You already KNOW how much I LOVE BOBA!!! My love for it just got a little stronger, thanks to Crafti Tea & Mocktail!! I stopped in one a Monday night right after I landed at the airport. I needed a quick fix and was craving one of my faves: HOT Earl Grey Milk Tea with Boba!!!! If you haven't tried this, you need to! I need to put you on to this because gatekeeping is just plain mean! I also love this drink iced, but that evening, I was craving it hot and Crafti delivered. I took a little while to figure out what I wanted, but Malina was very patient and friendly with me. She answered my questions and even recommended some drinks. I also ordered their Matcha Honey Lavender (iced). I will have to make a return trip because I need to try the Matcha Mango and a bunch of others, lol. This place is so cute inside, adorned with capybaras in every corner. It's clean and inviting and makes you want to come back again and again. I know I will! Find Crafti in the Mekong Plaza across from the HMart shopping center in Mesa. This has become one of my favorite spots with just one visit. That says a lot!! What are you waiting for?! Get you some Crafti Tea & Mocktail TODAY!! I still haven't found a better matcha or boba spot in Arizona. Crafti is easily my #1. Every drink I've tried there has been amazing, and their matcha and hojicha are on another level. They hand-whisk their matcha, and you can really taste the difference, the flavor is rich, bold, and incredibly smooth. I come here about once a week (maybe more, and it never disappoints. Today we got the lychee green tea and the double matcha. The lychee green tea was super refreshing, perfect for this Arizona heat, and the double matcha was just as delicious as always. I love their boba. I loveee Crafti!

I'm always looking for new matcha spots around the area, and I'm happy to report that Crafti has made it on my favorites list. I got the matcha cream, and the drink itself is very smooth, creamy, and the perfect amount of sweetness without it being overpowered. You can definitely taste the quality of the matcha, which is exactly what I look for in a drink. Highly recommend!
Consistent with their phenomenal service and variety of options, Crafti is easily in my current top 3 boba spots for all of AZ. I love that they use non-dairy cream for my usual order so I usually don't have to worry too much about dairy free options. I love their capybara theme and they have a cute capybara shop on the side and plenty of room to sit alone or with others. They have some board games you can take out and play. I personally don't thrive in heat though and the shop is a little hot. It doesn't feel very well ventilated. You have options to adjust the sweetness of the drink to your liking, how much ice is in your drink, and if you want additional toppings. I highly recommend Crafti for people who are looking to sip on some of the best tailored boba drinks in the Valley. :)
I've tried various drinks from this place before but nothing stood out that much. However, I recently tried their matcha and i'm a big fan! Very prominent matcha flavor and it's not grainy at all either. So yummy.
Update: Went back to try their fruit tea and I LOVE the passion fruit green tea (25% sugar)! Would definitely recommend their fruit teas. Probably my favorite in Arizona. I'm so glad I found this place.
Fast and friendly service. We stopped by last night for some drinks and we had a good visit. I ordered the earl gray milk tea with boba and its got to be my new favorite drink. The inside was very cutely decorated and I loved the Capybara theme they have going on.
The ambiance is so cute decorated with Capybara's everywhere and they sell small merch and stickers too! A great place to hang out with friends and during weekdays it's a bit calmer so a lot more practical to study there I've been here a couple of times and because they use a ratio / scale method the drinks are consistent which is a huge plus The matcha jasmine is delicious and their hojicha is so yummy - reminds me of the cafes I tried in Japan! The service is really quick too, and the baristas know a lot regarding their menu! It can be a bit expensive (especially if you upgrade to their Kyoto matcha) but I think it's fine for an occasional sweet treat!

The cutest capybara-themed cafe I've been to! Has great natural lighting and tables to study at. There are also lots of photo opportunities, such as a full-length mirror and photo benches with Polaroids. The baristas were very patient and worked very hard to make each drink. It took a little bit of time to get our drinks, but it was well worth the wait. I ordered the matcha cloud latte with boba. I really liked the matcha flavor - I got 50% sweetness that really let the matcha flavor shine! I don't like it when the matcha is too sweet, but the boba balls also had great texture and were very soft and chewy. My boyfriend got the Earl Gray milk tea with boba, which was very good too. They really nailed the flavors. Definitely recommend this cafe for anyone looking for a cute atmosphere with great drink selection!

