Recently I was in need of a weekday afternoon boost and decided to check them out. The menu is fairly simple- single origin Ethiopian coffee in different versions to drink, and some snacks. The owner was super nice to explain what differentiates Ethiopian coffee than others... even gave me a hot shot of espresso to take to go with my iced coffee! As someone who basically drinks one cup a day, I definitely felt the caffeine in my blood the rest of my afternoon ::insert twitchy eye::. Definitely way less bitter than my usual iced coffee... and more potent. Hadas is in a former day spa in the northwest corner shopping plaza of Elliot and 48th much closer to Cactus Jack's than 48th St. They offer wifi and chill vibes for those who want to study/work. Would be a nice spot to meetup with friends too! Hope more people check them out and keep caffeinated by them!

They recommended me the dirty Thai tea and I liked it. however, it almost took 20 mins to get the avocado ham toast ready. Actually I initially ordered avocado turkey toast but they did NOT have turkey. Later on I found out there were no napkins. They gave me a bunch of napkins afterwards which is very nice. Generally, I think they have the positive energy and friendly service. However, somehow I don't think they are fully ready for the business.

Popped in around 4 pm after some shopping down the street & we had the place all to ourselves. The young gent behind the counter was extremely friendly & gave us a couple samples to tempt us: unicorn (taro & jasmine) and tiger (Thai & bubble). Both tasted well but I opted to try their lychee sparkling cooler w/ rose, while my sister ordered the mango paradise (mango, strawberry, coconut). I felt the cooler could have used more "sparkle" (aka carbonation) to it so I liked the mango better. But no biggie, the cooler was still good & very refreshing. One B-I-G item we saw at Quickly that we have never seen anywhere else was that they offer gallons of milk tea. Yes, I said gallons! Granted, not of any flavor you want, but still, that's pretty cool. As we were heading toward the door on our way out, the other gal that was behind the counter yelled out "have a nice day". Friend staff + tasty beverages = a return visit. :-)

Not only do they offer a crazy variety of delicious fresh pastries, drinks, sandwiches, breads, etc....they have beautifully decorated cakes that honestly are so good. I have to point out that they have one of the best tasting green tea, and they literally have the best service anyone can ask for. I don't know how she does it, but Ashley brews this green tea perfectly. While most other Paris Baguette locations have the same green tea, they honestly do not taste exactly the same (Phoenix location on Baseline/32nd St is a totally different tea). When Ashley, Kailey, Dania. Richard and Daniel work together, they emit such high, positive and fun energy. They clearly look like they have fun while dealing with so many customers (and some customers are plain mean). These PB employees are so pleasant, efficient and really are an asset to this organization. Love seeing Ashley, Kailey and Dania's smiling face as soon as you walk in, they will definitely greet you. They truly are so sweet. I watch how they connect with each customer, making everyone feel special. The manager Joy has done an excellent job in selecting this team... If you are nearby, give it a try. Ask for Ashley, Kailey or Dania, and I guarantee you will agree with me :-)
