Great customer service!!! I ordered an Acai Primo for take out through the Yelp app for pick up. I walked in about 10 mins later and they were pretty busy, but were very nice and greeted me. I think he was the manager, but he noticed they hadn't received a "take out" order, so he asked me to show him the email. He immediately made my bowl. It took less than the max estimated time. Second time that black flecks are floating all around in my smoothie. First time I had them remake it, with them saying for my pb chocolate love that it was probably a blueberry and it wasn't plastic, but they don't know for sure, but got new ones. Half way through a new drink today, same pb chocolate love, there are black flecks all through it. Little pieces that I can feel in my mouth and have to spit out. In all fairness, I can tell you they have gotten my order correct one and a half times. That's not saying much is it. The company could also spend a little money on some sound proofing this place. I agree with Nadia C, with all the mixers going and the music, it's not some place you want to be for long. But, they could spend the money to train their staff to learn how to ring orders properly, so making the place a little more quiet obviously is wishful thinking. The parking leaves a lot to be desired now that the Verizon office is a few doors down from them. You'd better be fast when there is an empty spot or it can really become ugly. This is my absolute favorite place to go for a midday drink to cool off and get my vitamins in. The price is decent and everything is organic and healthy and delicious. I've been a jamba fan since I was a teenager. This location has the best staff! I love how cool these guys are about customizing drinks. Try a pineapple dream machine or a peanut butter mood + strawberries. Mmmmm. My only complaint is that if I pay extra to add an ingredient, I expect to get the extra smoothie in an additional cup (I typically get the large size to begin with). Staff at this location are better about this than at others, but maybe it should be written into their training or something to create a more consistent policy. read more

No. But since the location closed down (which makes me sad as me thinks the chain isn't doing as well as I would think it would be) this is the next best thing and it ain't that bad!
