01/25/2026 KaDa had been on my list for a long time, so I finally went on a Sunday morning before running some errands. I got there just a few minutes after they opened, and there were already a couple of people waiting for their orders. No line at the counter. I was surprised by how many different matcha drinks they offer. I got the Pandan Matcha with whole milk, 25% sweet. The drink was pretty good. Slightly grainy, though I'm not sure what that was from. Even 25% is a tad too sweet for me. Recently my friend raved about the blended coconut coffee from here, so now I'm curious and want to go back and try the matcha version. They also offer banh mi (sandwiches) and snack items including popcorn chicken and fries. Service at the counter was quick and friendly.

Tried this place for the first time last weekend and really enjoyed it! I love coconut so got the blended coffee and I asked for it extra strong. It could have been a little stronger but the woman that took our order was very accommodating and answered all our questions since we had never been there. I was a little disappointed they don't do espresso shots because I wanted to try the coffee black. The sandwich was good and fresh, wish it had a little spicy kick or something cuz it was a little sweet for my taste. I want to go back and try the egg coffee! It is very small inside so not much space to stay long.

What a cute spot! It's small spot tucked behind Fry's. They offer authentic Vietnamese coffee. All their drinks are iced. I tried their pistachio foam coffee and blended coconut coffee. They're delish! Not too sweet or bitter, and their coconut coffee has the perfect balance between sweet, coffee, and coconut. I ordered it regular, but it can be adjusted to your taste. Their honeycomb cake is a great companion to their iced coffee beverages. Service was quick. We received our food within 5 minutes of ordering. They warmed up the cake and added powdered sugar for a super nice touch. They have a rewards program, where your 10th drink is free.

This is so far the best coffee and tea cafe I have been to while visiting AZ. Compared to other spots, this cafe offered coffee drinks that were on point when it came to flavor and presentation. The decor inside was hip and trendy with one of the walls having scribbles from the previous customers. It gave me the impression that this business cares about accommodating its customers by bonding with them in small ways. The sitting area was nice and clean with cool wood striped wall on one side. Today we got the black sesame with Vietnamese coffee which was very tasty. We also got the regular Vietnamese sea salt coffee which is our go to when running low on our caffeine. Today's winner though, was their Matcha Cookies. It was the perfect balance between matcha flavor and sweetness that I had to go back for seconds and thirds. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. You need to stop reading this review and go check this place out yourself right now!

What a cute place! Excellent customer service! I had a strawberry matcha 25% sweet and pork Bahn mi for my husband and me. The Banh mi was very good! I want to go back and try the beef one.

I've seen Kada on Instagram for quite some time now, and finally decided to give it a try during my journey of finding the best matcha in AZ. This cafe is located in Chandler and they have lots of parking out front. We ordered a 16 oz banana matcha and a 24 oz pistachio matcha. They accidentally gave us two 16 oz drinks, and when we told them they kindly remade the pistachio in a 24 oz and still let us keep the 16 oz. Unfortunately, I was not a fan of their matcha. I got the banana, and the banana flavor was sooo strong. I couldn't even taste any matcha at all. The pistachio was a little better, but it still didn't taste that great. I probably won't come back, but I'm glad I at least tried it. The staff was super nice and welcoming, so that was a plus.

I have been wanting to try this place out and it did not disappoint! The OG coffee was so good! We also got the grilled beef sandwich and it was good, but probably would skip next time try out another drink instead. There were a variety of drinks available and I can't wait to go back to try other ones! Staff were very friendly! Indoor seating available and they have cards/quick games for you to play with a small group.

Was craving a pistachio matcha and luckily I found this spot. I ordered a 24 oz pistachio matcha which was pretty good. We also got the Banana matcha which was decent more on the sweeter side. Felt like both drinks could use a bit more matcha. It's a small cozy shop perfect to get some work/studying done. The service was top notch. They accidentally gave me a 16oz instead of 24oz, but quickly fixed my order and even let me keep the 16oz. I'd come back to try a different drink and even their monthly specials.

Love the pistachio milk tea on the right. Must get

Kada. Might be my new Asian coffee shop inspired joint in az. I'll confirm this when I try the actual coffee but my pistachio milk tea was delicious. Khang was super nice. Went over the menu. My pistachio tea with oolong tea was so good. I do wish it was a bit colder overall great drinks. I would order this over and over again Pandan matcha latte was good. But needed more matcha flavor. The pandan part was on point. Just wanted more Overall I know they are capable of Making great drinks and I can't wait to come back

A small Gilbert Vietnamese coffee, I'd easily rate a 4.3. It offers a well balanced Viet Coffee that hits hard without overdoing the sweetness. What I got: The OG Ca Phe Sua (iced cofee with condensed milk), which is probably their most popular item Greed Beef Bunh Mi What hit: The coffee is very strong as it should be. I thought it was just enough milk and sweetness. What missed: I think I would skip the Bunh Mi next time. Just felt like it was a standard Bunh Mi (3.5/5)