Each matcha is around 9-10$ with non dairy milk, it is a treat when I don't feel like making matcha. It is the only matcha that just taste good imo for the price in AZ. Hands down the best matcha and hojicha in AZ! I'm picky about my matcha, but this place exceeded my expectations. Their ceremonial matcha is mellow, balanced, and not too bitter. I've tried all their matcha drinks- Strawberry and Mango Matcha are my favorites for fruity flavors, and they also have Matcha Cloud, Double Matcha Cloud, and Matcha Pistachio. The hojicha is strong, nutty, and rich. It is definitely the best I've found in the area. Their milk teas and fruit teas are solid too, and the homemade jellies make it unique. The store is full of cute capybara merch, and the staff are super friendly. How can you say no to great drinks, adorable vibes, and friendly staff? TT I'll definitely be back!!
This place no menu, theres a menu on the counter where you ordered and its tape on glass windows next to register. I think theres a QR where you scan i think to get the menu, but they dont have much varities drink. I order the taro milk tea boba it taste so milky to much of it and taro is smoochy wasnt all that great, taro should b purple, the drink came out to be like a cream beige color. The 2nd drink I tried was the Caramel boba milk tea and it wasnt good as well because all I taste was the milk and it was the same color as the taro milk tea boba. It was disappointed because it wasnt good at all. Customer service was OK. Ambience its so plain no t.v and they have a couple of tables and chairs to sit. Overall I wouldnt be coming back here.

Sometimes I think the Yelp app is messing with my mind lol. I could have sworn that I already had left a 5 star review for Crafti Tea & Mocktail, years ago. Well, it's not there so I'll just have to give them 5 stars again :) This is my favorite tea cafe in the valley. The vibe is very much Lofi Girl, iykyk. Super chill and a bright, open space to enjoy some delicious drinks. The staff here are friendly and welcoming. When I come here I usually get iced fruit tea, milk tea, or matcha. They have unique and well flavored drinks. On my most recent trip I ordered from the current seasonal menu. They also have fruit teas, hojicha tea, and espresso drinks. It can be helpful to check their website and see the pictures and descriptions if you're trying to decide what to choose. I had the iced jasmine matcha with oat milk and Mont Blanc foam. This is the best flavored matcha drink I've had compared to matcha drinks I've had in Japan. I watched her hand whisk the ceremonial grade powder, making it well blended and smooth. The delicate jasmine sweetness and the very citrus forward Mont Blanc foam really paired well together. The jasmine version doesn't come with that foam so I paid extra to add it, but well worth it. So delicious! In the past I used to get the earl grey milk tea and strawberry lemon green tea. I'll definitely be back, continuing to try out other drinks. I've liked everything so far from Crafti, and that's saying a lot because many boba or tea places are just too syrupy sweet for me, here it's nice flavors and sweetness. read more
My boba sistah and I wanted some boba after lunch, and I suggested this place since it was nearby. I checked Yelp and wondered why I hadn't reviewed it, since it looked familiar and I thought I had been here before. Turns out I had, but it was for a Yelp perk so I reviewed that particular listing. There are a few parking spots in front and a solid amount of seats inside. A few people were inside ordering, and most of them left after receiving their drinks. I like the capybara theme and the plushies - they were cute. I decided to get their seasonal milk tea, which happened to be the ya shi dancong oolong (translates to duck droppings, lol). It's a lighter oolong and fun fact: comes from the Phoenix Mountain in Chaozhou, China. Definitely appropriate for Arizona. I chose 50% sweeteness, light ice, and added their signature boba. The bobaista was super friendly and welcoming. Once I got my drink, I could taste the faint floral and toasted flavor, which was pleasant. The boba was nicely cooked as well. Although there didn't appear to be much ice in my drink as expected, it did make my drink cold more quickly and watered down the flavor, unfortunately. I'd probably order no ice next time. Their matcha drinks looked pretty and were popular, as many customers purchased them while we were there. I'd probably visit again! read more

