Sometimes I think the Yelp app is messing with my mind lol. I could have sworn that I already had left a 5 star review for Crafti Tea & Mocktail, years ago. Well, it's not there so I'll just have to give them 5 stars again :) This is my favorite tea cafe in the valley. The vibe is very much Lofi Girl, iykyk. Super chill and a bright, open space to enjoy some delicious drinks. The staff here are friendly and welcoming. When I come here I usually get iced fruit tea, milk tea, or matcha. They have unique and well flavored drinks. On my most recent trip I ordered from the current seasonal menu. They also have fruit teas, hojicha tea, and espresso drinks. It can be helpful to check their website and see the pictures and descriptions if you're trying to decide what to choose. I had the iced jasmine matcha with oat milk and Mont Blanc foam. This is the best flavored matcha drink I've had compared to matcha drinks I've had in Japan. I watched her hand whisk the ceremonial grade powder, making it well blended and smooth. The delicate jasmine sweetness and the very citrus forward Mont Blanc foam really paired well together. The jasmine version doesn't come with that foam so I paid extra to add it, but well worth it. So delicious! In the past I used to get the earl grey milk tea and strawberry lemon green tea. I'll definitely be back, continuing to try out other drinks. I've liked everything so far from Crafti, and that's saying a lot because many boba or tea places are just too syrupy sweet for me, here it's nice flavors and sweetness. read more

I still haven't found a better matcha or boba spot in Arizona. Crafti is easily my #1. Every drink I've tried there has been amazing, and their matcha and hojicha are on another level. They hand-whisk their matcha, and you can really taste the difference, the flavor is rich, bold, and incredibly smooth. I come here about once a week (maybe more, and it never disappoints. Today we got the lychee green tea and the double matcha. The lychee green tea was super refreshing, perfect for this Arizona heat, and the double matcha was just as delicious as always. Consistent with their phenomenal service and variety of options, Crafti is easily in my current top 3 boba spots for all of AZ. I love that they use non-dairy cream for my usual order so I usually don't have to worry too much about dairy free options. I love their capybara theme and they have a cute capybara shop on the side and plenty of room to sit alone or with others. They have some board games you can take out and play. I personally don't thrive in heat though and the shop is a little hot. It doesn't feel very well ventilated. You have options to adjust the sweetness of the drink to your liking, how much ice is in your drink, and if you want additional toppings. I highly recommend Crafti for people who are looking to sip on some of the best tailored boba drinks in the Valley. :) read more

I needed a quick fix and was craving one of my faves: HOT Earl Grey Milk Tea with Boba!!!! If you haven't tried this, you need to! I need to put you on to this because gatekeeping is just plain mean! I also love this drink iced, but that evening, I was craving it hot and Crafti delivered. I took a little while to figure out what I wanted, but Malina was very patient and friendly with me. The cutest capybara-themed cafe I've been to! Has great natural lighting and tables to study at. There are also lots of photo opportunities, such as a full-length mirror and photo benches with Polaroids. The baristas were very patient and worked very hard to make each drink. It took a little bit of time to get our drinks, but it was well worth the wait. I ordered the matcha cloud latte with boba. I really liked the matcha flavor - I got 50% sweetness that really let the matcha flavor shine! I don't like it when the matcha is too sweet, but the boba balls also had great texture and were very soft and chewy. My boyfriend got the Earl Gray milk tea with boba, which was very good too. Hands down the best matcha and hojicha in AZ! I'm picky about my matcha, but this place exceeded my expectations. Their ceremonial matcha is mellow, balanced, and not too bitter. I've tried all their matcha drinks- Strawberry and Mango Matcha are my favorites for fruity flavors, and they also have Matcha Cloud, Double Matcha Cloud, and Matcha Pistachio. The hojicha is strong, nutty, and rich. It is definitely the best I've found in the area. Their milk teas and fruit teas are solid too, and the homemade jellies make it unique. This place no menu, theres a menu on the counter where you ordered and its tape on glass windows next to register. I think theres a QR where you scan i think to get the menu, but they dont have much varities drink. I order the taro milk tea boba it taste so milky to much of it and taro is smoochy wasnt all that great, taro should b purple, the drink came out to be like a cream beige color. The 2nd drink I tried was the Caramel boba milk tea and it wasnt good as well because all I taste was the milk and it was the same color as the taro milk tea boba. It was disappointed because it wasnt good at all. Customer service was OK. Ambience its so plain no t.v and they have a couple of tables and chairs to sit. Such a convenient spot right off Dobson, this place has lots of fun drink options. I ordered the taro and I really liked how they have it blended as to not have taro chunks which aren't my favorite. The line for this place is short and the drinks were made adequately, not too slow but also not too fast. The matcha were made on site, whisked but I hate matcha so I didn't order that. The drinks I ordered were also good. The strawberry jellies were chewy but they didn't put a lot. The taro tea had taro chunks in them so it was pretty organic. I've been going to Crafti for four years now, and they are one of the best shops in the valley. I love their selection of unique flavors. Their specialties are their Earl grey milk teas, seasonal beverage, and their sparkling refreshers. My personal favorite drink is a Strawberry Rose Earl Grey Tea with Cotton Foam and Rose Jelly. They recently changed owners and are more focused on matcha and craft milk drinks now, however they are still excellent. Wow! One of the best tea places I've been to in a while! Nice cozy cafe setting that is the perfect place to study. The shop has a capybara theme which is pretty cool as well. I've been to so many places for matcha and this is probably my top 2. I got the double matcha which is a matcha latte with matcha foam. This matcha had the most vibrant green and such a good flavor. We also tried the pistachio matcha which was a matcha latte with pistachio foam. It is a little pricey for the size of the cup. We paid $18 and some change for 2 drinks with taxes. I think the matcha is amazing though and it did taste like good quality matcha. The workers here were very welcoming and kind. We asked for their recommendation on what drink to get and the ones recommended were perfect. The matchas do come with oatmilk but we changed it and asked for whole milk, just for preference. The inside of this little shop was super cute, they have little stuff they sell like jewelry and other cute things. I will definitely be coming back to try all the matcha they have. read more

