Five stars for savings. I love the smoothies and the savings at this place. I'm the type of guy who feels obligated to give a 20% tip everywhere I go. Mediocre customer service? 20% Drive through coffee? 20% Mess up my order? 20%. At this One Stop, I go in with the confidence of a many time repeat customer that I will not be leaving a tip. It's awesome. The GM decided to pass savings on to customers by exclusively hiring frat bros with the warmth and friendliness of well, frat bros. I love the Greek yogurt peanut butter and banana with creatine. Today, I was a little nervous to see a new employee standing at the end of the bar. I had grown accustomed to being treated like dog shit, and tipping accordingly. He stood at the far end of the smoothie bar. I was relieved when he gave me the bored look of a cow chewing its cud. "What do you want," he uttered. I get a flashback to a diamond earring-studded backwards hat saying "Pikes only" at the door of a frat house in undergrad. I place my order and say thank you. He makes it. At the register he intones "loyalty number." I give him my number and say thanks as he inputs it, to predictably no reply. He watches as the tip page manifests and I select "skip." He hands me my drink wordlessly and walks like an NPC back to his place at the end of the bar. I can breathe easy. The new guy is as big a tool as the rest of the crew. I can relax in the knowledge that my drinks will be 20% cheaper than anywhere else. I'm really lucky to have this spot next to my gym. The smoothies are great. The customer service is appalling. The savings are real. I wish I could give six stars. read more

This used to be a cheap alternative to a healthy breakfast for me but prices went up 20% on my shake since last week. I've been coming here almost every day for a couple years and it's better for me to just pay the extra 2 dollars for a full healthy breakfast now.... Great, nutritious stop-in for health-conscious enthusiasts. They sell pre- and post-workout supplements and powders. But the things that I like most are the custom-made energy or workout drinks...over ice or blended. Small place with a lot of punch! It's located in Biltmore Fashion Square. Nearby parking. Glad they had what we needed, but just terrible customer service!! We were not welcomed into the store at all which is fine whatever I guess, but then when we got checked out, the little screen asked us for a tip, and then the guy walked away not even giving us our receipt or finishing the transaction. Then upon asking another worker to grab it for us she told us to just reach over the counter and grab it ourselves because she was too busy adjusting the TV channel to help us. I get that it's a quick service place, but the interaction was very unpleasant and the audacity to ask for a tip when nothing was done to deserve one was shocking. read more

I don't know how many times I see the shake being made, too much ice has been added into the blender, and the cup is filled with a water-down protein shake for $7.25 plus tax and tip = $8.50 The protein shake although a healthier alternative is still high in sugar and the protein ratio depends on what actually gets in your cup. This used to be our go to spot but at this price? Grabbing a sandwich or a bite to eat instead is a couple dollars extra and more of a balanced meal. Product here is overpriced to other buying options. This is if you need it immediately and don't mind paying an extra $10 bucks per item. read more

I was at the biltmore shopping center last week and it was nice to find a place for a smoothie as the area doesn't have many options. They have a good array of items on the menu and lots of supplements as well. Near lifetime fitness too for the gym goers! The peanut butter and vanilla whey is my go to shake! read more

Great franchise but I only come here for Lex..not only is she beautiful and sweet... she also creates a smoothie with the perfect amount of creaminess to iciness.
