My love for Dutch Bros goes back over a decade. I used to frequent the one off of Alma School and the 60 but since 2020, the Greenfield and 60 location has been my main spot. There are many things I love about Dutch. Obviously their coffee is amazing. Not burnt tasting like the green mermaid other guys. I love their hot lattes and fancy drinks and my son loves their blended Sweater Weather chai. Also! They use real chocolate milk instead of chocolate syrup and man does it make a difference! No matter what you order, it's delicious and worth the cost. Besides my intense love for their drinks, Dutch has something else that makes it very special. Their people!! I have made friends with many awesome Dutchers and always get a warm welcome, no matter who I am helped by. They have an incredible culture and you can feel it when you visit any location but this one especially. The management here (shout out to Mallory and Megan!) is awesome and hard workers! Seriously they are some of the best and it feels like visiting friends when we go. I'm pretty outgoing and work in sales but my son is more introverted and reserved. Dutch has been an awesome place for us to go together and he's come out of his shell because of the kindness and genuine friendliness we experience at each visit. Today was extra special! Got myself a small a iced rebel off their "Dutch Luv" menu. There were only two cars ahead of me so it should've been a fast stop. After a few minutes of us not moving, the worker came out and took my order. I ordered a small strawberries and crème rebel, no soft top, and yes to sprinkles. Paid via the app and even gave a tip. Waited in line for about 15 more minutes. Not sure what issue the car in front of me had with their drinks but they took forever!!! By this point I counted about 12 cars behind me... Finally my turn. I pulled up to the window and my drink had been sitting there. The worker handed it to me, gave me my straw, and gave me a sticker. My drink was not full and it looked like someone had already taken a sip. They also did not give me the sprinkles I asked for. So upset. read more

Decided tonight was the night to embarrass my daughter at her job :) First time getting something from Dutch...it definitely won't be my last. I ordered some kind of double mocha chocolate something....it was a shake or a smoothie or something in between, I wasn't really paying attention, but it was great! I also got a Cookie Butter cake thing that was really good. Service was top notch. Our server, Kendele was kind enough to bring my order out to me with a smile. She was slightly embarrassed when I yelled out her name and cheered her on like she won the Super Bowl as she got closer to my Jeep. She was a champ! I'll for sure be back...no doubt. Ordered a nitro cold brew, but it came out as a regular cold brew. It was still pretty decent with strong coffee notes. Decided not to take it back to be remade since I was on a time crunch to get to an appointment. Service was friendly from the two outside taking orders car side. I had an old gift card in my truck and remembered to use it. It seemed like they were having troubles inputting the gift card in as it took both to troubleshoot my order. read more

I come here every morning for a good cup of coffee or a cup of hot chocolate when it is cold and it's usually a "long" line but they have fast pace workers which is great because 8/10 people here in line need to get to work and the service is always so friendly a good way to start the morning drinks are good as well as their service good place! read more

The line can be long sometimes in the morning, so plan to wait a little while if you're grabbing a cup on the way to work. I popped in here today because #coffee and even though the line was dang near wrapped around the building, my order was taken quickly and the line moved faster than expected. I was with a friend of mine, who accidentally ordered a black coffee when she meant to order a black tea. We couldn't wave down the gal who took our order, so we had no choice but to wait in line and hope the peeps at the front window would be willing to work with us. When we got to the front, everyone was *super* nice and gladly made the correct drink, even though it wasn't their fault it was wrong. This location is the best! I love Dutch Bros, and when you see how long the drive thru lines are at every Dutch Bros location, you will agree, a lot of other people love it too! This is probably my 3rd or 4th time here. I like this location the best off of all the other branches I've been to because of the parking and the location of the drive thru. It always looks like Dutch Bros intentionally picks a spot that overlooks a main road, not a bad idea however, considering how popular it is, the drive thru becomes annoying in that it wraps around the building and goes out onto the street making it somewhat inconvenient for the rest of the drivers on that road. This location sits in a big shopping center with a big parking area and enough space to have so many cars line up in the drive thru, without affecting the Main Street and creating unwanted traffic. The coffee (and 80+ drinks and counting) at Dutch Bros is always good. Many times, I showed up at their store not knowing what I want and had no time to check their menu (and secret menu) to choose something. I always just tell them what flavors I'm in the mood for and they put together a drink for me, and they never disappoint! If I was to compare the taste of their coffee with coffee from other stores, I would say theirs is somewhat mild but very flavorful. The blend at other stores feels very bitter sometimes and I have never felt the coffee here was bitter ever. I like that! Prices are average, just like any other coffee house. It attracts a younger crowd mainly and fewer older generations. Everyone who works there is always friendly and chats with you, this is the norm, at every branch. There is only 1 negative thing worth mentioning about this particular location, the drive thru exit! I had my coffee sitting at the table facing the exit side of the drive thru and many drivers drove over the pavement and almost broke their cars, at least 4 did in the hour that I was there! A sign in that spot or a flag would be super helpful! I have introduced several people so far to Dutch Bros and they have all enjoyed their drinks. I hope they will consider opening a branch in the new shopping center close to our house! read more

Annihilator (chocolate macadamia nut breve): Creamy and indulgent - the chocolate is not overpowering, mixed with macadamia nut makes it reminiscent of Nutella Caramelizer (caramel mocha): Hits the spot! Lightly sweetened with caramel, the perfect mocha Plenty of milk alternatives - almond, soy and coconut milk available for $0.50. Drink sizes start at 16 oz (grande) and prices are reasonable. While the display menu is fairly abbreviated, the online menu is easy to navigate, categorized by drink type with useful drink descriptions. If you're a walk-up, don't let the long lines deter you - staff assist with placing your order while you're in line and the line actually moves reasonably fast. She also made sure to correct the drink today that someone misheard me say, before it even got to me! I love coffee and tea and dutch brothers never disappoints. Every time I have ever been to this location I get out and walk up to the window. It seems faster than waiting in the drive thru line. There is usually a good line at the walk up counter but it moves fast. I was very excited to see how many sugar free options dutch offers. It is difficult to find many options anywhere, but their choices are much larger than most. Everyone is super friendly, as usual and they definitely know their regulars by name. If you're a business and you had the lines painted in the parking lot you have to put a "WET PAINT" sign in front of the space and tape off the area painted until it's BONE DRY!! When customers arrive to buy coffee they shouldn't have to worry about stepping on wet paint, especially in the early morning when there's low visibility. It was over 100 degrees outside and she though it was appropriate to hold up the line while she was socializing.
