Their strawberry smoothie tastes like strawberries, but maybe not like fruit roll up strawberries. I thought it was alright a day later. Although the ice melted, the flavor remained. Service was quick despite the long lines. Dutch bro is basically drive thru only or walk up window only. No indoor seating at most of their locations. I am unsure about getting this strawberry smoothie flavor again. I would get mango smoothie flavor again. I didn't like the strawberry tea or the electric berry tea as much as the mango smoothie Or the strawberry smoothie. read more

So happy to have a Dutch Bros right down the street from me. My order's always right though sometimes the wait can get long. I usually get the annihilator freeze, but with my dairy allergy I've been getting it iced with almond milk. My son usually orders the golden eagle chai. I try to go when it's not crazy busy. read more

Why would anyone want to wait 30 minutes for 1 coffee after ordering it on the online app. Absolutely ridiculous. Don't go to the crismon location terrible terrible terrible. They clearly can't handle the volume. Moving over to Starbucks! You lost my business! read more

i placed my order at around 6:40 this morning and set my pickup time for 7:30. i arrived at this location at about 7:40 to grab my drink, and the lady said they would "get started on it". i then proceeded to wait until 7:55 to receive my drink. absolutley terrible customer service. read more

"Drink One for Dane." Who is this Dane? (Definitely, not me.) I wondered, prodded me to research further, which I'll talk about later. I recently dropped by Dutch Bros in Mesa and decided to try their Cocomo in a large size with a soft top. Growing up, I didn't drink coffee but enjoyed pure chocolate drinks since we harvested our own cocoa beans (I can describe the chocolate process in detail). It's only recently that I've started exploring the world of caffeine. The Cocomo, a blend of coconut syrup, chocolate milk, espresso, and whipped cream, was a delightful surprise. The soft top added a creamy finish that made the drink even more enjoyable. The staff was friendly, and the service was prompt. I'm definitely looking forward to trying more from their menu next time. Going back to the poster, I found out that Dane Boersma was one of the co-founders of Dutch Bros Coffee, along with his brother, Travis Boersma. Their Dutch heritage explains the company's name. It was founded in Grants Pass, Oregon, in 1992, with humble beginnings where the brothers started with a pushcart selling coffee and grew it into the well-known drive-thru coffee chain it is today. Dane, known as "The Wise Man," passed away in 2009 from Lou Gehrig's disease. The "Drink One for Dane" fundraiser is an annual event dedicated to raising awareness and supporting community outreach. Isn't it amazing? A coffee with such a rich history and a continuing legacy. read more

this was supposed to be a blended strawberry rebel with blue razz drizzle and blue razz float. They gave us the wrong drink at first as it was iced not blended and when we asked for them to give us the correct drink they threw whatever the first drink was into the blender and gave us this all while talking about us amongst eachother with their service window open so we could hear everything. Our drink was supposed to be pink with blue float and drizzle as it always is, along with that the drink tasted more like ice and flat redbull than a flavored drink. i will not be returning and i hope the work ethic really improves read more

Great location. They have the service down, people walk up to your car and take your order. Take a minute or two but if they bring out your drink before you get to the window they will walk it up to you and then you can pull over to drive off. The people working their are so friendly and great at small talk. The best drink i had was the mocha latte with a pump of vanilla and soft top. Delicious! Overall 5/5 read more

Always have a nice experience at this location. The staff is quick and friendly and smart. No issues experienced here ever!

Cold Brews all day every day! I unfortunately don't come to Dutch as much as I used to since the took away heavy whipping cream. I try to stay clear of sugar options and this is my favorite drink with a splash of hwc and sf vanilla. Though I still pick up cold brews once in a while I end up having to add the cream at home. Service was good and closed the freeway which was great for me n my way home. Being back the heavy whipping cream ! read more

One of the highlights of my day is heading over to Dutch Bros on Crismon to grab some coffee! This location has some of the best, top-notch, friendly broistas and their leadership team is right up there! The service here is incredible! Folks please take care of your broistas, be kind and tip them even if it's just a dollar. They work diligently to serve up great coffee and always with a smile. Thank you for making my day so wonderful especially you BESTIES who make my coffee! Last, to the Dutch Bros owner(s), please keep them happy so that it keeps showing up in our drinks! read more

Drinks are always great. Just 1 employee who ruins it for people... instead of working she's too busy chatting with person in car and holding up the line. Instead of helping her co-worker take orders with the line of cars she was yapping away. Instead of getting out of the way so other customers could get their orders.... Other broistas had to bring orders out for their customers. read more

This location use to rock!!! I am a regular every morning there but since the major change of a few employees leaving , the service has not been that great. The drink has a different taste each time , The time is diffently longer then what it use to be. The mobile walk up window could use improvements. read more

