I do like better buzz as far as chains go and this location is no different. I placed an order in the app for the vanilla bean oat milk iced espresso and I added cold cream and protein. The staff was helpful and I enjoyed my drink. The colorful, bee-themed decor is always fun.
The coffe was tasty we ordered a hot and iced vanilla latte the flavor has a slight honey base which gave it a different flavor with veggie egg bites were tasty the sauce that came with it was slightly spicy also had the carnita egg bite tacos was super tasty. The service was fairly quick. We went wasn't super busy. The vibe was quiet but music was nice.
I'm an americano purist -- every trip I take, I make it a point to hunt down the best cup in the area. Better Buzz did not disappoint. Their americano ($4.69) has this natural sweetness at the finish that comes straight from the beans, not from anything added. Genuinely one of the best americanos I've had in my life. I liked it so much I bought a bag of their beans to take home. On the food side, I tried the cherry danish ($5.29) and the Crumbonne ($5.29). The Crumbonne is a fun concept, monkey bread in muffin form, but the texture fell a little flat and it didn't quite live up to the idea. The danish was fine, nothing memorable. That said, the experience was still a 5/5 for me. I visited around 9 AM when the shop was peaceful and easy to find a seat. Plus, the staff were memorably friendly. If you appreciate a truly well-crafted coffee, this is the spot. The Americano alone is worth the trip.
I love Better Buzz, and I'm so glad they are expanding all over the valley! I really love the special banana pudding drink they've had recently, and decided to get it again! When I arrived around 9am on a week day, there was no line and I was able to place my order quickly! They also have an app that can be used for ordering online and picking up in store. The dining room was clean and stocked, I love the fun colors and lights they use for decoration. There were grab and go drinks for purchase as well as personalized merchandise. My drink was delicious! The wafer on top was the perfect extra touch. I can't wait to come back and try something else!
I visited this Better Buzz location when it first opened back in late 2024 and it was a little underwhelming then so I had not been back. It also is not in the general area I frequent so that was another reason. A friend of mine was raving to me about their new Best Drink Ever - Banana Pudding flavor which I of course had to see about myself. Banana Pudding is often one of those flavors that is hard to replicate without tasting too artificial or just like banana cream pie but this drink exceeded my expectations! I mean, I could've eaten that cold foam by itself . I also ordered a Crumbonne. The baristas inside were ok, the store itself was very clean and efficient also. They can expect me back to get a few more of these before they slide on into the next seasonal drink.
5.2.26 - I made a stop here on my way to Arizona Mills. I've been to this location before and tried their coconut drink before last year and their rose drink back in February. Also had their banana drink at the Gilbert location. I remember when I first had the coconut best drink in the past, it was really good and you could taste the delicious coconut flavor. This time, it didn't have a lot of coconut flavor in it. It was pretty light so that was disappointing. That was the same issue with the banana at the other location. Drive thru line wasn't too bad though and they were friendly. Hopefully the flavor will be strong like the first time if I ever go back.
Finally got to try better buzz and it's a few minutes from where I live. Cute and modern place I ordered the coconut best drink ever and it was delicious ! Super smooth and not too sweet. I usually don't like my drinks too sweet. I usually go to Starbucks but I may be coming here more!
Tried this new coffee shop on my way to work.. looks like very cute modern coffee shop. 2 lane drive thru for fast service to get in and out with coffee. Super fast service but then again it was like 955a so who knows if the service isn't so fast at rush hours for coffee demand like.. My large iced mocha drink with double shots was almost a whopping $9.... the large is like a medium size in my opinion if compared to venti Starbucks size . Coffee was good but nothing so good that I'd spend $8 and some change for. Definitely recommend this place consider offering daily deals..loyalty program/punch cards to gift discounts to customer base .
I got an iced latte and a breakfast sandwich and both were amazing, best coffee I've had in Phoenix! The food and drinks were ready quick, and the employees were so kind and welcoming, especially Gretta and Sofia! This was my first time at Better Buzz and I will definitely be back next time I visit Arizona. Please open a location in Salt Lake!
Baristas are very kind and environment here is great but my matcha the last few times I have been has been an actual cup of straight milk. Which is simply not what I'm paying nearly $10 for. I just don't understand why you would look at this as a barista and hand it out seeing though It is quite literally a pasty pale beverage.
I really like this coffee shop! It is beautifully decorated with a decent amount of seating. The menu is unique with some interesting seasonal options. I purchased the mint infused iced coffee and my friend ordered the hazelnut divinity (iced). Both drinks were delicious. The barista even offered to make me a new drink if I did not like the mint infused iced coffee (since you cannot sample). I highly recommend downloading their app to get rewards points and look out for coupons!
Super quick, I tried the "go bananas" which was pretty delectable. I def recommend the ham and cheese croissant.

