I don't do Starbucks regularly, but I do find myself at this location from time to time. I run a lot of errands in this area. Starbucks is great on road trips because they are everywhere, I usually always have a gift card on me from someone or somewhere. They have a great rewards system if you make a lot purchases. I just wish their coffee was better quality. I like this Starbucks location in Chandler. It is a clean spacious store and easy to get to. The customer service is always nice too. It is a good spot to camp out and network at. I came by recently for my usual iced latte and enjoyed my drink. I'll be back next time when I am around Chandler and have another gift card in my wallet. read more

I have to hand it to the team at this location. I ordered my drink through the app and as I was leaving the drive-thru my girl said she wanted something so I ordered it and circled back around and grabbed it. Then as I was leaving, my girls daughters, who I had just picked up from school decided they wanted something so I ordered and circled back around yet again. The team inside were all nice about it and made it to be not a big deal. The drinks were perfect, as always, and made to perfection. I have never been so highly disappointed in a Starbucks before. I went and I asked for a aci lemonade refresher i get my drink back no lemonade, so I tell the worker theirs no lemonade in here she takes my drink back and hands me a tall lemonade and my drink back and closes the window. This is extremely unacceptable. The strawberry' aci refreshers are made with water unless asked to be made with lemonade now I have a water aci refreshers with a cup of lemonade. This store really misses the mark on getting things right. My wife typically just orders a black coffee and they still seem to mess something up. Whether it's overcharging for the tumbler she brought in - charging for a 24 oz when she brought in a 12 oz, not giving her the correct stars or putting her coffee in a reusable cup when she has a tumbler. There's just been to many mistakes over the years to continue patronizing this store. read more

Great location located in the Fry's shopping plaza, but out by the intersection. When the pandemic hit our go-to location on Alma School and Baseline severely reduced their hours, so we began going south to this spot. Fast, friendly, and safe service by wonderful baristas - some even in costumes or funny hats to keep things festive and keep everyone's spirits up. Same terrific service inside or via the drive-thru window. We usually mobile order through the app and just run inside if there is a long line. Wife gets a variety of coffees or teas while I usually get a refresher or a blended frap. This store seems to be staying open later and later which is really nice for our area. Thinking of making some late night runs just to justify their scheduling. read more

Came in as a door dash driver, i knew they were busy but as I'm also on a timeframe i asked a simple question of do you have this persons order ready, without a split second an older lady that was seen bossing around other employees but not making the drinks herself yelled for the whole building to hear "WE ARE MAKING IT RIGHT NOW". a simple "no it's not ready, we will have it out shortly" would've been much more appropriate as i asked very nicely after waiting a little bit. it was extremely inappropriate and i hope shes not the manager with that attitude. i'll be staying away from this starbucks the next time i get an order from there. read more

I love Starbucks. It is a great place to go to and chat with friends if not at home. The place can get crowded so it's hard to tell if you can get a seat without calling ahead or checking first. Some stores have more seating than others. This one has the average amount of seating. Which is to say not too little and not a huge amount. I'm wondering when they'll start building Reserve Starbucks in Arizona. The loaf was delicious. I have tried before the lemon loaf and the coffee cake besides the red velvet. The drinks at this location is also really good too. The store is also clean and it is not usually too noisy in the store. The service was quick and as fast as many of the other stores that I have been to. It is nice when they have happy hour which is the buy one get one free event that they have which was once a week in November and December. It seems they had it also now and then last month so I'm hoping for the same in the upcoming months. read more

I come to this Starbucks usually about 5 days a week. I always ask for light ice. Last weekend, I came by, forgot to ask for light ice and my venti drink was filled to the top with ice. Today, I remembered to ask for light ice. After going back and forth with the girl at the window for a few minutes, she hands me this drink. She said if I want less Ice, there will be less in the cup. They could either leave it like this or fill it up with milk. So bizarre. I would like to start off with the drink was great and I love Starbucks BUT today I went into Starbucks and ordered2 drinks and from the second we started ordering we were met with attitude because the drink orders were a little complicated she actually sighed and told us she'd have to ring it in all separately. Then we were met at the window where she then started talking to her coworkers about our drink orders,giggling and making fun of us then when we loudly said something she then closed the window so we could no longer hear the conversation. I understand covid precautions but this location was SLOW before covid and is even slower now. I used to stop in between 6-730 am and my shift changed so I now come by around 10:30AM and I just don't understand why the pace is so slow. I've been coming to this location for 3 straight years now and up until today have had amazing service. Today the staff fell short and first handed me an iced coffee with coffee grounds floating around in it. The drive thru gal seemed baffled by the fact that I wanted it remade. But reluctantly took it back. Then the second remake had no ice, and had stuff floating around in it. After sitting in a 30 minute line I finally had to just set my nasty coffee on the ledge and drive away as I have other things to get done today other than have my coffee (a simple iced caramel coffee) remade ten times. So I now have paid for coffee, have no coffee and am running behind on everything I need to get done today. Bad job today Starbucks, bad job. read more

Many will argue that a Starbucks is a Starbucks. I agree that, much like Denny's, Starbucks tend to be a pretty consistent experience. The Starbucks at the corner of Alma School and Elliot is more. Is the coffee so much better? Not really. Is the building amazing? Not at all. What is it that is special at this Starbucks? The people. The customer service is simply phenomenal. There is a personal touch that brings a stream of regulars coming back daily. They often remember your name, drink, and even personal quirks. I'm sure if any of the staff is reading this, all I have to say is "small cup with a splash of water", and they know exactly who this is. The staff goes beyond friendly and offers a "small town" feel to a sometimes busy Starbucks, without sacrificing efficiency. The only complaint I have is that the outdoor tables are extremely unstable. I think the welding has broken down. It's hard to work on a laptop when the table pitches at a 45 degree angle at random. It seems this is relegated to the "smoker" tables, but a little time fixing these would add a lot to the experience. I work here a lot and always find this adding an unneeded challenge. I highly recommend making a stop at this Starbucks. I drive past three other ones from my home each time because it's definitely worth it. read more
