Great sweet treat spot! Okay so I've only ever been to one other place similar to this and they're harder to come by than you'd expect It's a very unique way of doing "ice cream" "shaved ice"? I believe it's frozen shaved milk Sounds odd but it's very good and melts in your mouth like cotton candy I like to say There is many options to choose from for flavors and toppings and honestly you can't go wrong with anything Very refreshing and delicious! The staff is super nice and helpful also Very friendly and patient with us. (We had a big order) They seemed very happy to have us there and felt very welcoming Very clean and open space. Plenty of places to sit and enjoy your desserts. If you like sweets and even boba drinks I can highly recommend this place I will say the main unique thing would be the Snow so I recommend at least trying that! You won't regret it! Highly recommend!

Ambience: This place is always clean and cute. They used to have a photo station but it looks like it's gone now. :( Details: this place is great place to bring ur kids, lunch date with ur significant other or with ur friends. It is usually quiet if this place isn't pack. So also great place to do a little work here as well. They also have a Korean food next door and they're under the same owner. This is my top favorite dessert place.
Another great experience here at Snowtime. The staff is friendly and the service is always quick. It has a nice vibe inside everything is clean and it's quiet so it's a nice spot to be able to talk. I tried the mocha latte this time and it was pretty good! Overall I enjoy coming here and have been multiple times.
This dessert was so delicious and the owner was incredibly sweet, kind. When I asked her opinion on toppings she was incredibly helpful ! I also really liked the matcha latte as it wasn't overly sweet which is my preference . Would definitely come back because these deserts are both unique and delicious

The texture is super light and fluffy, and it's always so refreshing. On my most recent visit, I was excited to see some new flavors on the menu. The mango snow (with mango bits and mango puree) has quickly become my go-to, but my all time favorite is still sweet sunset (with strawberry and mango). I also have my eye on the cheesecake snow, can't wait to try that next time! The place is always clean and welcoming, and the service is fast and friendly. I'll definitely keep coming back to try more flavors. Highly recommend if you're craving something cool and delicious!
We wanted to try something new and different for dessert tonight, so this was our first time visiting this place. We ordered a small Biscoff Cheesecake Snow, made with a milk snow-style flake--such a great combination with the Biscoff, vanilla ice cream, and cereal. It was absolutely delicious. The portions are generous--even the small was more than enough for my husband and me to share and feel full. The manager/owner was super friendly, welcoming, and kind. She helped us decide what to order since everything sounded so good and we couldn't choose. Great customer service! It was a cute place and there were plenty of tables and seats and the menu was easy to read. We definitely recommend this place and will be coming back again!
I can confidently say the Sweet Sunset is my favorite thing on the menu here. Consistency on the quality and taste of this amazing dessert is key. The snow is always cool, fluffy and creamy, the fruit is yummy and fresh tasting, and the scoop of vanilla ice cream tops it off. I can easily share a size small after a hefty dinner. I've tried the fish ice cream here and a few drinks over the years - also good. You don't have to wait a ridiculous amount of time for your sweets and there's plenty of clean seats to sit at and mingle with friends.
First time here so I wanted to order everything! We were greeted by the staff when we walked in. It place is cute and smells delicious when you walk in. They are plenty for seating and a cute area for selfie pics. I had to get the soft serve ice cream in a fish pastry! Pick your ice cream flavor, pick a filling, and then pick 2 toppings. I got the vanilla, custard filling, with almond crumbs, and matcha dust. Yum!
Came in on a Saturday around 6:45. There were a lot of people sitting enjoying conversation. I saw 4 workers. Three in front and one behind a window. I ordered a soft served vanilla/chocolate fish cone with Nutella filling & Oreo dust. Also ordered a açaí bowl called morning zen. It has açaí base, with banana, strawberry, granola, coconut flakes, honey. Everything taste great and the dining area was clean!
Snowtime is one of my long time favorites in the valley!! I love this location just as much as the others! The interior is always clean, staff friendly and quick and the fish cone is always fresh and tasty. While their snow bowls are delicious, the soft serve has a special place in my heart and tastebuds!! read more

How do I not have a review for this place? This is ridiculous. I've been going here for years. It's crazy, but possibly the best cone you have ever had the fish cone. Oh man I could just eat the cone to be honest. The ice cream is delicious but that cone and then they put the jelly and whatever you want inside of it oh my goodness you talk about a sin that's what I'm doing. I'm going here and I'm gonna have me a big bite of lust because this is so delicious it should be a sin. I'm so simple when I come here unfortunately I always order the same thing the strawberry gram and fish someday I'm gonna try something different. I promise, but I'm hooked on the same thing. Every time I come here the same thing give me the fish with the strawberries and a little graham cactus on top and I don't know what else they put in there but my goodness it is just perfect and delicious and the ambience oh yeah if you're end up taking pictures and all that then yeah definitely come here. Take your pictures. Have a blast. Just bring good times you know cause it's a perfect environment and to just have fun with friends and laughing. Enjoy the moment if you're by yourself come enjoy the moment as well. They're friendly. They're nice. Everybody's nice here. Always loved Snowtime! We tried the Ahwatukee location recently and it was so spacious and clean. We got the Sweet Sunset snow and my kids devoured it. I got a hot cafe latte, wish I asked for honey but I still enjoyed it. Just added some sugar. read more

Stopped in after dinner for something sweet with the Family after dinner. Friendly Staff, bright inviting area, inviting counter space. Reasonable price, and was fun to watch the making of the Golden Fish Buns. You have several flavors to choose from peanut butter to red bean. read more

Finally got a picture 12 months after my last review. I'm glad to say, I still really like the Snowtime. I got the taro soft serve ice in the fish cone, mochi, macaron, and blueberry cream cheese. I will love to try their other menu items next time! read more

