    Vegan "Tuna" Sandwich

The tuna sandwich is great. It has a potato base as the tuna and is yummy. The store is nice and quaint with two tables inside and two tables outside. Lots of desserts to try after you enjoy your sandwich. The service is kind and helpful.

I discovered Linden Organic while I was pregnant and was searching for somewhere that promoted healthy organic food and drinks - I'm a huge fan! I like variety & am slowly trying all the smoothies on their menu; my favorites so far are the AZ Sunrise & PB & J. I've tried their breakfast burrito, cheesecake, & double chocolate protein muffin - everything so far has tasted delicious! Their staff is incredibly kind & they have always greeted me with a smile. It's a clean & cozy little smoothie shop & I love that they are open earlier now at 7am so I can grab something on the way to work. Highly recommend for any expecting mamas - their nutritious organic smoothies were good for baby and helped me stay hydrated during our extra hot triple digit summers!

Delicious! Little pricy but great clean and healthy ingredients. Great post hike snack!

Mindful Matcha, Chocolate Donut, Snickers Bar

I stopped by Linden Organic because they are an all organic, vegan, gluten-free, and refined sugar-free cafe and I've wanted to check them out for awhile now. There are a couple tables inside (2) but it's more of a grab and go. They have a lot of good stuff - including coffee (but I already had mine this morning) so I opted for the: Mindful Matcha Smoothie Chocolate donut Snickers bar Tasty stuff and friendly.

Very welcoming folks and a wonderful variety of delicious plant-based breakfast foods, smoothies, bowls, espresso and tea.

What a fun place! The menu is a lot to take in, so I suggest looking beforehand so you have an idea of what you want. The place is quaint, with a few small tables inside to sit down and eat. We went with the Maca bowl (which is easily shareable between 2-4 people), snickers bar, vegan tuna sandwich and their Chickpea salad (in their to go section). I also got their matcha latte with almond milk. Everything was awesome and the owner was super kind and welcoming. The vegan tuna sandwich is clearly the superstar and honestly, a piece of art. I will be thinking about that sandwich for a while, it's so good.

Love a good vegan spot, especially ones with healthy/organic food! This is just a small place, you can order stuff to be made or some premade options. I had a hard time deciding between the avocado toast or the heirloom tomato toast, but I get avocado toast all the time so I went for the heirloom tomato toast! It had cashew cheese on it, micro greens, red onion, and a lemon to squeeze. Food came out in a reasonable time, no complaints for service. The food was so so incredibly fresh. YUM! Was refreshing. Only complaint was that it was really expensive but I guess that makes sense for an organic place. Would def stop by again.

Hidden in the southwest plaza, is a cute vegan spot that serves baked treats, smoothies, food, and of course açaís bowls. I got the original acai bowl with came in one size only and probably be shared with at least two people. Nicely presented, the base had plenty of unsweetened acai, grain fee granola (a bit hard but let it sit in the acai to soften up), fresh strawberries, bananas, 2 thin slices of green apple, cocoa nibs, and topped with coconut shavings. Everything was top notch! Recommended the acai bowls here. Looking forward to trying other ones on the menu. Plenty of parking but can get busy. Tables were clean, they do have a restroom for customers, and the staff were great.

    Black Forest Smoothie

I really love the smoothies here! Everything is gluten free and is labeled as far as soy and dairy. I appreciate that. Small shop with good service. It is on the pricey side but it's to be expected for the quality of ingredients. I love the Black Forest and mermaid smoothies, peanut butter oat bar and "tuna."

Love this family owned place. Money well spent. Each item is made with clean ingredients. I have not been disappointed so I continue to go. This is my #1 choice for delicious smoothies. Just try it and you will not be sorry. Customer service is amazing!!! Every one is so courteous and kind. They receive you with a great smile. I love Linden!

