So far I've tried the Hero's Garden Smoothie (fresh spinach, matcha green tea, pineapple, mango, banana, spirulina, flax seeds, and apple juice) + Trim Burner, Avocado & Egg Toast (avocado and a hard-boiled egg with plant-based bacon, olive oil, pink himalayan salt, and Pepper), and their Fig & Prosciutto Toast (fig spread, prosciutto, cream cheese, a drizzle of olive oil, and cracked black pepper on a thick slice of sourdough toast). Items are about $10 each, so it's not the most cost efficient, but with them being around the corner from my gym, it's hard to resist. Seating is incredibly limited here, so take your goodies to go. Cuties Lemonade & More has 31 lemonade cocktails and 6 lemonade slushies. I saw that the strawberry lemonade includes Puréed Clancy Strawberries infused with Meyer Lemons sweetened with granulated sugars. It is gluten free, vegetarian, organic, and vegan. While the drink I received looked red with lemons in it and an umbrella on top (and was huge!), I was disappointed not to see any strawberries in it like in the photos of it. I would certainly still consider getting a lemonade from them again, though I was very excited about "pureed strawberries infused with lemons." The story of Cuties Lemonade & More is that of an everyday family that continually gives to the community and doesn't want to stop. The company is a food truck and trailer that serves a variety of REAL fruit-flavored lemonades across Phoenix. Every glass is made-to-order, carefully measured, and fully fresh, according to their website. While I would have liked to have seen the strawberries in the lemonade, I certainly saw fresh lemons with the flavor, pulp, and seeds. I made my way over and parked in the lot they share with Nothing Bundt Cakes and several other businesses. While it's a busy shopping center, I didn't have trouble snagging free parking. Ambiance (3/5): Robeks is pretty much a grab-and-go spot. There's a counter inside, but not seating. Directly outside of the juice and smoothie bar, there are two or three tables. I sat outside after my order was ready. Service (3/5): Service isn't a big part of the experience. You order at the counter and they call your name when your order is ready. The employee working wasn't too friendly and didn't seem like he wanted to be there. All good. It happens. Drinks (N/A): While they have a good number of smoothies, I went with an acai bowl instead. Food (2/5): I'll start things off by saying I'm a big acai bowl fan. I've had them at so many locations that I've lost count. This was the worst acai bowl I had. I went with one of their seasonal selections that had an acai base, strawberries, bananas, "granola," and honey. Man, where to start. The acai base was on the lower side quality wise compared to what I've had pretty much elsewhere. I even found an ice cube in my acai. That was a first. The "granola," rather than being the standard granola you have everywhere, was partially rice krispies or something similar to that. I was super confused. And then when it came to the fruit, there were a total of five strawberry slices in my bowl. That's less than one strawberry. I don't know if I caught them on an off night or if this is the norm. Robeks has several locations across town. If you download their app, you get a discount on your first purchase. Which I'll think about doing. Outside of that, I don't think I'll return.