KaDa is a wonderful place to any matcha lover like myself. They have a variety of matcha drinks that are so tasty such as strawberry, pandan, banana, coconut and seasonal flavors such as mango and pistachio. I of course had to try the seasonal flavors of mango and pistachio. I loved loved loved mango for a fresh summer drink. The pistachio was good too. I have yet to try their other flavors. KaDa does have more drink concoctions such as coffees, foam coffees (where sesame coffee seems like something I would try if I were to drink coffee), milk teas, teas, blendeds and limeades. Of course toppings are available and milk substitutes are available for a minimal fee. Within these other drinks each of them have delicious flavors that I would definitely try. As far as foods they have a very limited selection which was still favorable. I have tried their crispy pork banh mi which was decent. The bread was not soft as I would have hoped as the ends fell apart. The fillings (julienned carrots, one thin quarter of a slice of cucumber, 2-3 pieces of jalapenos, cilantro, sauce) could be a tad bit more. I also tried their popcorn chicken which consisted of tiny bits of chicken where I'm used to bigger pieces of chicken. It was served with a choice of ranch, ketchup or chili sauce and I chose ranch. I would skip this next time. They also serve French fries and Cajun fries for snacks. And their other sandwiches were the grilled beef and lemongrass chicken. They also had the classic banh mi which sounds good for next time. As far as ambience it was a cozy cafe with small tables and plenty of games to play such as Uno, jenga, connect 4, and more. Service was great with a smile. I'm definitely coming back for the drinks.

Finally got to try matcha here, we ordered banana matcha and coconut matcha! Banana matcha was good but nothing special, and coconut matcha was a bit different and yummy! They're pretty pricey for the size!

Food was amazing and service was quick. Never had a Pandan latte and I was pleasantly surprised by it. It's all a win for me. I'll definitely be back.

Included egg drop soup had a nice spice. Egg rolls were Thai sized and style, and crab Rangoon was crisp. Service was very friendly. Restaurant was clean. Plentiful parking. My girlfriend suggested this place and oh my gosh, it was a great recommendation! We spoke to the server and her name was actually Simi- her parents own the cafe. She was so personable and told us this restaurant has been in her family for many years! However, the inside of the restaurant does not look like it's been in the family for years as it's very well kept. All three dishes we got here were amazing and quite huge for the price! It's worth sharing with the table to try different dishes! The house pan fried noodles were soo good but it's best you eat them at the restaurant since the crispy noodles will get soggy if you order take-out. They also have an employee who makes pies and they sell them in house. The slices were huge for $7 or so! They had peanut butter chocolate and coconut!

When our grandsons and their Dad came by later that day, I asked them if they were willing to try Vietnamese food. We gave them a description as to what Pho was and let them know that there were other items on the menu besides Pho. They all were willing to give it a try. One grandson didn't come along as he has a part-time job and had to work that day. Once we all entered the restaurant, we were greeted and seated. I ordered my usual Pho Ga and my husband plus our son-in-law also had the same thing. One grandson ordered a Pho that had beef in it. The other grandson isn't a fan of soups so he ordered a fried rice and chicken meal. The Pho portion was very generous and the aromatics were fresh. Everyone who had Pho enjoyed their meal. Our grandson, who got the chicken and fried rice, liked his meal. The ambiance is that of a casual place with some artwork on the walls. If we lived nearby, we would gladly go here again. The staff was friendly and attentive without being overbearing.

It was the closest pho spot to us at the time & it did it's job at satisfying our craving. The next time we stopped by we came here because it was the only place that stayed open a bit later than other spots. Our pho, thai tea, & black tea were good but for some reason our appetizers (wontons & egg rolls) were way too greasy and not very flavorful.

My only caveat -- and it's a small one -- is the rolling cart used to collect dishes in the dining room. While efficient table clearing is important, the exterior of the cart and tubs should be spotless, since they're moving through the dining area while people are actively eating. That said, this didn't detract from the great food or service, and I would absolutely return, and recommend this place.

I'm honestly really disappointed with my experience at Saigon Jade. I'm still trying to figure out…read morewhat we paid for here. My aunt was served a bowl that was dirty on the outside (yes... the bowl, not just the table -- see the photo I attached). Not exactly appetizing... and she didn't eat it at all, it was completely untouched. We told the staff immediately, and instead of, I don't know.. like maybe apologizing or replacing it like a normal restaurant?.. They basically said it was our fault and still charged us for the untouched dish. So just to confirm: you can serve dirty dishes and still get paid? That is a interesting business model, I've never seen anything like it! Then they hit us with a 20% service fee, which is honestly kind of iconic considering the service was: * ignoring customers * denying what we clearly told them * and charging us anyway Like... thank you for the experience I guess??? And to top it off, after I actually ate there, I had the worst stomach ache and diarrhea. So NOT only do you pay for food you don't eat, you might also leave with a free health issue! LOVE THAT!!! As someone who is Vietnamese, this was just embarrassing. You expect better standards, better hospitality, and at the very least... clean bowls??? Overall, if you enjoy paying for untouched food, being gaslit, and risking your stomach, this is your place. Otherwise, I'd look for somewhere else to eat.

The first time I had it, I actually couldn't stop thinking about it because I was genuinely surprised with how good it was. I also noticed that they are very consistent with the taste of the broth. Usually when I get pho, the broth doesn't always taste the same but here at Saigon it does. The broth is very rich and savory. I also noticed they add a lot of noodles which I love but I also wish they added more broth. The meat is also very tender, I always go with the brisket and it always tastes great. I personally like my soup to have extra green onion, unfortunately if you do ask for extra there is a charge of $2. I also recommend the egg rolls, they're packed with flavor and honestly it's just a good appetizer to have before your pho. The restaurant itself is beautiful and very spacious. Every time I've gone there's never any wait. The service has also been great, I've had maybe 1 time where it wasn't as great but it was still good. The food always comes out fresh and very hot. Overall, I love this restaurant so much and I will continue coming back!