Such a convenient spot right off Dobson, this place has lots of fun drink options. I ordered the taro and I really liked how they have it blended as to not have taro chunks which aren't my favorite. The flavor was good and the service was quick and friendly! The signature pearls are better than the brown sugar pearls which has a gross texture. read more
The line for this place is short and the drinks were made adequately, not too slow but also not too fast. The matcha were made on site, whisked but I hate matcha so I didn't order that. The drinks I ordered were also good. The strawberry jellies were chewy but they didn't put a lot. The taro tea had taro chunks in them so it was pretty organic. I've been going to Crafti for four years now, and they are one of the best shops in the valley. I love their selection of unique flavors. Their specialties are their Earl grey milk teas, seasonal beverage, and their sparkling refreshers. My personal favorite drink is a Strawberry Rose Earl Grey Tea with Cotton Foam and Rose Jelly. They recently changed owners and are more focused on matcha and craft milk drinks now, however they are still excellent. The baristas at Crafti are some of the nicest people I have ever been helped by. This would be a nice place to study; a good amount of seating, chill music, and visually a very cute space. read more
Wow! One of the best tea places I've been to in a while! Nice cozy cafe setting that is the perfect place to study. The shop has a capybara theme which is pretty cool as well. Not too many tables but a good amount. Plenty of parking as it is part of a strip mall. Excellent service. The owner was super nice and provided top notch customer service! We got the matcha latte with pistachio foam and Hojicha latte and both were absolutely exquisite. They matcha is from Japan and was super tasty. I've been to so many places for matcha and this is probably my top 2. I got the double matcha which is a matcha latte with matcha foam. This matcha had the most vibrant green and such a good flavor. We also tried the pistachio matcha which was a matcha latte with pistachio foam. It is a little pricey for the size of the cup. We paid $18 and some change for 2 drinks with taxes. I think the matcha is amazing though and it did taste like good quality matcha. The workers here were very welcoming and kind. We asked for their recommendation on what drink to get and the ones recommended were perfect. The matchas do come with oatmilk but we changed it and asked for whole milk, just for preference. The inside of this little shop was super cute, they have little stuff they sell like jewelry and other cute things. I will definitely be coming back to try all the matcha they have. read more

I love matcha and try to find cafe's that make ceremonial grade. I recently went to Japan and this took me right back. Strawberries were fresh and not just a Monin syrup. Girls working behind the counter were so sweet and quick with each handmade drink. Very cute place and will definitely be back! read more
Boba drinks, mocktails and capybaras oh my! Stopped by Crafti to feed my insatiable boba addiction and was pleasantly surprised. The staff here was so kind and explained the menu to me. Opted for a passion fruit green tea light sugar/ice and lychee jelly and it was absolutely divine and refreshing on a triple digit evening. The inside is perfectly loungable and the decor (capybara theme) is absolutely adorable! Highly recommend! read more
Crafi has been a nice find for me. I love supporting small businesses. Especially when they are a quick drive from home. Crafti is known for their teas and mocktails and is located in front of Mekong Palace in Mesa. They have a variety of fruit and milk teas on their menu. They even made Yelp's list of best places to grab a drink. Can't decide what to get? Then try one of Crafti's signature drink creations. I have been trying a different one each time I come here. I love their Earl Grey Tea! With the holidays coming up, I have been enjoying stopping here at Crafti for their seasonal drinks. You can find out about them on their IG account. The shop itself has a nice atmosphere to it and the owner is really nice. I have always had great service and like that they walk your drink to you after they make it. I was looking for a refreshing tea to cool me down one afternoon and drove past Crafti. When I walked in, I felt so welcomed by the kind staff and so comfortable by the aesthetic. This tea shop is so clean and open and has a fun, minimalist style. The menu is quite large and there are so many fun tea options. I tried their strawberry lemon green tea with boba and LOVED it! My drink was made fresh and was out for pickup within minutes. I thought the to-go carrier for my single drink was such a nice touch. I would love to come back again to enjoy my drink there and play some of their provided games at a table with some friends. read more

