While not everyone might like the green apple flavor, I decided to try it. It is bright, sweet, and a little tart. I did leave it a little too long, so the ice melted unfortunately. It does leave a funny tart aftertaste for me. I might not get it again, but it was good to try once. They put whip cream on top. They forgot to ask me. Dutch bros is a place that is mostly drive thru or walk up window only. There is maybe one or two places with limited indoor seating. I have also seen some with limited outdoor patio seating. Quick service despite usually long lines. I am unsure about getting the green apple or strawberry smoothie flavors again. I would get the mango smoothie flavor again. I didn't like the strawberry tea or the electric berry tea as much as the mango smoothie Or the strawberry smoothie. read more

Every time I drive by this location, it is popping! I've wanted to stop by for awhile but never in the area when I'm wanting a cold brew. Today was the day! My usual drink at Dutch is a cold brew with salted caramel and cream. My cousin and I went through the drive thru and ordered two. We both were shocked at the amount of ice in the beverage (pictures included), which made us both very disappointed to pay about $6 each for mostly ice though the flavor was great in the little beverage there was. I've never had to order light on the ice at any Dutch Bros Coffee location, and we drove away pretty sad. Though it started off with friendly service at ordering, and quick to get our orders. Ultimately, we ended up going to Starbucks as there wasn't enough coffee in these. I'll be reluctant to return, and likely order light ice or ice on the side next time. read more

My favorite Brorista, Emma, took care of me this morning! I was so happy to see her when I arrived at the walk up window. She had me out of there in less than 5 minutes with my 2 drinks in tow. I go to Dutch bros often and hyped it up to my aunt. I was on my way over and happened to be near this location so I stopped in for a sf rebel for her. The line was very long, but the location by my house is always quick and being that they had two lanes, I figured it would be a 10 minute experience. I was definitely wrong. They had one girl getting orders and when I pulled in, she was finishing up with one car and walking to the car ahead of me. By the time that she finished up with that car , there were five more cars behind me and the last car skipped into the other lane from the back of the line. The employee went to go greet that customer and get their order instead of coming to the cars that were next in line. I stopped her before she got there and explained that they were from the back of the line and I was next. She came over and got my order and it seemed that she was very inexperienced with taking the orders. My aunt had gone onto the Dutch Bros app and sent me a screenshot of exactly what she wanted ordered which was a sugar-free Rebel with sugarfree strawberry, sugar-free raspberry, and sugar-free coconut. She read it back and said that she put it in as "sugar free as possible." Being that my aunt is diabetic, I verified that it was sugar free, and she said yes. When I finally got to the window, I verified again because while watching them make it, it looked like it was being made with regular syrups. Sure enough, my aunts blood sugar spiked from the drink and now she has a bad first experience with Dutch bros. I won't be returning to this location. read more

This is my new favorite place! Really sad they don't have one out in California. They offer a ton of different drink options from teas to smoothies to coffees. Currently they're only allowing drive through and not walk up. The workers were super nice and patient while we decided what to order. I got the passion water green tea half sweet and it has a really subtle flavor to it that works well with the tea. The drink was very refreshing. One of the machines for frozen blended coffee was broken and the blender replacement that I was offered was terrible. Normally this is the best place for service and the coffee is normally spectacular! Their website says that if you don't like your drink they will make you another one for free, no questions asked. read more

This location is so slow it's insane. At Starbucks you can get in and out of the drive through in 5 minutes, here they take their time chatting and messing around which has made me wait 30 minutes several times which is absolutely insane, for a drive through coffee place. Not coming here again since I don't have that much time to waste. read more

Before I left the house, I checked my app and activated the double points for 12/3/24. Went through a little after noon and ordered a Large Ice Mocha. The barista scanned my phone, but I never received any points. Will not be going back to that location ever again. The staff is always super friendly and patient with me when I'm trying to remember what drinks are what. Even when there's a ton of cars you can tell the staff are hard working and get drinks out as quick as possible while also making everything right. Just had my first BAD experience with Dutch Bros Coffee and it wasn't beverage but 2 employees and a friend in a Jeep which stopped the line from moving up by talking and caring on but to top that as the driver did move up to the window again they talked for over 4 mins of conversation, caring on, joking and since it was a nice day my window was down so we heard all the conversation of the 3. We hadn't paid yet for our beverages so finally I pulled around and left. While pulling out the DB employee in the window (girl) looked up and loudly said 'well, no patience' and they laughed. Well it will be a long time before I'd go back to AJ DBC for anything. Very very unprofessional but again this is the generation of do nothings and as employees go, you get what you pay for so I guess it should be expected. DBC, clean up the AJ location by cleaning house of poor customer service like we just experienced. read more