During a visit to our Phoenix location for a work on site, my team ordered a coffee order via DoorDash with some breakfast items to enjoy. What I Ordered: - Iced Caramel Vanilla Latte: this is very sweet. Now I see why they list the ability to change the sweetness, and will definitely do half sweet next time. Pretty good flavor and helped caffeinate for a long day in the office. - Chili Crunch Breakfast Wrap (no ham): the tortilla was crunchier than I thought it would be, so I tossed out the bottom parts. Overall, it has a good flavor profile and enjoyed the chili crisp aioli inside. DoorDash delivered quickly, with the breakfast item still warm. Love to visit one day as not sure if they have a cozy lobby, or if it is more grab to go coffee shop. read more

Better Buzz Coffee has officially earned a permanent spot in my early morning rotation. It opens at 5 AM -- which is a blessing because I get off work at 5:30, and options that early are slim to none. Walking in, the vibes are cute and it's super clean. Now let's talk about the stars of the show: The zucchini loaf! CHEF'S. KISS. Moist, flavorful, and easily the best thing on the menu. The caramel vanilla latte! 10/10. Smooth, sweet and the perfect caffeine hug after a long shift. Now the acai bowls deserve a shout-out too. I've tried the OG Deluxe and the Blue Crush -- both solid 4 out of 5 stars. Fresh, filling, and beautifully topped. And listen: they actually give you a full bowl. It's not one of those rip-off places charging $13 for a teacup-sized portion. You get your money's worth and then some.Worth every penny! Now... let's talk croissants. The almond one...Dry. Like... Sahara desert dry. The pistachio croissant had no real flavor. It's the only part of the menu that seriously missed the mark. Skip those and stick to the stars of the show. Customer service! Usually top tier. The staff is friendly, fast, and welcoming. I've only had one "meh" encounter, but 99% of the time, they're on point. One time they gave me a banana loaf instead of my usual zucchini! I drove back around told the barista, and without hesitation she said, "Oop, I was playing Russian roulette this morning , the loads were t labeled -- here you go!" and handed me the right loaf, no charge, no attitude. That's how you fix a mix-up. All in all, Better Buzz is buzzing for a reason. Just don't go in croissant-first. Have I ever been here? No. Have I found them on Uber Eats and will single handedly keep a membership with them just for this place? YES THIS PLACE SPARKS JOY FOR ME. Everything I've ever ordered was so delicious that I look forward to payday just so I can treat myself from peasant to royal. The delivery is always lightning fast. The coffee are delicious. No seriously, it's like a curated elixir from the Gods. The açaí bowl makes me feel like I'm in the rainforests of Brazil and that the extra honey I've ordered has been personally dropped off by Better Buzz bees. The ham egg and cheese buttery croissant are what Saturday morning cartoons in the 90s felt like. Except during that time I was just eating lucky charms marshmallows and milk. Same euphoric feeling minus the diabetes. The breakfast wrap with the side of aioli has you thinking about death row food. No I won't commit a crime, but if you know anyone on death row... One- I'm so sorry Two- tell them about this place for last meal? The blue drink, sub it for sugar free redbull and watch the tasks and cleaning and laundry somehow become complete! The chocolate chip scone, what sorcery is this? And y'all added some extra chips to the top, so when I slightly air fry it it melts and drizzles down!? *cries* baker maker of dreams I hope you find $100 on the floor every time you look down. To the owners, managers, everyone at this fine establishment. I hope your towels are always toasty post showers, I hope your coffee is always the perfect temperature whether hot or cold is your preference, I hope your sodas are never flat, I hope your electricity bill in the summer is low by some fluke in the universe, I hope your days are as wonderful and happy as mine are when I get a delivery from Better Buzz Coffee. Respectfully, This gal who really loves breakfast. read more
It was my first time at this location and it's smaller but cutie! I've only been to Better Buzz a handful of times, typically back in San Diego and over ten years ago! Emily was so so sweet and helpful. She took my likes and tastes into consideration as well as the different flavors I tend to like and she insisted I try the Snickerdoodley drink. To my surprise it was actually sooo good!!! Overall, great location, all the staff is super nice, extra shout out again to Emily! There is also ample room on the patio and now that the weather is getting nice, it'll be great for coffee dates and Saturday mornings with our pup! read more