The outside of the shop and menu are absolutely adorable. The inside is a little plain, but tidy. Service is good, but incredibly slow. Only one lady was working, which I think they need two employees at any given time. The lady was responsible for cashing out, restocking, making drinks and bringing drinks out. Incredibly polite, but kept having to stop each task making drink fulfillment very slow. Drinks were ok, but very bland. I would say the tea needs to be stronger, but my tea was on the verge of being too bitter, meaning more steeping would not be good. My instincts tell me that the tea is just not as high quality as some other places. I ordered myself a Jasmine Green Tea with Cotton Foam. The cotton foam seems to be a cheese foam, which was average. The tea as I mentioned had a bitter taste. The boba was soft and flavorful, but I prefer a little more chew. I also needed to order a black milk tea, which was also just average. Not only did they not have a normal black tea (apparently only Earl Grey), but the flavor was lackluster and bland. On the plus side, you can customize sweetness and ice. I found the tea not too sweet at 50% which was nice. Would I go back? Maybe, maybe not. I guess it depends what other boba places I could go to instead. read more

This café has quickly become one of my absolute favorites--and for good reason. Their matcha? Incredible. Hands down one of the strongest, richest, and most flavorful matchas I've ever had. You can literally see the quality in the vibrant green color, and you can definitely taste it with every sip--bold, earthy, and velvety smooth. It's the kind of matcha you crave after you've tried it once. One thing I really appreciate is that they don't charge extra for oat milk (!!). As someone who always opts for plant-based milk, that small detail really makes a difference--it's thoughtful and inclusive, which kind of sums up the vibe of the place overall. I tried their mango matcha recently, and it was so good. The mango adds the perfect fruity sweetness that blends beautifully with the nutty, rich matcha base. It's refreshing and smooth, with such a nice balance of flavor--definitely one of my favorite combos. I also tried the sea salt foam matcha--another great drink! The matcha still shines through and isn't overpowered by the oat milk, which is impressive. But just a heads-up: the sea salt foam, while super tasty, adds a richness that can get a bit too creamy or heavy by the end. Still delicious, though--especially if you're into indulgent textures. My friend tried their hojicha and gave it a 7/10--not because it wasn't good, but just because they prefer a stronger, toastier hojicha. This one's definitely on the lighter side, so it depends on your personal taste. If you like a softer roast, you'll probably really enjoy it! Also, the workers here are always so kind and helpful. Whether it's walking you through the menu, offering recs, or just being genuinely welcoming, the staff makes the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. It's clear they care about the drinks and the people who walk in. That energy makes a huge difference. And don't even get me started on the vibe--it's adorable. I have to admin I have a tea crush on this place! It is cute, clean, and they are friendly. Served is on point every TIME, teas are delicious, and they explain when you are ordering what you are getting! I MAKE myself stop by to get at least 3 drinks for ME when I am near by. One I immediately drink, then the other 2 to 3 are put in the cooler for my later consumption. I wished they had SUPER sizes. lol! What I have tried: Strawberry rose iced tea - at 25% sugar, it is perfect the hints of fruit and flower Matcha lavender latte - this one of my favorites the match and hint of lavender Jasmine green tea - gentle sweet floral in green tea Pineapple green tea - this pineapple tea has chunks of pineapple in it. YUM! Passion fruit green tea - the passion fruit in this green tea is not overpowering Fresh taro milk - they use real taro (no chunks), just smooth taro paste I love all the Classic Milk Tea, Freshly Brewed Tea, & Refreshing Fruit Teas you can adjust the level of ice and sugar. Their Crafti Specialty items are optimized at the ice and sugar level so no change, but trust me these ladies know what they are doing! read more

After trying several tea shops in the valley for their taro milk drink, I'm convinced that Crafti's is the best! Love that they use real taro, blend it into a smooth paste (others I've tasted have been quite chunky and not enjoyable to drink), use lactose free milk, and is the perfect sweetness level. The service is great - every staff member I've encountered is super kind and sweet. Happy to make recommendations and answer any questions. Just a cute casual cafe to hang out in - several tables and I've often seen people study or work there. read more

This mango matcha was quite literally the best matcha I have ever had! I started making matchas at home, so I've been weary of getting them at coffee/tea shops since they're never as good, but this was 100% not the case at Crafti. This matcha was way better than any matcha I could ever make at home. The flavor was perfect with the slightly bitter aftertaste and the mango was perfectly sweet and fresh tasting.
