The inside is very clean and relaxing and is a very good place to meet friends or study. I've placed pickup orders more times than I can count, and have also met up with friends and studied there a few times. The drinks are all so amazing!! My family and I have tried at least half of the menu and everything I've tried has been a new favorite. I am always torn between trying something new or getting the orange bianco milk tea, pistachio matcha, or Seoul coffee. They are all very balanced and not overly sweet and you can taste how much care for quality and detail was put into building all of these drinks. They also have options like lactose-free whole milk, oat milk, and 2%. The owner and staff are also always very friendly and always happy to help. Last July they had a banana pudding matcha that was really good (pictured here next to my usual pistachio matcha), and they have had a really good and unique variety of seasonal drinks in the past. I've also tried some of the croffles and those are also very good. I love trying new cafes but the quality and balance of TeaMakers and Company almost always wins in my opinion.

They are super friendly and very helpful. This visit we ordered the ginger chai, vanilla bean cream latte. I preferred the ginger chai, but my sister thought hers was betters. Our second visit we ordered the orange bianco, along with the cream earl grey milk teas. Both also wonderful. Today we ordered the raspberry chocolate milk tea and cocoa cream matcha. I may sound like a broken record, but yes, they were wonderful. It is NOT a boba tea shop; it was, but no longer. Incidentally, if you come the "back" way, entering off Warner vs Dobson, the signage on the back side still says Ni Hao. :-) Since we've already visited them three times, I think it's pretty clear we would highly recommend their teas.

The taste and quality is superb and unmatched. It's delicate yet subtle. The complexity is there, with rich boldness and flavors that highlight the original leaf. It reminds me of being back in Hokkaido in Japan. Definitely recommend it. It tasted just like the Matcha back in Japan. Next time I'm trying the Matcha cake roll. Seating is quite ample and there's a small bar section on the side, which is great for studying. They also offer a wide variety of Asian goods such as Vietnamese coffee you can make at home, spam, pastries, and a variety of chips you can't find in a regular grocery store. The prices for these banh mi sandwiches are very reasonable. One sandwich costs around $9. You can cut it in half and split it into 2 which is a deal! They make mine without jalapeños which is exactly how I like it. They forgot and put some in one of my sandwiches tonight, but no biggie. I just picked them off, lol. The dining room is large, but I have never dined in. I will eventually! The variety is enough for you to stand there a good while and ponder on what you want. Had to stop by for the viral banana coffee!…read more It's been awhile but it was busy as ever on a Sunday afternoon. There were men outside smoking and even playing guitar. I had to park behind the building. The line was about 5-7 minutes long. I thought about getting a Bahn mi but have seen recent negative reviews- reviews even that they have failed the health inspection, so I decided against it. I ordered a small banana coffee which came out to ~$7. Although my order number was 10 behind the one that was being called, my drink was ready within a minute or two. I was expecting more of a cold foam but it is straight up banana PUDDING lol. So of course banana pudding on Vietnamese coffee is delicious! It mixed well; no clumps.
