It is now a publicly traded, drive-thru-focused company with over 900 locations and is headquartered in Tempe, Arizona. Like all Dutch Bros, everyone here is so friendly and talkative. Even if there's a queue of cars behind you, they'll still ask about your day and any plans you might have later. This location is no where remotely close to where I live but my friend and I were in the area to meet up and catch up with her sister. The plus side is that between the three of us, we managed to collect three mini figurines. They're fun, they're cute, and Dutch Bros has been really stepping up their merchandise game lately. I'm still upset I missed out on the enamel pins! Oh, and don't forget to grab the monthly stickers because who doesn't love stickers? read more

My teen introduced me to this whole Dutch Bros concept and now I'm hooked. Love ordering ahead on the app but I don't care to park to pickup at the window. I wish this location had designed the drive thru better so I can pull around the line and get my drinks handed to me. Aside from that, the Broistas are always friendly and helpful here. We're visiting from San Diego where the nearest Dutch Brothers is 40 minutes away, so I had to stop and get my fix. The drive thru line was long but I just put in a mobile order as we entered the parking lot, and it was ready in like three minutes. No line outside, and amazing service at the window. I ordered a zero sugar iced Cocomo, half sweet with almond milk, and added Soft Top. Perfection in a cup! read more

I usually love Dutch Bros, but my recent visit to this location, left me really disappointed - not just because of the wait time, but because of how it was handled. There were two drive-thru lanes. I arrived well before a few cars that pulled in after me, but they were helped first. When I mentioned this to the employee, I was told, "That's just how it is. We're outside in the heat." That response was dismissive, and the tone didn't match the brand Dutch Bros is known for. Instead of acknowledging my time or experience, I was brushed off. I later contacted corporate to share the situation calmly and respectfully. Unfortunately, their response wasn't much better - no accountability, just a system explanation and a $3 credit. It felt more like a checkbox reply than real care for a loyal customer's time or voice. After reading other reviews, I realized I'm not alone. Delays and a lack of follow-through seem to be a pattern here. And when patterns go unaddressed, it reflects something bigger than one off-day. I'm sharing this not to be negative, but to say: customers deserve to be treated like they matter. My time matters. And how concerns are handled - or dismissed - makes all the difference. I will not continue to spend my money here, perhaps you should consider if this is the type of experience you want to before going there. Follow-up to Dutchbros's response below: Thank you for the reply, but this is exactly the issue. I've already taken time to share this experience in detail - directly and publicly - and I've received vague responses both times. Asking me to now initiate a third follow-up just to "make sure this is addressed" shifts the burden back onto me again. That's not accountability - that's redirection. And it reinforces what I already expressed: the customer's time and experience don't seem to be respected here. read more

Unfortunately I stopped at this location instead of my normal Dutch in QC and this was sadly the worst my order has ever turned out ): the espresso was so bitter and burnt tasting and was missing my milk and soft top, thankfully the sweet ladies with the pretty lashes at my regular stand in QC fixed me up and refused to let me pay!! read more

They just opened a week ago and weren't too busy. The line moved quickly and the broistas were all friendly and knew their stuff. The downside is there is a lot of construction going on in the immediate area right now and getting in and out of here is a pita. Even when the construction is finished the entrance isn't right off the street, so you'll have to drive through parking lots no matter what. If I lived right there it would be convenient but I think I'll have to keep hitting up the location I'm used to going to as it's less of a risk to my ride. read more

Won't be back to this location lazy employees, with only two of us in a line they still decide to make us wait a bit to come out and take our order. Than I received my drink that comes with a white foam top and I look and say oh no white foam top. She says you have to order it like that. No any other Dutch bros puts it on automatically. I just left but once again won't be back and I'm actually noticing at a lot of locations chitchatting trumps helping customers. I suggest hiring adults or at lease kids that take their job serious !!! read more

What horrible service. Great people personality wise but business wise no. We got served fast no complaints there, but that was about the only good part. We proceeded to wait in line, there were about 12 people waiting. The drinks were being served out of order, people were unable to leave after getting their drinks because of this, getting into near accidents to do so. After we were finally able to get up to the window, we got the wrong sized drink, my partners drink was made wrong, and our drinks had been clearly sitting for a minute. To say I was disappointed was an understatement, we continued on because we didn't want to cause more trouble or chaos for them, but I really hope they slow down and take it one order at a time. read more

First went to dutch bros in Oregon and was so impressed with their customer service. I was even more pleasantly surprised when I came to AZ and had the same service at every other location too! Not this store. Customer service is horrible - they've managed to make my drink wrong twice and I have to get out of my car and stand in line to have it fixed? The one guy that comes out to take orders visibly HATES his job and still has the nerve to ask for a tip? While I love Dutch Brothers, this location is a total Joke. They haven't figured out how to be efficient like the other locations, so even when the line isn't long, you're looking at a 15-20 minute wait for a coffee. The workers also aren't personable like other locations- I'm not sure who the owner or manager of this location is, but they need to touch base with other locations to see how a Dutch Bros should be run, because I will never waste my time going to this location again, even though it's right now the street from me. Do yourself a favor and got to the location on Queen Creek instead! read more

This location seems to have really gone down hill. Ordering a drink here you better be ready to give 20-30 mins of your time (walk up or drive thru), the staff is always nice that is not the issue but man they literally have ZERO urgency!! I walked up to the window as no one was in line, at least 7 workers were working and it still took them 5 minutes just to take my order (a tray of deconstructed rebels). Simple right?! WRONG! Literally the whole drive thru line (6 cars+) was served before I got my order, not to mention the young kid who literally put 2 of my drinks ON THE FLOOR!! YES YOU READ THAT RIGHT ON THE FLOOR, to scoop boba out of the fridge. We frequently stop by every other day to get a drink here but after tonight and seeing what I saw this location needs a serious looking into by management!! I hate coming to this location. Every single time my order is taken way after other cars that showed up after me. It's been multiple cars before. It happens every time I come. Other customers don't even have the common decency to say "hey that car was here before me, you should take their order". The employees taking orders in line absolutely need to pay better attention to who arrived first. People are taking advantage of this two lane BS. read more

Don't go to this location unless you have 30 minutes to wait. They are beyond slow and can't seem to figure things out. At one point, the one worker outside handed his iPad to a car and they proceeded to take 5 mins to figure things out while cars in the other lane drove up to the window and had to order there. read more
