Today she got a fuel drink that had something floating in it so the guy had to remake it. He then gave it back to her 3/4 full. And he was a real jerk because he had to remake it because he's apparently incapable of making a correct drink without junk floating in it. And the girl that was working was also pretty snotty. The guy then proceeds to have a little hissy fit and told her to get out loudly. Very embarrassing for him and for my wife and for pretty much everybody else in the store that paid for a drink that was having their experience ruined. Do not go to this place because the management could care less. FYI they need to clean the place!

There's a reason so many of the chains, and some smaller businesses, have gone to "Welcome in" and "what are you up to today." The bowl was topped with three Birria and cheese tacos which I removed to a side plate to enjoy separately. The bowl in also accompanied by fresh diced Onions and Cilantro. However, I was met and left with a bad taste in my mouth. No pun intended. The female employee (short hair/glasses) was not the friendliest person, even after I tried being overly nice. I don't know if she was having a bad day or just hates males in general but not a good representation of a place I was eagerly awaiting to try. I first asked if there was a difference in drinks from what was on the menu and up on the board above. She answered snarky, "if it's up on the board and on the menu it's the same" Mind you, one said latte and the other did not, hence the question. I opted with what I normally get. She took my order and then while looking down, stated, "2% milk okay" I said sure then asked if whole was available. You would've thought I had asked for her to go milk the cow and bring it back. She was very annoyed, so I said 2% is fine. I paid for my coffee then stood and watched her began preparing it. I saw her add one quick pump of syrup so I said, could I maybe have one more pump. Again, you would've thought I was about to suck them dry of all syrup. She seemed annoyed and looked at the register and began to say what I assume was they charge for extra, so I quickly said never mind. All in all I was disappointed with my interaction. The coffee was good and the wrap was okay but I dunno if I'd go back.
