All the Starbucks that I have been to have been pretty much consistent. Service at Starbucks is consistent, the taste of the drink could slightly vary by the barest though. I was working through my lunch for a couple of hours while I was waiting to be picked up, a perfect alternative to work from home. The cafe was clean and well maintained. Took a little long considering no one was in line and I only ordered a coffee and the only 2 card in the drive thru were already pulled off. There was no one in the store in line so why make me wait this long is beyond me. The cashier was nice( I think) as she stated that they tossed out the Christmas Blonde roast that I originally wanted... which was odd but then she offered to provide me with an Americano instead. I have no idea what that is, as I'm not a coffee garu and only drink one cup per day in the Winter months. It taste like hot chocolate to me so, I'm wondering if that's what the barista with no personality and who made me wait a VERY long time gave me. Cars were pulling up to the drive thru being served quicker than I was!!! I seriously think she did this on purpose. I've always been a fan of Starbucks. My drinks have always been reliable and quick. It's also a great place to study and work - music if I want to jam or I can put my head phones in and focus on work. People are always friendly. I don't always speak up when my order is wrong (which rarely happens) but if I accidentally realize my drink is wrong in front of them, they'll notice and they'll remake my drink at no charge and they never make me feel bad. This Starbucks is awesome, you can even pick up free coffee grounds for your garden. I've been to quite a few Starbucks and this is a favorite when I'm in the area. Wide selection of cups for sale, good amount of indoor and outdoor seating. And of course a drive thru. Keep it up!!! read more

Took a long time considering there were 2 customers. The customer ahead of me had already placed their ordered of 2 drinks. Apparently it took Anna and Jasmine to both work on 1 customer leaving me standing at the register. After almost 5 minutes and no assistance I decided to walk away. I drive a mixer concrete truck and when I showed up the doors were locked at 6:30. I called and asked why and was told they had personal issues so they won't open for over an hour. This is the Starbucks closest to me so I always go here. They are usually pretty good at getting my order correct however, there are some issues sometimes. Today I did a Mobil order through the app so my drink would be ready when I arrived. My drink was supposed to be a caramel macchiato with extra caramel. Someone stole my reusable red cup that I was SO excited to use (seriously HOW COULD SOMEONE) -- and the Starbucks team here was so kind to make it up to me. On top of that, this Starbucks sometimes does samples of food/drink, so A+++ in customer service! I live close by with 3 approximately equidistant Starbucks to choose from. Definitely not Drive Thru friendly with it being in a shared building with such a small parking spot. 1) not much parking to be a walk-in customer and 2)not the best drive thru design as the line blocks those who have decided to park. Come here when it's not busy(which is rare because busy to them means 5 cars in queue at the drive thru) and you'll have a decent experience. I don't understand how this is possible but they had no Splenda or Equal. You are a literal coffee shop. How do you run out of the condiments required? In addition, the table I sat at to do work was wobbly and my coffee spilled everywhere. You have like two basic jobs: serve coffee and let me work. I accomplished neither. Ordered through uber eats delivery at around 7:15am, and the wait time was projected to be 8:00am. Seemed kinda long for 2 drinks and 4 food items that just go into a heater (if you choose to have it warmed), but alright. I'm pretty sure if I made the same order in person it would've taken half the time to prepare. (it did take until 7:50am for the order to be prepared before the eats driver picked it up). I got the order at 8am and saw the drink wasn't even filled to the top, which i'm guessing is because i selected "no ice". I didn't want ice so i would get more drink. i also selected to double blend it so there wouldn't be pieces of ice, i didn't realize no ice meant they wouldn't blend it in at all. i just didn't want chunks of it added. regardless, there still should have been a grande size amount of drink in the cup even without ice, since that's what i paid for. i paid for a grande size chai frap (6-something) and got the amount in a tall. Been going to this Starbucks for about 2 years and I have consistently had great service from both the drive through and sit down orders. The baristas are very friendly and make an effort to engage with the customers. This is one of the closer coffee shops to the local medical school so there are often students studying here. From a students perspective there are about 6 tables inside with 4 having access to an outlet for charging. The environment can get a little noisy during peak times but it is still a great place to get work done. My only complaint is no standing/high tables for when you want to do a standing work session with your laptop. Finally, there is a nice outdoor seating area which both sun and closed coverage. Overall, great neighborhood place! read more

I have always came to this Starbucks because I live in the area. Recently the app had some type of glitches and I was unable to order the vanilla bean Frappuccino. So I called to confirm if they were out of stock on the product and they confirmed they had it. To be honest, I don't visit Starbucks very often. A lot of the reason why is, whenever I order a drink, it's usually not made well. I have had experiences with burnt coffee, unshaken green tea lattes (which basically amounts to me drinking lumps of matcha powder), drinks that are too sweet, and drinks that just flat out don't taste right. This particular Starbucks has done that a few times to me. The biggest turn off of me about this location, however, is the parking lot and drive-thru. It's an absolute mess. I can't tell you how many almost accidents I've seen in this lot. It's ridiculous. Aside from that, I really do enjoy their staff, I think they're nice people and they're always in chipper moods, which is why I give them 3 stars. The decor and ambiance of this location is nice and would be a decent place to come to work or study, as long as it isn't in the morning amidst the caffeine-deprived, working class on their way to their jobs. I can't vouch for the food at this location, nor at any Starbucks, really... but if that ever changes, I'll update! read more
