Stopped by this little coffee shop / bakery after our Apache Trail Tour and had a couple snacks. The frozen banana was definitely frozen and was difficult to bite into at first. It took time for it to thaw even in the hot Arizona summer heat! They had a decent selection of baked goods and coffees. We also purchased a pretty unique prickly pear coffee cake that we bought to take home. Overall very good experience and friendly customer service!

Coffee was great, great atmosphere! Mary Joe greeted us with a smile! And I got to meet Mayor Bob. Definitely coming back to visit. :-)

I was a Former Customer of this sandwich place because the original owners weren't there anymore…read moreand it was being run by other people that were just awful. But then I learned the Original owners bought the place back and I was so happy I bought a sandwich and I was not dissappointed I am glad they are back.

Went here a few years ago and got a nice, fat, fresh sandwich. It has DEFINITELY gone down hill…read moresince then. Never mind how run down the place is--if the sandwiches were good, I'd ignore that. The woman behind the counter took orders for me and my wife, with the special direction that there be no onion nor mustard on hers. Then, another customer came in to order his sandwich. After waiting about ten minutes, the other customer got his sandwich first and left. It took another ten minutes to get our order, and then I see only one sandwich sitting on the counter. She heard both orders, asked us what kind of bread we wanted, wrote down notes. Then, only charged us for only one sandwich, made us wait 20 minutes, served a customer that came in after us first, forgot mine, and left my wife's with mustard and onions contrary to my order. Slicer? Nothing sliced fresh here anymore. All prepackaged, salty meat on cheap bread. Not terrible, but I could buy Oscar Meyer packs from Basha's and make something better. Our server seemed pretty clueless and out to lunch. This is not how you run a restaurant. She offered to make me another sandwich and I didn't give her to opportunity to make another mistake. Nor will I in the future.

Over the years, I've seen a lot of changes at both stores, but the Apache Junction location has really stepped up its game while still maintaining the hometown atmosphere that has kept me coming back for so many years. On my most recent visit, Michael Ray provided outstanding customer service. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the produce department, including delivery schedules for seasonal items, and was familiar with products throughout the store. When I asked for help picking out a watermelon for a party, he didn't just point me in the right direction--he took the time to dig through the display to find the biggest and best one. It was a huge hit with everyone, and I truly appreciated the extra effort he put into making sure I left with exactly what I needed. Michael Ray has been a wonderful addition to an already outstanding staff. Employees like him are the reason customers continue to come back year after year. His knowledge, willingness to help, and genuine commitment to customer service reflect the values that make Superstition Ranch Market such a special place to shop. Please recognize Michael Ray for the excellent work he does. He represents your store exceptionally well and deserves to be acknowledged for the positive impact he has on your customers.
