I was in the area and was craving the Starbucks Ube coconut macchiato drink. It is an iced item, but I love it hot. I tried it hot at a different location and mentioned it to the staff here. It is my new favorite coffee drink. They were so kind and tried to make it for me. The flavor was good, but I forgot to say no toasted coconut flakes. read more

Good location and friendly staff, it's always been clean on the inside but is a little small from some other locations. Drive through is a bit hard to get in and out of but the line usually moves pretty fast! read more

I've been coming to this Starbucks location for three years now, and it never fails - the customer service has simply never improved. What's particularly frustrating is that this isn't a generational issue. I often hear people blame younger workers for lacking work ethic or older workers for being set in their ways, but this location has a wide age range of employees, and the poor service is consistent across the board. This tells me the real problem is leadership and management, not the staff themselves. When you have team members of all ages struggling with basic courtesy and customer service, that points to a lack of proper training, standards, and accountability from management. Good leadership should bring out the best in any team, regardless of age or background. I keep hoping things will turn around, but after three years of the same issues, it's clear nothing is changing here. I guess I'll go back to the Starbucks in Fry's - at least they know how to treat customers there. read more

This place makes nasty cold foam. The place was not that busy during the time I walked in. But the employee was rush. Cold foam supposed to be creamy not like this bubbly. When she pour the cold foam into the coffee, the cold foam sink to the bottom right away. Tried to order the same drink many times with this place. Always disappointed. read more

I love coming to this Starbucks but normally I go through the drive-thru. They are always so friendly and quick too. This time though I felt like reviewing because it's first time I actually park and come inside. Laptop at hand, I wanted a hot cup of coffee while it is cold outside. I love how big it actually is and has plenty of sitting space. I always wish Starbucks music was very low volume but it never is, no different than any other location. The space though is great! Perfect to get some coffee and finish work or studying. I enjoyed the experience. read more

Came in before work to grab one grande drink. Looks like one persons making drinks for drive thru and one's doing mobile orders and in store orders. Needs to be changed. There needs to be one person strictly for mobile orders as there are so many. Waited 20 minutes for this drink and had to leave empty handed. Whoever's running this place needs to be fired. Was fine late to work with a drink but now I'm late with nothing. read more

Rude crew... Weak manager! So I stop by today at this store and since the moment I got in nobody... yes, NO ONE was nice to me even though I said: Hello! twice. I had to wait over 12 minutes in order to get my coffee, even a young "lady" got her over before me when she order AFTER me. That girl was annoying and distracting the manager from her duties (as supporting her crew to be faster and more efdicient). Also, I noticed! It seems like drive thru orders are top priority than the ones taken inside the store. When I talked to the manager she tried to excuse herself and her employees about the delay with the customers in the lobby... instead of just listen to customers concerns and simply apologize for the inconvinient... Passive aggresive responds that turned to be rude. If in the area, think twice if you want to come in... I would order from the drive thru as last resource. read more

Have been here a handful of times now since location is very convenient for me. This Starbucks is located in the busy Higley Village Professional Plaza, sandwiched between Cobblestone car wash and Perspire Sauna Studio. I haven't stepped foot inside yet, I've only utilized the drive-thru. The staff is very pleasant and friendly. I'm greeted with a warm smile everytime. They always make genuine small talk while I wait for my drink at the window and my interactions with them have been enjoyable. The wait is never long. I'm usually in and out of the drive-thru in under 10 minutes! My go-to drink is an oat milk latte with 3 packets of real honey (not the blend syrup) and cinnamon powder. I've had it hot and cold, and both were prepared exactly how I like it. I don't go to Starbucks often anymore, but when I do, this is my preferred location! read more

They wonder why businesses are down because the customer in front of you is not a priority. Online orders made at same pace as drive through and mobile orders. People waiting while orders made just sit. Doesn't make sense. read more

This used to be my "home" Starbucks and my favorite. The manager has let this Starbucks customer service go down hill. She is rude to the customers, inflexible and a poor listener. You can even see some of the employees hide their shock. It's crazy to watch! Just let people come, savor their coffee, and enjoy their morning among friends. I have been a customer for almost five years. It is a high volume store, that is hustling all the time. I was always in awe of the efficiency and consideration from all the staff. I knew them all by name and shared lots of smiles. Always an inspiring message on the cups for the regulars. I used to spend thousands of dollars a year in Starbucks. No more. I have grown to love TopCup and it is worth driving a few miles to a pleasant place to laugh and share coffee with friends. The best way to to register a complaint is to take your dollars elsewhere. So that is what I have done. I walked into TopCup this morning and found 7 of the old Starbucks regulars here and realized we had found another place to wave and say hello. read more

