I got takeout for dinner from here and it was pretty good. I ordered the pad see ew with tofu and the mango sticky rice. When I picked up my order they had forgotten the mango sticky rice so I'm glad I checked before walking out. They were pretty quick in prepping it at least. The mango sticky rice was almost too sweet but still decent. The interior seemed nice and clean and they had a fun little kid's corner. I'd get food from here again as it's rather close and good overall but there's a little room for some improvements.
I had the Drunken Noodle lunch today. The flavor profile was not at all like any Drunken Noodles I have had before. It was very, very sweet. The noodles were very soft and almost mushy. The side "salad" was iceberg with a bit of carrot and a tasteless dressing. The place was clean and the service was impeccable. I will try once more and order something different to see if it hits the spot.
Bangkok grill is a great halal Thai spot in Tempe Arizona! We ordered the pad Thai noodles, chicken satay, tom yum soup and coconut drink. The noodles had a great spicy kick and very flavorful. The chicken satay was tender and the peanut sauce it came with was tasty. The tom yum soup was sweet and sour. The service was attentive and friendly. Overall Bangkok grill is a great halal Thai spot!
The food was delicious! Best Thai food I had in a while! We got the glass noodles the papaya salad and mango sticky rice. Everything was great and awesome flavor! Watch ur spice level though.
I had an incredible experience at this Thai restaurant. The food was absolutely amazing--every dish was bursting with authentic flavor and cooked to perfection. You can really tell they put care into both the ingredients and presentation. The service was just as impressive; the staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. The ambience was beautiful, well decorated, making it a perfect spot for a an authentic meal. I'll definitely be coming back!

Not realizing that this place was still owned by the same sweet lady as their prior concept, Knockout Cafe, I made the mistake of ordering the same thing as my previous visit: Drunken Noodles with tofu and an Orange Chicken on the side. My drunken noodles were super sweet this time. As for the orange chicken, while good, the portion size in comparison to the noodles is staggering. I support a great woman-owned business and wish them success. The owner is a sweet lady with such great energy. 3.5 stars but I'll round up. Don't forget to try the coffee shop in the back.

They ate what they could and left looking drained. So, lesson to be learned here. START WITH MEDIUM SPICE LEVEL.
Spend your time and money elsewhere I fully understand the crazy noodles will be made from instant noodles, because this was not the first time having this kind of noodle dishes. However, the noodles weren't evenly cooked. Some part of the noodles were still hard. I mean, who can't cook instant noodles well? Even I can do it! I believe it's around 15-16 dollars for the noodles, but there was NO meat included but a bunch of vegetables, and carrots happened to be my least favorite vegetable. I ordered "crazy noodles" because I want to enjoy some craziness, not because I want to be a good kid and eat my vegetables. When I picked out all the noodles from the cup, guess what I found? More veggies. And I ordered some shrimp tempura, but I am 80% sure that those shrimps were premade. The only good thing about this restaurant is that there was a very sweet young waitress and her service was 10 out of 10. Anyway, very disappointing dining experience. Will never come back again.
Went there with hubby and friends. We had their delicious Thai tea, and we each ordered a dish that was good. Portions are big and service is very friendly! I asked for spices on the side of my dish and they didn't seem to do that, but they accommodated my request. They have a pretty big selection if you want to try Thai!
After living in Phoenix for 3.5 years, ive been so hesitant on trying new thai food because the locals have recommended places like glai baan and lom wong but ive been disappointed... until now! Bangkok grille has the BEST tom yum (didnt get a picture), very flavorful and their spice definitely does not disappoint!! We love spice so we enjoyed evry savory, halal-meat filled bite. We also got the bangkok wings (didnt get a picture) which were also good, a little Lunch portions were also big! Definitely give them a try!!

Amazing Thai food in Chandler. If you love heat like I do, try their Medusa Noodles. Food is made fresh to order and the flavor is on point. This is not your traditional Thai, and I welcome the change.