Do not buy from this location!!! I really wish they provided tickets so I could back up the statement that I'm about to make but I'll provide some pictures to back it up. I came here at night and ordered 2 medium Iced Cookie Butter Latte's. I noticed that the total for my drink was not what it usually comes out to whenever I order the same exact order. They ended up charging me $17.00 with no tip added as seen in the first image below. I then proceeded to attempt to make an online order to see what the total would be on the app and the total for the same exact order was $13.97 as seen in the image attached. To make it clear I am not tripping about the difference, I'm just really upset about the values and morals behind this location. Before the lady showed me the tip option on the screen she stated that the total would be $17.00 and that's when I immediately noticed something wasn't right so I then proceeded to not add tip on the transaction so I could make my own research. And best believe, they were caught in the act.... Once again, don't but from this location! It's messed up playing with people's money the way they do in this location.. read more

I ordered one drink, I was the first person to walk up and a line formed after me and 5 people that came after and ordered got their drinks before me. I felt that was bad service. I could be wrong but I didn't think my iced rebel was that difficult to make especially since other Dutch locations will make it fairly quickly. read more

Terrible service there was no one to guide the line and I ended up being cut by four people then to be served after people behind me as well. I only got two drinks. Maybe get some more experience managers to train staff read more

Found my fave location not too far from home. Amazing, lightning-fast crew, great service, & of course the drinks!!! The only drawback is you have to "flip a u-turn" to get in here if you're coming from the freeway either way but I'll do it anytime just to get my Dutch fix!!! read more

every time I go there, my drink is halfway melted, and when I ask the workers to remake it, all they do is re-blend it to make the drink even more bland. I love Dutch Bros, but this has become a problem almost every time I've been there at this location read more

Waited in line for 20 mins and they got my order wrong. I ordered one thing. It was after 9:30, not a normal busy time of day either.

Great coffee as always but unfortunately they missed the mark with their location and setup here as they are tough to get into and out of if you're driving north. The parking lot is small and cars in the drive through can block those in the few parking spots available. There are plenty of DB's nearby though so you should be able to find a more user friendly one without too much difficulty. read more

We come to this location many times a week since it's down the street from us so as a regular, it's surprising to have one of the baristas disregard line order and skip the order in which we pulled up. Jacob, our barista, needs to work on understanding how the line works. We get people have off day but we had to say something in order for him to respect the line and he looked at us, ignored us and went to the car that cut everyone else. There's lots of dutch bros to choose from, but we like this location because it's convenient. Not trying to be a Karen but after waiting in line for 10-15 min, it's makes a difference to your day. read more

Any time I come to this Dutch Bros location, I always have some sort of issue. On my most recent visit, the walk up window area was absolutely putrid. The ground was so dirty and sticky/gross from drinks being spilled. It is a newer location, yet it looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. I ordered 2 drinks and when the drinks were handed over to me, the cups were all wet and sticky. On another occasion, I went through the drive thru. The order taker was outside in the line using the tablet. I told the guy what I wanted, and he proceeded to ask, "What's that?" I was so confused. He was then asking me if it was a coffee or what type of drink it was because he didn't know. Ummm, how can you be taking orders and not be familiar with the menu? I then had to put the car in park, get on my phone and internet search their menu on their website and show the guy on my phone what drink I wanted. Just wow! read more

Date of visit - 1/5/24 at 8pm Pulled through the crismon location, we were very excited to check out this location but am sad to say our experience was lower than below average. Ordered a hot cocoa that wasn't even steamed. It was just cold chocolate milk in a hot cup. While the window person didn't talk to us, we saw the baristas on the espresso bar free pouring large amount of syrup into the Rebel energy drinks. I'm pretty sure you're not supposed to do that? Anyways this location is lacking service and quality. If you're used to a consistent Dutch Bros experience, definitely skip this one. read more

Great service. Very quick, attentive and courteous at the walk up window from the beginning g to departure. .

This is the second time I've been here. I ordered an iced coffee today. It was the worst taste, like diluted iced coffee. I don't know what's so special about this place. I won't come here again. read more

Slow as heck, I been in line for over 30 mins and haven't gotten my drink. Worst Dutch ever omm.

Everyone who works the morning shift are constantly messing up the drink's, they lack the flavor and are improperly made with adding too much ice or blending it wrong possibly, there's also been times when the drinks had chunks of unknown things in the freedom rebels. Anytime we've gone there past 12 we've had no problems with the drinks, they taste how they should and are made perfectly, the employees after 12 are super sweet and fun to talk to! read more

The energy drink and shake was good but my god the service took forever. The line of cars were just to the entrance of the drive through but it took over 30 minutes to get our drinks. I usually expect that a drive through place will be able to get through a line in like 15 minutes tops so I was very annoyed by the time we finally got our order. Not worth the wait if there is any sort of line! read more