Crafti is known for their teas and mocktails and is located in front of Mekong Palace in Mesa. They have a variety of fruit and milk teas on their menu. They even made Yelp's list of best places to grab a drink. Can't decide what to get? Then try one of Crafti's signature drink creations. I have been trying a different one each time I come here. I was looking for a refreshing tea to cool me down one afternoon and drove past Crafti. When I walked in, I felt so welcomed by the kind staff and so comfortable by the aesthetic. This tea shop is so clean and open and has a fun, minimalist style. The menu is quite large and there are so many fun tea options. I tried their strawberry lemon green tea with boba and LOVED it! The outside of the shop and menu are absolutely adorable. The inside is a little plain, but tidy. Service is good, but incredibly slow. Only one lady was working, which I think they need two employees at any given time. The lady was responsible for cashing out, restocking, making drinks and bringing drinks out. Incredibly polite, but kept having to stop each task making drink fulfillment very slow. Drinks were ok, but very bland. I would say the tea needs to be stronger, but my tea was on the verge of being too bitter, meaning more steeping would not be good. My instincts tell me that the tea is just not as high quality as some other places. I ordered myself a Jasmine Green Tea with Cotton Foam. The cotton foam seems to be a cheese foam, which was average. The tea as I mentioned had a bitter taste. The boba was soft and flavorful, but I prefer a little more chew. I also needed to order a black milk tea, which was also just average. Not only did they not have a normal black tea (apparently only Earl Grey), but the flavor was lackluster and bland. On the plus side, you can customize sweetness and ice. I found the tea not too sweet at 50% which was nice. Would I go back? Maybe, maybe not. I guess it depends what other boba places I could go to instead. read more

Served is on point every TIME, teas are delicious, and they explain when you are ordering what you are getting! I MAKE myself stop by to get at least 3 drinks for ME when I am near by. One I immediately drink, then the other 2 to 3 are put in the cooler for my later consumption. I wished they had SUPER sizes. lol! What I have tried: Strawberry rose iced tea - at 25% sugar, it is perfect the hints of fruit and flower Matcha lavender latte - this one of my favorites the match and hint of lavender Jasmine green tea - gentle sweet floral in green tea Pineapple green tea - this pineapple tea has chunks of pineapple in it. This mango matcha was quite literally the best matcha I have ever had! I started making matchas at home, so I've been weary of getting them at coffee/tea shops since they're never as good, but this was 100% not the case at Crafti. Creamy, milky, and the boba might be the best I've had around here-soft, chewy, and perfectly cooked. Def would come back again!