Five stars because sometimes only an Annihilator blended, quarter sweet ,with an extra shot will do! Or the Canyon because it has that yummy twist of caramel. If you're an adult always start with quarter sweet IF you really enjoy and love coffee. Or half sweet. Full sweet loses the coffee flavor altogether for me. Please, please, please teach the staff how to make drinks properly. I have tried to be patient with the growing pains of opening a new location but my patience has run out. I ordered the same drink 3 times and had it made wrong...you guessed it, 3 times. Cars behind me getting drinks brought out ahead of mine. First and last visit to this Dutch Bros Coffee location! Pulled in and waited in line. Upon ordering I should have known this would be a poor experience. I ordered my usual and the Dutch Bros employee began asking me questions about my order that I have never been asked before. I have been to Dutch Bros enough times to competently order and explain what drink I am asking for. What type of milk, what type of drink, etc! Again, I told her the drink that I wanted, and she punched something into the order taking tablet. She then instructed me to pull forward and wait in line. Got to the window and the whole experience went downhill from here. I provided my payment and was given a drink that I did not order. The drink that I ordered has a distinct bright orange color and I was presented with a brown colored drink. NOT what I ordered! I asked the Dutch Bros lady at the window if this was the drink that I ordered. I explained that I had ordered this drink multiple times and it has never looked brown in color. She responded with, "Oh, I don't know." How are you serving a drink to a customer when you don't even know what drink you are handing me? She then asked another Dutch Bros employee and they did not know either. Weird. She offered to remake the drink. Yes, I took her up on the offer to make the drink again since the drink I was presented was obviously not the drink that I ordered. I had to reorder my drink again at the pickup window and explain what drink I was ordering! Ridiculous! Then, I saw where they had a sign at the pickup window stating the following: "Stamp cards will no longer be accepted after April 1st. If you still have a stamp card, you can get up to 50% off your order." I asked the Dutch Bros lady if I could turn in my 2 half filled stamp cards to get some money off my order since I had them. She seemed like she wanted to accept them, but then the manager stepped in with attitude! The manager lady was extremely rude and snippy with both the Dutch Bros lady at the window and me with an unbelievable attitude! She snapped at me, "NO! We AREN'T accepting those anymore!" Good grief! So this is the manager? No wonder they didn't know how to take my order, gave me the wrong drink, and then took forever to remake my drink! I was old enough to be this girl's mother and here she was being extremely rude and giving me the attitude! Newsflash to the snippy attitude filled manager - if you won't honor this discount, TAKE DOWN THE SIGN! Or, since the sign is up, maybe you should honor the customer since you FAILED to remove the sign promoting an offer or discount! This all went down while I was waiting for my drink to be remade properly. Then, they finally give me the drink I originally ordered, but there was no whipped cream! So, I asked them to please put the whipped cream on, since that is what I ordered and already payed for. The manager lady again was very rude with and attitude and sighing you could hear through her mask! Again, with the attitude! So I received 2 drinks which were incorrect and you refused to honor the stamp card deal as advertised on the sign at the pickup window - at this point, my drink should have been free! I will never be returning to this Dutch Bros location! I have contacted their corporate customer service about this manager and horrible location and have yet to hear back! GOODBYE! read more

I have been to this location pretty much every Sunday for 3 years and have yet to have any issues. Always wonderful service, rain or shine.

They are amazing, I asked to return a drink because I didn't like it and they replaced it with a new drink. They were so nice even asked if I needed water waiting that girl deserves a raise, everybody who I interacted with deserved a raise I should of asked for names. But hopefully they see this or the manager this day tells them. read more

Ever since this Dutch opened up much closer to my home than other locations, I've become a regular! I love the staff, always so friendly, makes sure to ask how my day is going and what my plans for the day are. They have such great attitudes, it's one of the only places you can go to and the staff actually seem happy to be there. Not to mention it's so much faster than any other location I've gone to. I went today and asked the worker taking orders if I could get their favorite rebel, which was I believe a sweet tart because it tastes exactly like one!! If i could give a zero i would. I have been a dutch bro's regular for 5 years. I go every day religiously and normally order the same thing everytime. Well i just moved to the side of town and these guys suck!!! They mess up my order AT LEAST 3 times a week. I ordered extra soft top and barely got any.. so i asked for them to redo it (before i touched the cup).. they hand me a small cup with soft top in it and tell me to put it on myself.. today they gave me a small adult cup for my KIDS smoothie and i asked for a smaller one, the one for kids.. and they hand me an empty kids cup and tell me to pour it in there myself. My coffee was burnt for a 3rd time. WHY DONT YOU HAND ME ALL OF THE COFFEE INGREDIENTS SO I CAN MAKE ALL MY DRINKS IN MY CAR, myself. They're incompetent. They skip people in lines, every one of them is brand new to the company and are still in training... spend the extra 5 minutes and drive to queen creek because this stand sucks SO bad. read more
