This place is disgusting. I found a hair in my drink asked for a new one and the girl at the counter was so rude. She made me another drink and it was absolutely disgusting. The inside of the establishment is dirty. Would not recommend!!! read more

I got the gold rush cold brew and my hubby got some mocha drink. Wonderful service and both drinks are delicious!!! Especially the cold brew!! We will definitely be back read more

Ziggi's Coffee - Gold Rush Cold Brew - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Mesa, Arizona

Honestly was sooooooooo excited for there to be a coffee place right across from our home, especially one that offers drink choices for the kiddos. When we found out it was going to be a Ziggi's, I was already imagining early morning bike rides over with my daughter and doing a quick coffee/breakfast dates there on the weekends. I immediately downloaded their app and was ready to go! Fast forward opening day, my husband said his online order went through but they didn't have it at the store which caused a big confusion mess so I decided to not submit my order later that morning. Went through the drive through and ordered the same exact thing but pricing came out higher. Asked the employee at the window and he said it's bc on the app it asks if you want to add extra flavor - I said I didn't want extra, just the regular amount. He said he doesn't know why it's like that.. knowing I had the app, he didn't ask anything about scanning my rewards so I figured they'd ask for my number or something but they never did.. so I asked them! He then said he'd have to refund my order and charge me again because they have to scan the rewards code first prior to payment. Overall a lengthy drive thru experience as they don't have the drive thru drinks in orders they come in but by names. They will have to look for your drinks based on the name and if you're lucky, you get the right drink. My drink was honestly sooooooo sweet that I had to wait until after my errands to get home and add more oat milk. Now why would anyone pay for extra flavor/syrup? Beats me! Update - Husband went back this morning for a cold brew and was given a regular iced coffee..yayyy for our repeated 2-star experiences. Hoping it's only up from here.. read more

See all

Super good coffee, always consistent and nice staff. Manager (respectfully, assuming the older women) can be a bit much. Over talks staff and can tell a micromanager. Unsettling as a customer. Would advise her just cause she's above them or older, doesn't mean you can talk down to them or belittle them. read more

Had a free drink coupon so decided to try it out today, they have 2 drive thru lanes which is nice and it wasn't super busy on a Thursday at 4pm. Nice service and the workers seem nice and like they're learning. It took a while in the line to get the actual drink once I pulled up to the window but it wasn't too bad. I asked for no coffee and got a chocolate blender type drink, it still tasted pretty mocha heavy but maybe that's just the syrup or flavoring. Overall a good location and experience but would probably still do Starbucks over this. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I've came here three times and out of the three times I've came here we've yet to enjoy our order. Each time I've came here my total ends up being around $30. If I ask for a substitution of no milk and almond or oat milk instead I get a long lecture. Also the drinks have literally made us all sick. I've bought drinks for my office, my family, as well as myself. Every single person has gotten sick. I 10/10 do not recommend this place at all. Even the cake pops were rock hard. This high school girl also has a poor attitude there. There's definitely more than 3 strikes here so you're out! read more

Kinda mids to be honest guys. Got a nice little ambiance to her tho. Coffee was below average. Service was ight. I got dat mocha on me when I was there. Didn't really get me that caffeinated sugafied feelin I was looking for that's for sure. Would I bring my girl here again? Ah probs not. Just not the move. Coffee was kinda weak man. Definitely not harvesting those beans in the back if ya know what I mean. Just not the beans for me bro. read more

The drinks and service are exceptional. When you arrive, you are welcome with a smile and a welcoming atmosphere. They know customers' names. The citrus sunburst is refreshing and delicious. I recommend visiting and enjoying a delicious coffee in a great atmosphere with a tremendous personal. You will feel welcome and appreciated. read more

If I could give a 0 star I would. I've been there one time and that will be the last time I ever go to a Ziggi's. Over priced and absolutely garbage coffee, to top it all they couldn't even manage to get their OWN favors right. I asked for two Colorado mochas, one hot one iced. The hot one tasted overpowered with cordial cherries (the chocolate cherries), this is especially an issue cause I love cherries and chocolate Cherry flavors. So to be fair this could have been a nice surprise but in reality it was sickening. And as I mentioned I love chocolate Cherry flavor, the cherry on top (lol but not funny) was the fact that a small drink with a large drink was $13 before tip. Yikes over priced drinks where they can't even get their own flavors right? Nah I will stick to never going back to this absolute trash establishment. read more

Kind people. Good drinks. Good gluten free food. Enjoyed it. One of my new favorite places to get coffee.

