Great service Hannah shake was the best shake ever would go again to get another one the added pineapple to it was amazing

I wish one stop would stop franchising. It causes each location to be different in terms of the product you get for their famous smoothies. In the Scottsdale / Phoenix area there are two locations that are always consistent with their smoothie making, unfortunately this location (the closest to my house) is not one of them. I now have to consistently have them remake smoothies as there employees don't seem to be versed in the ingredients, or I am forced to drive out of my way to get a replacement. Thankfully the owners of the other one stops will usually comp my smoothie after I explain the experience. It's unfortunately a product of the world we live in. Nobody seems to take any pride or care in their work, even in something as simple as making a smoothie. read more

They should have a sign saying No fruit will be used to make your smoothie. It was yogurt and powders as far as I could tell. I also sucked up some powder while drinking the thing too. Fraudulent smoothies. read more

When I came into the store, there was a line of 4 people ahead of me. I was interested in discussing products and trying out their inventory. The staff didn't greet me. All they did was shift their line to order smoothies at a second station. A group of 3 young women walked in after me and the staff opted to take their order first, still not even acknowledging me standing and waiting by the products. By the time I was acknowledged, I had already waited 10 minutes. In discussing the products, it was clear the staff had no idea what they were talking about. My specific questions were answered with generic "I could have Googled that" responses. The staff had never tried the product and could only make a recommendation based on "top sellers" of the only 3 types of products (post workout supplements) they had in stock; the staff just said "These are our best sellers" and it's 2 of the 3 products they have on the shelves. There are no prices on the products or comparisons for me to look at as informational nearby. To make my experience one that will prevent me from ever coming in again? After waiting 10 minutes to get generic, unhelpful answers, the staff member opted to turn to sell a smoothie to another customer instead of handling my needs and interests. I will likely never return after this horrible service and lack of expertise. When I come into a shop selling supplements, I expect the staff to have an expert level of knowledge about the product, both having tried it and recommending one that they think is best, and not just their "Oh... this is our brand product and people like it." read more

Not a good experience at this location. I mean what should I expect due to the area. More diversity needed with the employees, so they could be more open minded to different ethnicities, cultures. I felt like I was treated poorly due to my ethnicity. I noticed they were friendly to all the vanilla people mainly the men, hmmm. Tsk tsk , shame. read more

Today I went in for pre workout and stepped out for a phone call, returned to look at a few options to purchase and was met by a police officer stating they wanted me trespassed claiming I was suspicious. I definitely didn't deserve this and it's super unfair, I haven't done anything to be rude to any staff or fellow customers here and this was super uncalled for. I highly recommend going to a different location and I will never go to another store anywhere else because of this. Also, their prices are $10 higher than other stores for the one I wanted. Over priced and treated so unfairly. read more

Prices advertised don't match what they charge you. Sales tax is being charged at 9.9%. Something fishy going on read more

I loveeee this place so much. I get it at least 4 times a week. Such a convenient place for a shake after working out. Lots of options for supplements and energy drinks, protein snacks, and other fitness things as well. read more

Blonde owner/ or manager is very disrespectful and had a passive aggressive attitude. Looked at me like I was stupid when I said the mass gainer doesn't come with peanut butter. I've been getting these smoothies for a long time now and have never had any issues until my first time at Tatum location. They had to re make my smoothie multiple times because they can't follow simple directions. Plain no flavor added or completely wrong flavors even tho I had to say 6 times what I wanted But she was probably making smoothie wrong/gross on purpose I don't know why. I think that store would do much better under someone else's leadership. Only reason they don't get one star is because the other nice ladies with darker hair made up for it. Very disappointed in the service and quality offered. read more

Yall are definitely doing something right at this location. Every single time I go in the staff is sooooo nice, and genuinely interested in bettering your day and being kind! Kai or Ky? Is so nice, and there's a sweet brunette girl as well. These two together literally light up a room, and it's awesome to see people that care about their customers in the food industry:) smoothies are always great also! God bless yall! read more

My boyfriend & I came in for shakes, the girl taking our order 7/30 at 4pm brown hair was really sassy & not friendly at all and made our shakes terribly!(not sure if it was on purpose, but it felt like it) we usually get really good shakes. However the manager overheard how unhappy I was with my shake and he gladly made it right. :) thank you read more

Love this spot. All the girls that work here are awesome. Please ignore the negative review from "Merril W." This guy was pacing back and forth throughout the store and around the store outside on his phone for like 40 minutes. He would repeatedly re-enter the store and make uncomfortable comments to the girls who were working. Another guy and I waited around with the workers while they called the cops to escort the man off property who was clearly displaying erratic behavior, making the staff uncomfortable and, I'm saying this nicely: really taking his time to figure out what he wanted. One Stop is great, and so is that location and the people that work there. Don't let that creep sway your opinion. Cheers. read more

Got the low carb post workout. Always great, staff was really friendly and helpful. Good location right next to the EoS gym.

My wife and I have been going to OSN for 6 years now. The one thing all stores have in common are the people. Most all of them are very well trained and show a willingness to help. We visit the PV store the most because its close to our gym, but we've been know to travel to this store even if we aren't in the area. This store has a great selection of protein powders, supplements and great shakes! If you are ever in the area, stop by and say hi to Christian, TJ and Bo. read more