Thank you for your amazing review, Vicki! We're thrilled to hear that…
I am not a coffee drinker, but my friend suggested to have our Bible study here before church and I was game! The doors have like gold plated "B" handles, I felt like I was the queen of England walking in this place. The decor is stunning, and I'm sure it helped that it was pretty much empty when we came (Sunday 10AM). We were also greeted loudly and friendly by a gentleman working behind a counter! This was my first time at a Better Buzz, so I stuck with a icee-type drink, a consistency I love. The blended mocha caught my attention, and the cashier told me we could add caramel, which I agreed to! The drinks were out quick, they call your name if you use your loyalty number. Mine was delish but a little sweet (nothing wrong with the drink, I just don't have much of a sweet tooth). My friend and I plopped in a corner and read our Bible together. The music was pretty loud, but it's no library- so don't expect a quiet place to read and meditate haha! The place got gradually more busy and it seemed like such a great environment. Overall I'm glad I went! The baristas were friendly, the drinks good (a little pricey but what coffee shops aren't?!) and the setting was perfect! A great start to our morning. read more

Stopped in with my mom to try Better Buzz and we were both a little underwhelmed. She got a sugar-free vanilla latte with almond milk and didn't like it at all. The Chili Crunch Breakfast Wrap she ordered was just okay. I got the 3 Seed Avocado Toast and honestly, it was super salty and felt really plain for how much it cost. The shop itself was clean and the staff was really nice, but it was freezing inside. I know it's crazy hot outside, but the AC was blasting to the point where I didn't even want to get anything cold like a smoothie or iced coffee. Overall, it was fine, but we probably wouldn't go back. read more

I saw that Better Buzz Coffee was a hot & new biz, so I decided to check it out! It's hard to miss with their big, clear sign. There's quite a bit of parking available, but can possibly be challenging during peak times. I visited one late morning and was greeted with a warm smile right away. The place is bright and inviting, with bee and honeycomb theme throughout. There's plenty of seating inside and out, but it's not the type of café I would hunker down to work for a few hours. I ordered the following: Chili Crunch Breakfast Wrap Honey latte with oat milk Cinnamon Cream Cold Brew The wrap comes with chili crisp aioli, hash brown, ham, egg, and muenster cheese wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla. I requested no bacon and they were able to accommodate. It was okay; I would have liked more chili. Yes, I got two coffees because I wanted to get buzzed. Kidding! I don't live anywhere near Better Buzz Coffee, so I wanted to make the most of the visit and try two drinks. The latte and and cold brew were smooth and delicious. I would order either of them again! read more

I went this morning through the drive thru to get my green tea iced. I got to my job and realized there were two flies on the bottom of my cup.. At first I thought I was tripping but they totally were. I tried to call them to see if they could refund me, they sent my call to voicemail. I won't be going back. That's terrible. read more

Anyone know if they support genocide like Starbucks? If not, I def found a new place for my twice a day coffee!
Google says, "There is no official or corporate stance from Better Buzz Coffee indicating they are pro-Palestine or pro-Israel" so it seems there's no true answer for that.