Worst location ever! I've been by a handful of times and they are always out of all seasonal syrups and drinks! Always! So frustrating to wait in the long line and be told all 3 drinks are out. Twice they've made my drink with regular dairy and I'm allergic. I'll never stop at this location again. read more

I just moved to Gilbert this month from CA and this has been my go-to starbucks since and every single visit they have great hospitality and customer service. First day I went, I went to study and didn't purchase anything, however one of the workers brought me a complimentary tea which was a great first experience. Next time I came through the drive thru, they forgot my cheese danish or maybe I left too soon to get it but I called back and they were more than happy to accommodate me and gave me a freshly warm danish. The cherry on top for this review was today's experience when the worker handed me my drink and left the sweetest note! This locations attitude is positive and kind and just spreading kindness in their messages can make a persons day like it did mine. read more

This is my local Starbucks location. I come here at least once a week to order for my husband, daughter and myself. I've always had great customer service here. Even when they are slammed, they truly make an effort to keep smiling and assisting however they can. When it's quiet in the drive thru, staff love to have a little chat before drinks are finished. Staff are polite, fun and genuine. It's always nice and clean inside, no matter what time I come inside to get my coffee. Definitely recommend this location. read more

Great Starbucks!! Like most it's a very busy store but they move you through quickly. It seems like the employees all get along and do their jobs efficiently. Never had an order wrong. Very friendly baristas and helpful. Clean and well kept location. These days it is hard to find good customer service but to find great friendly service is even better. Thank you! read more

This has to be one of the worst Starbucks I've been to. Customer service is for the most part lacking, drive thru staff are almost always sounding like they're so bored and don't even greet you half the time. Orders have been incorrect many times and today I got a bagel that was ROCK HARD! It had to go right in the trash. I hope management does something to train their staff better or maybe management needs to care more. read more

How they have 4 stars as an average beats me. They have the worst service of any Starbucks. They never acknowledge you when you walk in and they're always so short with you in the drive-thru. Never a "thank you" or "have a nice day." Wish there was a location closer to Riggs and Higley so I wouldn't have to come here- unfortunately they're the closest so I just suffer for now. read more

I usually don't leave Starbucks reviews because I go to the same one every morning but this morning I had to go to a different one. I ordered a protein box and upon looking at the packaging of the box I noticed it was covered in sludge and residue and it was really disgusting opening the box. I think companies such as Starbucks should set their standards a little higher especially during the times with Covid and make sure that all of the products are wiped down and appear to be clean at least. read more

Worst Starbucks I have ever been too. The staff was too busy flirting with a police office to notice customers waiting in line. I was waiting for 5 minutes with no one in front of me in line and the worker decided to help the customer that was behind me in line before me. She didn't ask who was there first. Just went straight to the customer behind me. read more

I love this Starbucks!!!!! I'm normally not a Starbucks person, but ever since coming to this location I find myself coming back almost daily. Every worker is so kind and always in a great mood which is a really nice way to start my morning. They always have my mobile order drink right and ready on time too! If you are coming here to do work, it is super cold and the music is louder than most, but just bring a sweatshirt and headphones and it's no problem. You can tell the workers here enjoy their job, and it shows through their interactions with their customers :) I RECOMMEND THIS STARBUCKS read more

The baristas are always very friendly and my orders have always been made correctly! Great Starbucks and convenient location. The only thing is that I often get charged for add ins that other Starbucks don't charge extra for (ex. substituting classic syrup for a different one and adding a splash of non-dairy milk in my iced coffee both cost me extra, while other Starbucks don't charge for these things). But I'll be back! read more

I went in to this Starbucks on Friday Nov 19th in the morning. My father had passed away that morning and I was stoping by on my way home. When the barista asked me how my morning was I told her, I was just very emotional. I went to pay and she said "it's on us so sorry for your loss". Again I started to cry that was just so kind and helped make a hard morning a little better. I wish I knew her name but whoever you were thank you so much. read more
