was so nice. Got the Apple and Pecan croissants, they're both so delicious! The one with pecans on top was soo tasty, nice and crispy on the outside with delicious lightly sweet filling inside. The Apple one was also delicious, lightly covered with sweet drizzle, filled with Apple and cinnamon. The place is very small so you just go in and grab what you want, he did have some other cold pastries as well. Very unique, haven't seen any other places that do croissant pastries like this. It's located in a plaza with plenty of parking, prices are fair given that it's made there and a lot of the stuff is vegan and gluten free (which I normally don't care for) read more

I really wasn't expecting much in the way of croissants, but I got 4 different kinds to try. These are the most light and flaky croissants I have ever had. I got the ham and egg pastry and the chorizo pastry. There isn't a lot of meat in them, but the pastry part of it was amazingly light, flaky and buttery. I also got the strawberry and blueberry croissants. Again, there was enough filling to give it that sweet fruit flavor and enough icing to make it a nice light dessert, but the croissant itself was amazing. I would highly recommend the croissants and pastries, especially if you're looking for something a little on the lighter side that is not overpowering, but still amazing. read more