Wanted to grab some Thai food so stopped in, they had a lot of different dishes in their menu. I got their panang curry and garlic veggie dish. I will say the panang curry was not that good it didn't feel like it had much depth to it. The garlic veggie dish I got was really solid and I liked it a lot. I didn't sit inside and instead ordered Togo but they have a lot of tables and they also look to have a fresh juice making area but it was closed so didn't get to experience that. read more

I'm so disappointed to find the drunken noodles (noted in many reviews as good) are made using what seem to be box fettuccine noodles. :( I had noticed the menu said no egg, which seemed odd since egg is standard, but I moved forward with an open mind. However, no egg and wrong, weak, thin noodles? No. I will probably run out for some drunken noodles somewhere else tomorrow, as these didn't satisfy that craving at all. read more

This place is located at SE corner of Elliot and Kyrene. I think it is also called Knockout Cafe. It's at the location where Knuckle Sandwiches used to be. We ordered online and the unusual thing is you have to leave a tip. There's no option to skip or not leave a tip. That's bad in my opinion. The workers are friendly. Place looks clean but the food was not great. The food wasn't spicy despite ordering 3/5 and the flavor overall seemed to be missing quite a bit. Yupha (SE Elliot and McClintock) closed on Sunday but that is better option for Thai food. read more

Always a delight! The food is delicious, the portions are generous, and the entire restaurant (people, decor, music) is down-to-earth and pleasant. Their menu is huge, and everything I've tried from has been great. I've been here a handful of times and still every time I pick what I'm going to order and afterwards think "Ok but next time I gotta try ...." As a plus, food comes out super fast, and when they tell you a dish is spicy it's actually spicy! read more

I just discovered this place and it's sooooo good! I placed an order to go for the crazy noodles and upgraded to the caramel chicken, and the app sampler. The noodle portion was huuuge, and the caramel chicken was so good with the crispy basil! My favorite app was the crab rangoon - super crispy, the spring rolls and chicken egg roll too. The potstickers were my least favorite - but I'm sure they would have been crispier if I ate in instead of take out. And the woman there was SO friendly! read more

The food was good - it looked pretty and was a decent sized portion. The chicken was dry, though, and the medium heat was very hot - and we like heat! The restaurant was fine - a mush mash of decor, the service was fine - everything was fine, nothing was special or noteworthy. read more

I am IMPRESSED!!! This place is a bit deceiving. I don't know if it's because of the name, but I thought it was some coffee and bread place. We received coupons in the mail the other day and saw the pictures and saw they had Thai food. I tried it for the first time last night and it was everything I hoped for and more. The fact that they have all the favorite of Thai and they even have American food for my picky husband is amazing! I can't express my love for Thai food enough. This place is so close to me that I am now going to be a regular. The service was nice and fast too! You will be seeing more of me. read more

One of my favorite Thai restaurants! The food is so delicious and the service is so incredible. I had the crazy noodles and it tasted so wonderful, so much flavor and it was such a big portion. It was such an amazing experience I definitely recommend people to come and try it! read more

First time here and it was great!! Was intrigued by the Crazy Noodles and it was awesome, the portion was HUGE. Enough for 2 days of leftovers atleast. We also got the App Sampler, Calamari Ring, Combo Fried Rice, and Thai Caramel Basil Chicken. All were so good!! I really liked the green sauce with the calamari. The basil chicken was yummy, I paired it with Jasmine rice. We had leftover fried rice too, so that will be my lunch tomorrow! Heh. The service was wonderful. The owner and her daughter are so attentive and nice. They made everything to order so it was nice and fresh. You can tell that the owner is passionate about her restaurant, it shows. There was another half of the menu that we didn't really get a chance to try/look at, we'll make sure to do that next time! When you first walk in, the restaurant almost looks like a small shop. There's items to purchase on the left hand side but also had local honey (and honeycomb!!) available as soon as you walked in. This place was great, definitely recommend!!! read more
