I literally almost drove off after paying ‍ We both had a good laugh, and honestly, it's always refreshing to be able to laugh at yourself when you make a goof. My iced caramel macchiato was delicious, with just the right amount of soy. I also noticed this location has really picked up the speed. In the past it felt a bit slow, but that's clearly improved. I know they can't completely control this, so the only remedy for me is making sure I order via their app ahead of time for in store pickup. Ps. Holy different than any other time we've been here. So because I do reviews I always pay attention to the time. I was at this drive thru for over 20 mins and I hadn't moved behind this one vehicle. I saw them give the person in front of us drinks 3 times. I told my wife one time that they just gave them my iced chai. I wasn't joking about it and when we pulled up they gave me my wife's caramel macchiato and they didn't have my chai. I'm a little disappointed because I can't seem to get the same drink more than one day in a row. I've attached a picture of what a Venti sized Starbucks cold brew with extra foam should look like. Team moves slow. Used mobile order and had to leave without my drink due to extended time frame.

Waited 20 minutes for 2 drinks. Food was given right away, but got cold by the time we received drinks. And we only received drinks because we reminded them of our order. No on was in front of us in the store and no one came in after us, but clearly drive thru and mobile orders were taking priority. We even saw someone get their money reimbursed because they forgot their order too and couldn't wait any longer. My drink was even wrong when they gave it to me but couldn't stay longer for them to fix it. Super frustrating. read more

The lady at the counter was the sweetest and super friendly. She checked if our coffee was right and made sure we got what we wanted. That's definitely a good customer service. I put my order in at 8:20 (walk in). I didn't get my last drink until 20 MINUTES later... I ordered a bakery item, matcha lavender drink and a strawberries and crème frappe. I got the 1st two at a reasonable time. I had no idea that the strawberries and crème would take so long! I had to go up to them and tell them I was given everything except the frappe. Shouldn't everything come out together for the same order instead of scrambling things around and making people wait so long for their other stuff? I found out that this super, friendly lady who I get served every time (by luck) at this location is named Jenn! She is consistently goes above and beyond to make sure your coffee beverage is just the way you like it! I noticed that she treat every single customer with enthusiasm and love. This is a nice freestanding with very good and friendly customer service but was completely ruined by the music. The music that was playing when I was there was better suited for a club than a coffee shop and at a volume that was much too loud to allow for conversation. The speakers are also so numerous that there are no quieter areas in which to sit and in the Arizona summer sitting outside is not an option. Not sure why they play such bad music at such a high volume but it ruins this Starbucks for me as a place to come for a meeting or to get some quick work done between meetings. read more

This would have been a five star since most of the staff is nice and professional and the seating area and location is really nice. After I spent $3 on a coffee there this morning with a receipt. The manager told me I was there too long the day before and not to do the same today(I even bought 2 Grande cups of medley tea for a high school student there all day sleeping on the couch). One of the main reasons I spend $$ at SB is I use it like an office to get work done. I'm an investigative reporter and had a lot of research material to cover and reports to post online. This is by far the WORST Starbucks I have ever encountered. Three times now I have placed a mobile order only to be told that there is a 45 minute wait time for all mobile orders.... WTF. They prioritize door dash orders over all others and could care less about customer service. The manager all three times was extremely nasty when requesting a refund. I did a mobile order and while waiting for it in to be ready I saw a cute mug and asked if I could buy this. She said I would need to get in the drive thru and order it there. They would not take my payment for the mug that they had on display for the grab and go pick up area. I put the mug back because the drive thru line was 20 cars deep. This is a review for the recently relocated Starbucks. Went in this evening and their customer service was horrible. The mobile order was off so I asked why. She said "were closing early because we are short staffed." There were four people working and no customers. How is that short staffed? This Starbucks is incredibly slow. The staff (except the manager) are all super nice and friendly and do get to know you. But because they are always so behind the inside is crowded with people waiting for their drinks. It's tough to sit and enjoy your coffee or talk because of all the standers-by, frustrated waiting for their drinks. Starbucks is not what it used to be. The superior customer service and product quality just hasn't been there.

Absolutely ridiculous! I placed an online order and drove over to pick it up on my way to work. They had closed off the store to customers and only had one guy at the door taking both new orders and doing pick-up! So not only was I stuck standing around outside for 15 minutes (which made me late for work) they couldn't fulfill half of my order! I don't know what's going on with this store. Half the time they can't accept online orders and half the time I drive over and they're closed during business hours. read more

Got excited that they're a crossed the street from my house but gave this place 5 chances but they can never get it right. I order the same thing every time a tall hot americano with two pumps white mocha and extra room(means less water). It tasted so water down so I wait for a new one to be remade and I made sure to remind them less water but still so bad. Don't have problems with other Starbucks but this one. Placed a mobile order this morning for a single coffee. Showed up 10 minutes after and waited, no problem. A lady behind the counter asked what my name for the order was and asked the guy working the espresso bar to make it right away. 15 minutes go by, no coffee. It is now 30 minutes later and my order still has yet to be made. I walk up and I tell the guy working the espresso bar my name, how long I'd been waiting, and if he had an idea on how much longer. He says "ok." And then I tell him I have to leave and head to work and again I get an "ok." So I spent over $7 on a coffee I didn't receive. 30 minutes for a mobile order???? Seriously??? No sorry for the inconvenience?? I understand mornings at Starbucks are stressful but I will not be coming back here. Times should've been adjusted as my orders estimated time was when I originally showed up. Pretty disappointed in the service and paying for something I never got. read more