Their ice cream is delicious! It's also very Insta worthy, you can choose to add all kinds of little options to the top of your cone. The seating area is clean and spacious for an ice cream shop. The staff is friendly. read more
Small dessert/boba place that has a selection of tasty treats if you are feeling something sweet. There is a rotating menu of items including ice cream, waffles, and boba. I got the apple cinnamon waffle with a scoop of ice cream. It was so small but just the right size to make me want more. I had to share it with my GF so it stung a lot. Otherwise I would have had my sweet tooth satisfied. Definitely will be back for dessert. I hope they keep adding more flavors/seasonal items! read more

Terrible customer service, sad to say this because it's such a cute place and the ice cream and drinks are sooo good but it's definitely wasted potential with the customer service here . I've been here twice and both times I've never been greeted. it's so awkward to order, the workers literally just stare are you until you start talking or ordering. It's just dead quiet when you walk in as well . Safe to say I won't return again on date night to spend money somewhere I don't feel welcomed. read more

Lovely experience with this icecream shop. I got the soft serve in a fish cone and chose the vanilla base with custard filling, topped with macaroons and moochi. Did not care for the moochi but the macaroon was very very delicious. Would definitely visit this spot again! Shop is cute and clean. read more
Over the past few years we've seen photos and videos of people enjoying Taiyaki, and thanks to Yelp, we now know where we can enjoy the experience. Every time I've been here, the employees have been great and the product has been delicious. The custard filling really takes this to the next level. The fish waffles are crispy, dense in places, and top notch. I didn't care for the strawberry soft serve, but the Ube flavor was fantastic. Love this place! read more

Went here for the first time. I was greeted by a nice friendly woman who I assume is the owner. I had my first experience with snow. It was interestingly good. The texture was different from any ice products I've had. I had the tira miss you bowl. Delicious! I would definitely come back again. They have many different treat bowls, cones and teas/drinks. I came here with some friends for a double date. I liked the cleanliness of the interior along with the variety of flavors for boba and ice cream. I decided on a peachy lychee with boba for my drink choice. The drink was made well and it included a good amount of boba to tea ratio. I don't have any complaints, this experience was pleasant all around. read more
Lots of seating. Near movie theater. Unique take on dessert. Great service. Soft serve option. Classic snow- just like eating snow as a kid in CT. Toppings are good for tiramisu (Tira-Miss-You). They also offer espressos and other drinks, including Boba. read more
I come here for some Snowtime! This place is where I come and enjoy delicious desserts with my kids. Not only I get a family time with them, but also an enjoyable experienced in a casual environment. Contemporary setting inside the establishment and roomy for everybody to sit while enjoying their snow, shakes, teas and more! The service here is welcoming and friendly all around. You come up to the counter to order then they call you once your order is ready for you to enjoy. I recommend Snowtime for anyone that need to chill even for a moment. read more
When I was on my way here, I was listening to a Christian radio station. When I walked into this place, they were playing the same station. Totally threw me off for a second because the same song that was playing in my car was playing in the establishment. Super cool btw. Never been anywhere but chick fil a that plays worship music. The brown sugar milk tea taste like waffle crisp cereal. So yummy my gosh. The matcha love was pretty interesting. Super yummy but also strange haha. My kiddo had the fruity pebble fish bun. I love the fish bun and cone concept, super creative. The people who work there were very kind and helpful. I was a day late to my Yelp elite event and they honored my reservation. I will definitely be visiting another one closer to my house. Overall very nice and relaxing experience. read more

First, the space is huge and the decor is very trendy. I had no idea what to expect when visiting. The staff was SUPER friendly. She took the time to explain to me what all the various options were and even swayed me from making a wrong decision. I am a basic guy, and I don't really do sweets, so I just got the strawberry fish cone. It was better than your average strawberry waffle cone. Not overly sweet but sweet enough. I will be back to try a few of the other options despite not being into sweets. Price wise, it is costly. The fish cone is $7.75, so be prepared to shell out some dough to enjoy. read more

Snowtime was snooooow yummy (so yummy)! I tried the sweet sunset snow ice which had strawberries, mangoes, condensed milk and ice cream. The snow ice is so soft and tastes really good! There is a bunch of other dessert treats here too besides snow ice. There are a ton of tables and chairs inside the place to enjoy your treats at. There's lots of free parking in front of the spot. I would recommend this place to other people. read more
Not a bad choice for shaved ice in the area! I stopped by here for a post-dinner dessert. It's not hard to find parking, and the interior of the store is spacious with plenty of seating. I ordered the black sesame shaved ice, which came out after a bit of waiting. I loved the black sesame powder dusted on top and the fact that the dish came with tasty toppings like red bean and mochi. The portion size wasn't too bad either. The only thing is that I wish the shaved ice was infused throughout with black sesame, since I got a little tired of eating it as I ate past the black sesame powder layer on top. This is a nice place to grab dessert at, though I'm still on the hunt for something that's comparable to shaved ice from the Bay Area. :") Nevertheless, this is definitely still a place to stop by time to time! read more
I came here today with my mom for a sweet treat. We both got fish cones - hers was chocolate with custard filling and mine was vanilla strawberry swirl with Nutella filling. These were the most massive, immaculate things I've ever seen. Mine was topped with sprinkles and coconut flakes and I topped it off with a fresh berry peachy drink with passion fruit poppers. This was amazing. The ice cream was great, the fish was delicious, but that blueberry cheesecake filling was to die for! The place was clean and quiet. The only bad thing was I originally wanted the apple cinnamon croffle but they couldn't make it due to preparation for a party coming in. It looks amazing though. read more
