We donated platelets nearby and wanted a treat afterwards. I saw this spot was in the same center and suggested we try it out. Parking was easy and we had the place to ourselves. Their menu is pretty extensive and there was a lot to choose from. They also offer food. We ordered a regular Thai tea and regular house milk tea, both with honey boba. Prices were fair. As we waited for our drinks, we perused the shop and liked the trinkets that were on sale, especially the boba themed ones. The candle with boba pearls on it was so cute! They also have a Mortal Kombat machine with free play, fun. Once our drinks were done, I snapped a photo and we were on our way. My milk tea didn't have a tea taste to it, but it might've been because the bobaista asked if brown sugar was okay, so I'm not sure I got the right drink. She also made extra and gave it to me in a cup, which was nice. Boba pearls were cooked well, soft and chewy. I also tried the Thai tea and it was tasty. Overall this is a nice boba shop and there is a lot to choose from. Next time I'd try something different! read more

I went in with my sister last minute hoping to find a boba shop open on Fourth of July and we're super glad we found this one. The food and service was amazing the owners were so kind and hospitable. They even brought out the shrimp rolls we ordered to our table and gave us extra on the drinks in separate cups which was very kind of them. The store has such a cool vibe as well with tons of art pieces on the wall and more you could purchase if you'd like. We look forward to visiting again. read more

This is by far the best boba place in Arizona the boba is always so fresh and chewy NEVER hard like I've had many times at other places. Anything you get here is amazing! Where do I even start. Ever since l started coming here with my girlfriend it has always, always been a such a pleasure and so much fun. I am always greeted by a pleasant and friendly person who works there by the name of "Moon." What a fantastic, sweet and wonderful person to take your order. When I order a smoothie and if there is some leftover she always gives you the extra and doesn't throw it out, I love that she doesn't waste. I always come through to order the smoothies with boba in them and let me tell you I can tell that everything she makes is with love and so good to drink on a hot day. Every time I have gotten one she has not failed to met my expectations but even excel them. The place is very decorated and friendly with some music in the background and board/arcade games for you in the back while you wait for your order, I have always had fun coming here and I do not mind waiting for my order. DON'T GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE TREAT DISRESPECTFULLY I came here today and order a Japanese Matcha Tea which is number A07 on the menu. The girl asked me if I want milk or not. I said no. Then they took 10 minutes to get my order which is just a Green tea with crystal boba. After that, the girl gave me the Japanese Matcha Milk Tea with MILK. I reminded her that I said no milk and she apologized me. I agreed and understand for her because it's a small mistake. When she was trying to make me a new drink without milk, an old lady came out and told me they can't the Japanese Matcha Green tea without milk. She rudely told me that I have to let the employee know if I don't want milk. First, that's not my business to let them know, they have to ask me first. Second, she did ask me and i said milk. Third, the menu says they have Japanese Matcha Green Tea (without milk). Then, they give me the drink and said there's no milk in it. But you know, I drink boba every day. And my tongue can't lie. Can't speak on the smoothies but I can say that the 3 color dessert was great. Not overly sweet, great ratio. You can also add more toppings and make it a 5 color dessert. There's an extensive menu for a smaller place with a wide variety of drinks, desserts, and snacks. Planning on coming back to try more. When I went, there was just one elderly lady working, but she was very sweet and kind. Saw a few reviews about slow service- but it was honestly not bad. Super glad to have discovered another place in AZ for bobas and waffles! One thing you will notice about the menu is that it is extensive (the menu is double sided btw!) There were so many options. My gf was craving waffles but not ice cream so we appreciated the option of just getting egg waffles without ice cream or toppings. We ordered the coconut egg waffle. It was delciously crispy and sweet. We especially liked the small coconut flakes inside the waffle; the different textures was a pleasant surprise. We also ordered a matcha smoothie with soy milk. So I'm very skeptical of boba places just because I'm Vietnamese and it's in my blood to drink this stuff. First impression: "wow this place has so much to offer". My husband's going to love this. I'm looking around as I wait. It's a small, cute, dainty place for date night. There's a tv and fooseball table in the very back. THEY HAVE SPECIALTY MENUS TOO, so look out for those. It offers more than the regular menu. My drinks come out: strawberry milk tea. I love it. Most places make SMT out of powder so it tastes "fake", but I saw them using strawberry syrup which keeps it true to taste. Next: oolong milk tea. SO GOOD. Boba is great as well. It's not as "honey" as other places that I've been to, but you can tell it's fresh. Next: avocado smoothie. It was pretty thick and icy, but the flavor was there! The milk teas came just a tad bit sweet, nothing I can't handle, but I'll probably order "half sweet" next time. They keep it honest there. They're not hiding anything. They could've been making our drinks in the back, but they do it there for us to see. I'm really glad to have found a boba place in the east, east valley and not have to drive too far for it. SLOWEST SERVICE EVER. We came to try this place on a Saturday afternoon. When we came in, no one was at the register, and we stood for several minutes before the one employee came out the back. Shortly after, a GrubHub driver came to pick up an order. The driver was told it would be 20 minutes before the order was complete. We placed our order (three drinks) and waited. It has now been thirty minutes since we ordered. Our drinks are just being made. The employee has walked the length of the counter for every single item, putting it back after adding it to the blender. We have been sitting in the uncomfortable plastic chairs this entire time. The GrubHub driver received the order five minutes ago, it was not even started until the driver came. This place is definitely not FAST. I could have ordered and drank an entire smoothie at another place in the amount of time I have been sitting here. At this point, I would not come back even if this smoothie is the most delicious thing ever. Complete waste of time. read more

The boba tea that I ordered is delicious! The "salad" on the other hand is NOT a salad at all. It is more fried crab (that is so watery and tastes like salt water), which is also the FULL snow crab shell and all with fries on literally a bed of spinach. It did not look appetizing at all but I tried it anyway. To be completely honest, it was disgusting. The fries even tasted like salt water. (There wasn't much of a description, so I assumed I would actually get a salad). So I called to ask if I could get a different salad or if I could have my money back and she said, "no I'm sorry, but we made what you ordered and delivered it to you" so disappointing that she wasn't willing to do anything to make it right. I will say, the tea is amazing. I ordered one egg roll, that was just okay. And a crab wonton, which was burnt, but was still good. I paid $21.29 and I feel as though they weren't willing to fix the salad that I paid $12 for to literally throw away. I will go there again because I love Boba tea. But I will never order food from there again. I would have given the business 5 stars if they would have let me replace my salad or given me my money back on just the salad, but they were willing to do neither. read more