I didn't catch her name, but the woman who took my order on the headset today was amazing! She was super friendly, informative & patient. I often come here and always have a good experience. The drinks are always made correct & taste amazing. I would definitely recommend this location :) I also recommend their matcha to any matcha lovers out there! read more

Brand new and long awaited...cut them a little slack! My family and I have gone three times now and have had excellent customer service and great drinks despite a hiccup in their drive thru ordering system. The chai teas were great, coffee was strong and hot, and the chorizo breakfast sandwich is perfect for on the way to work. So happy you're part of the neighborhood! read more

I was so excited to hear about a new Ziggi's opening up in mesa! Me and a friend drove all the way out from Glendale and we were not disappointed. The customer service was excellent and ordering was so easy. We are driving out there again on Saturday cause the drinks were so delicious! 20/10 recommend you stop by and get something. read more

So glad Ziggi's has come to the neighborhood. My go to at every coffee place is the Iced White Chocolate Mocha and Ziggi's passed the test. I look forward to trying out some of the other menu items soon. Paul, the franchise owner, really cares about the customer experience and ensures you go away satisfied. Go check them out, you will be glad you did. read more

We have been there twice since its opening. Each time we got the fast service. The drinks are really good. My kids loved the smoothies. So glad we have a quick drive thru location here. I can see kids gathering here once the weather cools down. read more

This coffee shop is wonderful!!! Coffees/Drinks are yummy, fast service and staff is so friendly!!!

I love ziggi's, they are always so nice, quick and have never had anything wrong with my orders. My kids love their cake pops better than Starbucks. Love that it is an alternative to Dutch and Starbucks read more

Most annoying red hair lady up front. Always asks your order at least 3 times then still gets it wrong, then when you say that's it she still tries to force a sandwich on you. This place would have more customers repeating if she stayed off the microphone. I've actually been so annoyed I had to reverse and just leave more than once because she's so awful to order from and I've heard this from multiple other people as well. read more

Great coffee shop, friendly staff, great coffee, and they have pup cups! A must try!

We Just moved here and went with friends to get beverages. We got our typical mocha drinks. We waited over 15minutes and it was not even busy! They could not scan our card and wanted Us to give over our phone so they could scan it.I literally drank 1/4 of it before dumping it out.My wife drank even less of Hers. The drinks and coffee did not taste well. The staff was slow.I asked to speak with mgr.We were told was not there. We did not get a number no need communicating with business CS,We will not be back.Got referred to a place closer by our home.We were regulars at our old place and liked our drinks. My wife wanted to give 0 stars but do not have that option. read more

Went there with my friends from out of town. Everything we ordered was delicious.

Great coffee shop with quick service and kind employees. Blended drinks are delicious

1st visit - excellent service. Ladies were professional and kind. Caramel Machiatto could have been stronger, hence not 5 stars. Will visit again! read more

Ziggi's Coffee is a great addition to the neighborhood. It is run well and they really care about the customer's satisfaction and make sure they get it right. Try their Carmel Macchiato with a double shot- so good! read more

First off, as a former business owner and someone that has done MULTIPLE startups cut this business some slack. It is why they do soft openings to work out kinks. My wife and I stopped by and couldn't be happier with the service and the product!!! It will take a couple weeks to get their feet under them and if you don't have compassion for these issues, wait a month after they open! Great job team, makes me want to own one! read more

This place has been an awesome addition to our neighborhood. They have multiple gluten free items on the menu which is so nice to see! Currently they have gf pumpkin bread My kiddos love the speciality drinks made just for them and say their cake pops are better than Starbucks. On one of our trips we met an owner and he was so kind and receptive to our ideas, genuinely interested in what we had to say. He also told us that the cake pops were made locally which I love to see! I will say I always order my drinks half sweet since I find their coffee drinks a little on the sweeter side. Download the app for sure...their rewards are pretty epic read more

Terrible customer service. Took over 10 minutes to get a blended drink which then we had to wait for it to defrost to even be able to drink it! Waited just as long for them to take my payment. One guy was just standing there doing nothing the whole time. They have 2 drive through lanes but we all know they don't really have that much business. Never coming back again. Circle k is better than this place. read more

Very friendly staff!!! I love all of their sugar free options. I highly recommend this place. Sooo good.

Not impressed for a first impression for their opening day. Came in early in the morning and was told their system was down and had to pay cash which I didn't have. Went a little later today waited in the drive through for about 15 minutes, I got to the window the lady asked for my name as if i ordered online or something. The lady gave me a look as if I was stupid and proceeded to seem confused. She asked me if anyone took my order and no one did. Then told me I had to go around back into the drive through line again and order. Why couldn't she have taken my order there at the window? This lady did not seem to care or acknowledged that this was their grand opening and had a horrible attitude. I decided to leave because i'm not waiting in line again. Pretty upset I was looking forward to this place being open after a long wait since the drinks look good, it's right next to home and this is what i'm greeted to. I'll continue driving somewhere less closer to home for better service. read more
