My husband and I enjoy kicking off our Sunday close to the opening hour at 7am. We eat a delicious breakfast option inside first. My husband orders a breakfast sandwich while I don't just like but LOVE the avacado toast. If available, we take our coffee and sit outside on the patio. The coffee is full bodied and delicious. My husband is a hot mocha guy. They have ice water at the front and in their spacious backyard seating area. It is a dog friendly destination. We enjoy seeing the wide variety of furry regulars. There are free treats for them. The service is consistently friendly and on top of their game. They really know how to move a line but you never feel rushed. They offer a points/ reward program for purchases which is always nice. When I asked my husband about cost he said it is so good he didn't even look! I checked our transaction history. For both of us including tip it was around $44- very decent in this day and age for such high quality. What a gem in Downtown Chandler!

My friend and I both ordered mediums with 75% sweetness, and it was the perfect drink for a hot, humid summer morning. Sweet enough to feel like a treat without being over the top. We also ordered matching bagel sandwiches. I do wish they offered a turkey bacon option, but the sandwiches were still hot, fresh, and delicious. The real star was the mayo aioli. I could probably put that on just about anything. The vibes are wonderful too. It's cozy, welcoming, and the kind of coffee shop where you want to linger with a friend for a while. My only critique is the layout of the front room. There always seems to be a line, but there's not really a good place for it to go besides in front of the entrance and the water station. It turns into a lot of "excuse me" and people weaving around each other. It's definitely a good problem to have because they're clearly popular, but I hope as they continue to flourish, they're able to expand into a larger space or rethink the flow a bit. In addition to the regular entrance, they have a huge garage door access so on nicer days they can open up the seating area for fresh air and more of an outside but inside vibe. Staff were friendly barista hippie types but took a while for them to acknowledge us standing there even though there was no line. Ordered one hot tea and a seasonal coffee drink. Neither were great and their pricing is misleading. For example the seasonal drink was supposed to be $5.89 but was charged $7.65 and the tea was nothing more than a basic tealeaves in hot water. We didn't add any items to justify the upcharge but when I brought it to the cashiers attention she was unsure how to adjust the price or offer a refund unless we wanted loose change. SMH. If a Customer pays by Apple pay, they should be refunded or credited in the same way. Seems like a space intended for Co-working or digital nomad types as there were about 4 people with laptops and headphones sipping on drinks. Overall, I found it a bit underwhelming as it needed red chili flakes, fresh cracked pepper, everything bagel seasoning, or even a drizzle of balsamic glaze to elevate the flavor. Though, I appreciated the freshness of the avocado and lemon. It just needed that little bit to go from a decent avocado toast to an exceptional avocado toast! Next visit, I'd look over the menu to see if there was a toast with more flavor. Previously before this last visit, I had stopped in here once not realizing it was a mostly vegan shop and purchased a take home Hatch Mac n Cheese. I didn't realize at the time of purchasing it contained tree nut, so I gifted to my cousin who said it was delicious. A mistake on my part to read the label more carefully (laid out differently than a typical label at a store). I tend to avoid Vegan restaurants as tree nuts are heavily used, but this location has been a great compromise of offering both vegan and dairy products (serving whole milk versus cream).
