The "Meh. I've experienced better." that pops up after giving this place two stars could not have been a better choice of words to describe the service here. I do understand that they may get busy during the day but when it slows down to one person every 5 minutes (as it was with my visit) then take the time to relax and speak with your customers. I don't think the coffee is the best in the world; I have had better. So in my opinion, in order to keep people coming to your store, you should have excellent customer service skills. My order was taken, name taken, money accepted and then I moved right along. Next time, I will find another location. If there is not one to be found then I would rather purchase coffee from the gas station. read more

As all of you guys who read this may know that there are tons of Starbucks to choose from, this is unfortunately not the one I would go back in the morning rush hour time. I am sure the majority of the cafe in the morning makes you wait, but I thought this was one of the place that took forever to even take your order. However, the atmosphere and store interior is clean and moderate volume. Once you order what you want, it will not take too long to get your product. Only thing that irritate me is the line that took forever to order the coffee. read more

Good fast service from the staff, despite a lot of folks ordering frappa-crappa latte's. The are moving across the street to a new building which should offer more space for lounging and working and less outdoor space in the sun. The staff seems to be a mix a Veterans Bari Stas and new hires, so you're experience may vary from mine as a regular. I see a lot of scrubs and bubble sheets here, so shout out to the nurses and teachers. read more

Every time we come here we have to wait forever. They never have enough baristas and the ones they have are super slow. Disappointing

This place is very hit or miss. They run out of breakfast sandwiches pretty regularly. They have a really nice outdoor couches. If you are coming here to study, make sure you have your computer charged because they have a lack of plugs. read more

I went at night with friends -- it was a cold night and my Carmel Apple cider hit the spot! It was so yummy-- the Carmel/apple ratio was perfect! They were out of apple juice & used little juice boxes to make my drink. It was so kind for the barista to go the extra mile! And I love that it wasn't busy at all! Just an awful location. If you want to get a quick morning coffee, this is not the place to get it. The drive thru design is horrible and if you try to pop in the store itself to get a coffee and not wait in the line, you will likely be blocked by it anyways. I typically have to wait until the cars in the drive-thru line make space for me to get through to get to Baseline (Yes, I could go the other way and wait at an extra light...but...). The extra star is because the service has always been really good inside, but I won't be back unless I have nowhere to be and am feeling super patient. read more

This is the best Starbucks in the world! I am the GM next door at Smashburger and have built such an amazing relationship with the employees. They are always nice and hospitable to my entire staff and especially myself! I left my hydro there for three days and they saved it for me not even knowing it was for me. I always go to this location because it is close to my house. The workers are very nice and outgoing. Today i went through the drive through later in the day and it ended up being about a 15 min wait after i placed my order. The workers ended up giving me and a few other cars who waited awhile our drink for free and a coupon for our next drink free. I thought it was totally awesome they did that, they definitely take care of their customers!! read more

I loved Starbucks.... Until this last visit. When I walked into the men's bathroom, there were full cases of cups and coffee on a cart beside the toilet. I intended to ask the manager about it. But the crew just did not seem to have it together that day, so I gave up. I was in disbelief of storing food that will be served to customers beside the toilet. Pictures are in the photo area. Everyone working here has always been nice and welcoming, and even when they have a line of people,both in drive thru and in the store, they continue to stay positive and have a smile on their face. I have stopped at this location several times, and rarely gotten my food order right. I regularly order some kind of pastry with my breakfast, and consistently tell them I do not want it warmed up. In fact, they always ask, to their credit, and I always say no, but I always get it back warmed up anyway. I've given them multiple opportunities to get it right, because I thought maybe it was an individual person issue, but it appears to be systemic. I never get my pastries cold, the way I like them. I place a fairly complicated coffee order, and they usually get that right, so I did not read them one star sense coffee is what they are supposed to do anyway. But why cell phone, and why ask people how they want it, if you are not going to serve it the way they want it anyway? Two stars it is. read more

You can't really expect much out of different Starbucks places because they are all pretty much the same. My only complaint is how slow this drive thru is. Every time we come through the drive thru it takes 15 minutes or even longer to go through the drinks. The line isn't ever long but for some reason still takes forever. read more

We walked in and there were two people behind the counter, one sweeping the floor, and no one greeted us, even as we stood at the counter watching the help sweep, still no greeting. Absolutely terrible customer service. I thought the first time I tried this location was maybe a bad day for them but this is now my THIRD awful experience here and also my LAST. I am never greeted by any of the employees, I am constantly left waiting at the cash register for minutes at a time and all three times my drink was made incorrectly. This past visit I ordered a green tea latte with soy milk and I watched the young gal scrape the bottom of her matcha container without refilling it and giving me barely one scoop, which I know is not the recipe as I used to be a Starbucks employee. Upon asking for my drink to be made correctly and to my liking I am treated rudely. It is completely absurd to be paying almost $6 for a drink that isn't made to standard or to make the customer happy. I love the company but this store is an absolute disaster. read more

Incredibly slow service in the mornings. I've stood in line for 15 minutes just to order one cup of coffee when there were only 2 other people in line. They are all very friendly but their multi-tasking abilities are extremely poor. Not a good combination in that line of business. read more

This location is so slow. I went here a couple weeks ago with over 30 minutes to spare before class and ended up barely making it. Orders were taken slowly because cashiers chit-chatted for way too long. And the barista (I think her name started with an M) was taking her sweet ol' time. Let me start by saying I work by Power and the 60. The location is very convenient since it is right on my way to work and I do like to come here on the weekends. However, I will now have to avoid coming here as they have made my drink incorrectly everyday this week. Today was the last straw, I mobile ordered two drinks and somehow they didn't understand that I wanted a plain hot peppermint mocha. My boyfriend went in for me at first and noticed that it wasn't right and had them remake it. When he brought it out it was a cold drink. Being that they had screwed up every other drink this week I wasn't very happy. I went back in and just simply told them that it was supposed to be hot and they finally got it right. Not to mention that they were told by another individual in there that he wasn't supposed to have whip cream on his drink. Very disappointed. read more