I was celebrating 2 birthdays in my family, but they're both out of state so I wanted something small that I could indulge in by myself. What a cute neighborhood gem!! I'm so glad I found Sweet Impastries on Yelp! As with any bakery, there are slim pickins towards closing time. I made it here with about 15 minutes to spare. I got to chatting with Dana, who happens to be the owner. She is so sweet!! I am not one with dietary restrictions, but I am all for trying almost anything at least once. I like some vegan things even though you all know I'm not vegan. This bakery is gluten-free and I think some items are also dairy-free. I got 2 of the mini Tiramisu Cinnamon Rolls and the nut-free Carrot Cupcake. I told myself I'd only eat half of each, but I ended up eating the entire cupcake! No shame here. The cupcake was flavorful but mild. You can tell it's made with the finest ingredients. I'm glad I didn't taste all that sugary artificial stuff in most sweets these days. I did eat half of one of the cinnamon rolls after nuking it for 30 seconds as instructed by Dana. Ohhh myyyy goodness!!! I had to stop myself from eating the other half!! It was so goooood!! Not super sweet and it tastes absolutely divine! They also cater, so please do consider them or spread the word to those looking for a gluten-free bakery. There is a huge parking lot in the shopping center and the prices are reasonable. Thank you so much, Dana! I will be back sooner or later!

Id probably expect closer to 5-6 oz of chicken in a protein-based entrée, not what looks like a few chopped pieces scattered on top. The chicken tenders help salvage the meal from a protein standpoint, but that's not really the point. You shouldn't have to order an extra side just to make the entrée feel complete. The price breakdown is what really stings: * Coconut Curry Bowl * Chicken tenders * Protein smoothie * Tax/tip Total: $43 When I look at the actual food in the picture, it doesn't visually read as a $43 meal. It looks more like a $20-25 meal in terms of portion size. What's interesting is that the dine-in portions seem much larger. I love Aubergine Kitchen and eat there often because it's one of the few places that fits my gluten-free and dairy-free diet. However, I was disappointed with my takeout order tonight.

The name of this restaurant isn't very becoming. But you will be coming regularly once you try this place. Mediterranean food has worked it's way as a staple across the country because of the use of numerous spices, it has an undeniable bold flavor that has become a favorite of the American diet. Here is no exception and lives up to the Mediterranean flavor profile expectations with an Americanized twist on the ingredients. I ordered on the app and found it quite user friendly, which encourages me to get food here more often with the ease of use and simple interface. You have to ability to add or omit ingredients from the menu items which makes for a very satisfying customized meal (and only have yourself to blame if it is a displeasing combination) BERLINER WRAP- meat and veg all in a flatbread wrap. There's a lot of ingredients packed in this thang, so for me, I had to use extra sauce to dip and coat it all in flavor. The problem with these wraps though, is that the paper it wrapped in was getting stuck to the bread and would have to constantly peel it off that thang and it was a mess, unless you just don't mind eating the paper for some extra fiber. MEDI BOWL- The bowl was felt healthy and hearty; an all-around good dish. The crunchy garbanzo beans were a nice element to contrast against the other textures in the bowl. Again, i liked it with more sauce, but that's just me. Everything tasted fresh and delicious and I want to try the other menu items in the future.

It didn't take very long for our orders to be prepared. It was promptly delivered to our table. The first thing I noticed was the lack of meat in my Berliner. It didn't come close to the amount of meat I saw in several photos on Yelp. After I bit into my wrap, all I could taste were the vegetables. It took a few bites before I tasted just a hint of meat. This was very disappointing. I was meat hungry and I wanted something healthy with a good portion of meat. I wasn't getting it here. A total letdown! The first thing my wife commented on her Street Car donor was how dry it was. Where was the sauce? She had to ask for tzatziki sauce. I took a bite of hers and at least she had more meat than I had. She told me I could have her other half. She was impressed to say the least! Did we come on an off day? Was there someone new in the back? When you enter the Gilbert Gateway Towne Center, you have to maneuver through tricky shared parking to find a space. We dined half past 6pm on Memorial Day, so thankfully parking was easier as I believe some businesses were closed for the holiday. Though parking is tight, there is no shortage of seating in this establishment. Some bench-style seating as well as chairs to accommodate whichever you prefer. What We Ordered: ~ The Great Greek Gyro (no onions) x2: My boyfriend remarked that the gyro meat tastes like it was reheated, which I also noticed it slightly tougher than a more authentic one I've had previously. Still a very solid gyro given this is a chain and fast service place with a generous portion. ~ Sides with our meals: French fries and lemon potatoes Personally, the lemon potatoes are a pass next time as very buttery and heavy. The French fries however, were fantastic! They appear to be twice fried to have an extra crunchiness. Overall, if I'm in the area and in the mood for Mediterranean, then I'd pop in to The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill. P.s. Don't forget to add your number for rewards via Toast!
