Even if there's a queue of cars behind you, they'll still ask about your day and any plans you might have later. This location is no where remotely close to where I live but my friend and I were in the area to meet up and catch up with her sister. The plus side is that between the three of us, we managed to collect three mini figurines. They're fun, they're cute, and Dutch Bros has been really stepping up their merchandise game lately. I'm still upset I missed out on the enamel pins! Oh, and don't forget to grab the monthly stickers because who doesn't love stickers?

Getting in and out of here is also very user friendly. In fact more so than many other Dutch Brothers I've been to. So the low review stars should just be ignored in my opinion as skewed from when they first opened and were working out the kinks. The drinks and first food item I ordered was quick to come out which I appreciated given how busy it was, but as I'm standing there at the pick up counter for about 5 minutes, they are not looking at me or asking me if they can help me because they were too busy chit chatting about things not relevant to work. I finally get one of the girls attention to ask about my wrap and it was sitting on the back counter for about 5 minutes. They didn't apologize or anything, just handed it to me. It was of course now soggy so I asked for a new one. Still no apology or nothing. For spending $30 on a coffee and a lemonade, and 2 breakfast wraps, I expect better service and baristas that don't have an attitude and are too concerned about their conversations to notice customers standing at the pick up counter waiting for their orders.
