What I Ordered: - Iced Caramel Vanilla Latte: this is very sweet. Now I see why they list the ability to change the sweetness, and will definitely do half sweet next time. Pretty good flavor and helped caffeinate for a long day in the office. - Chili Crunch Breakfast Wrap (no ham): the tortilla was crunchier than I thought it would be, so I tossed out the bottom parts. Overall, it has a good flavor profile and enjoyed the chili crisp aioli inside. DoorDash delivered quickly, with the breakfast item still warm. I'm an americano purist -- every trip I take, I make it a point to hunt down the best cup in the area. Better Buzz did not disappoint. Their americano ($4.69) has this natural sweetness at the finish that comes straight from the beans, not from anything added. Genuinely one of the best americanos I've had in my life. I liked it so much I bought a bag of their beans to take home. On the food side, I tried the cherry danish ($5.29) and the Crumbonne ($5.29). The Crumbonne is a fun concept, monkey bread in muffin form, but the texture fell a little flat and it didn't quite live up to the idea. The danish was fine, nothing memorable. That said, the experience was still a 5/5 for me. I visited around 9 AM when the shop was peaceful and easy to find a seat. Plus, the staff were memorably friendly. If you appreciate a truly well-crafted coffee, this is the spot. The Americano alone is worth the trip. read more

I love Better Buzz, and I'm so glad they are expanding all over the valley! I really love the special banana pudding drink they've had recently, and decided to get it again! When I arrived around 9am on a week day, there was no line and I was able to place my order quickly! They also have an app that can be used for ordering online and picking up in store. The dining room was clean and stocked, I love the fun colors and lights they use for decoration. There were grab and go drinks for purchase as well as personalized merchandise. I visited this Better Buzz location when it first opened back in late 2024 and it was a little underwhelming then so I had not been back. It also is not in the general area I frequent so that was another reason. A friend of mine was raving to me about their new Best Drink Ever - Banana Pudding flavor which I of course had to see about myself. Banana Pudding is often one of those flavors that is hard to replicate without tasting too artificial or just like banana cream pie but this drink exceeded my expectations! I mean, I could've eaten that cold foam by itself . I also ordered a Crumbonne. The baristas inside were ok, the store itself was very clean and efficient also. 5.2.26 - I made a stop here on my way to Arizona Mills. I've been to this location before and tried their coconut drink before last year and their rose drink back in February. Also had their banana drink at the Gilbert location. I remember when I first had the coconut best drink in the past, it was really good and you could taste the delicious coconut flavor. I really like this coffee shop! It is beautifully decorated with a decent amount of seating. The menu is unique with some interesting seasonal options. It honestly felt a little like dessert at 9 a.m. I'm not sure if they can adjust the sugar level, but I'd probably ask for that next time or try it with a different milk to balance it out a bit. But when I do online orders my drink(s) are never ready when it says it will be.When I ask about my drink the girl just ask for my name and says she'll check. But with attitude. It opens at 5 AM -- which is a blessing because I get off work at 5:30, and options that early are slim to none. Walking in, the vibes are cute and it's super clean. Smooth, sweet and the perfect caffeine hug after a long shift. Now the acai bowls deserve a shout-out too. I've tried the OG Deluxe and the Blue Crush -- both solid 4 out of 5 stars. Fresh, filling, and beautifully topped. And listen: they actually give you a full bowl. It's not one of those rip-off places charging $13 for a teacup-sized portion. You get your money's worth and then some.Worth every penny! Now... let's talk croissants. The almond one...Dry. Like... Sahara desert dry. The pistachio croissant had no real flavor. It's the only part of the menu that seriously missed the mark. Skip those and stick to the stars of the show. ‍ Customer service! Usually top tier. The staff is friendly, fast, and welcoming. I've only had one "meh" encounter, but 99% of the time, they're on point. One time they gave me a banana loaf instead of my usual zucchini! I drove back around told the barista, and without hesitation she said, "Oop, I was playing Russian roulette this morning , the loads were t labeled -- here you go!" and handed me the right loaf, no charge, no attitude. It was my first time at this location and it's smaller but cutie! I've only been to Better Buzz a handful of times, typically back in San Diego and over ten years ago! Emily was so so sweet and helpful. She took my likes and tastes into consideration as well as the different flavors I tend to like and she insisted I try the Snickerdoodley drink. To my surprise it was actually sooo good!!! Overall, great location, all the staff is super nice, extra shout out again to Emily! It makes things so much easier and flow better. They have a great menu with plenty of options. They have lattes galore: snickerdoodle, honey, chai and now pumpkin too. There are tea options. They have breakfast items, wraps and bakery items too. I ordered the Horchata latte with a peanut butter cookie. I was not disappointed with the cookie, nice moist and oversized. My latte was perfectly balanced, not too sweet. I love the amount of cinnamon, you can actually taste it. I always order light ice and some places are heavy on the ice. They did it perfectly. I am not a coffee drinker, but my friend suggested to have our Bible study here before church and I was game! The doors have like gold plated "B" handles, I felt like I was the queen of England walking in this place. The decor is stunning, and I'm sure it helped that it was pretty much empty when we came (Sunday 10AM). We were also greeted loudly and friendly by a gentleman working behind a counter! This was my first time at a Better Buzz, so I stuck with a icee-type drink, a consistency I love. The blended mocha caught my attention, and the cashier told me we could add caramel, which I agreed to! The drinks were out quick, they call your name if you use your loyalty number. Mine was delish but a little sweet (nothing wrong with the drink, I just don't have much of a sweet tooth). My friend and I plopped in a corner and read our Bible together. The music was pretty loud, but it's no library- so don't expect a quiet place to read and meditate haha! The place got gradually more busy and it seemed like such a great environment. There's quite a bit of parking available, but can possibly be challenging during peak times. I visited one late morning and was greeted with a warm smile right away. The place is bright and inviting, with bee and honeycomb theme throughout. There's plenty of seating inside and out, but it's not the type of café I would hunker down to work for a few hours. I ordered the following: Chili Crunch Breakfast Wrap Honey latte with oat milk Cinnamon Cream Cold Brew The wrap comes with chili crisp aioli, hash brown, ham, egg, and muenster cheese wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla. I requested no bacon and they were able to accommodate. It was okay; I would have liked more chili. Yes, I got two coffees because I wanted to get buzzed. Kidding! I don't live anywhere near Better Buzz Coffee, so I wanted to make the most of the visit and try two drinks. The latte and and cold brew were smooth and delicious. This was my second time trying Better Buzz and I'm not convinced it's worth the high prices they charge. I ordered two medium lattes and an açaí bowl and my total was $28. The medium iced lattes are 16oz while most other coffee shops are 24oz. The açaí bowl was completely melted when they handed it to me. I won't give it a third chance. read more
