When I came into the store, there was a line of 4 people ahead of me. I was interested in discussing products and trying out their inventory. The staff didn't greet me. All they did was shift their line to order smoothies at a second station. A group of 3 young women walked in after me and the staff opted to take their order first, still not even acknowledging me standing and waiting by the products. By the time I was acknowledged, I had already waited 10 minutes. In discussing the products, it was clear the staff had no idea what they were talking about. My specific questions were answered with generic "I could have Googled that" responses. The staff had never tried the product and could only make a recommendation based on "top sellers" of the only 3 types of products (post workout supplements) they had in stock; the staff just said "These are our best sellers" and it's 2 of the 3 products they have on the shelves. There are no prices on the products or comparisons for me to look at as informational nearby. To make my experience one that will prevent me from ever coming in again? After waiting 10 minutes to get generic, unhelpful answers, the staff member opted to turn to sell a smoothie to another customer instead of handling my needs and interests. I will likely never return after this horrible service and lack of expertise. When I come into a shop selling supplements, I expect the staff to have an expert level of knowledge about the product, both having tried it and recommending one that they think is best, and not just their "Oh... this is our brand product and people like it." read more

Not a good experience at this location. I mean what should I expect due to the area. More diversity needed with the employees, so they could be more open minded to different ethnicities, cultures. Today I went in for pre workout and stepped out for a phone call, returned to look at a few options to purchase and was met by a police officer stating they wanted me trespassed claiming I was suspicious. I definitely didn't deserve this and it's super unfair, I haven't done anything to be rude to any staff or fellow customers here and this was super uncalled for. I highly recommend going to a different location and I will never go to another store anywhere else because of this. Also, their prices are $10 higher than other stores for the one I wanted. Blonde owner/ or manager is very disrespectful and had a passive aggressive attitude. Looked at me like I was stupid when I said the mass gainer doesn't come with peanut butter. I've been getting these smoothies for a long time now and have never had any issues until my first time at Tatum location. They had to re make my smoothie multiple times because they can't follow simple directions. Plain no flavor added or completely wrong flavors even tho I had to say 6 times what I wanted But she was probably making smoothie wrong/gross on purpose I don't know why. I think that store would do much better under someone else's leadership. Only reason they don't get one star is because the other nice ladies with darker hair made up for it. Love this spot. All the girls that work here are awesome. Please ignore the negative review from "Merril W." This guy was pacing back and forth throughout the store and around the store outside on his phone for like 40 minutes. He would repeatedly re-enter the store and make uncomfortable comments to the girls who were working. Another guy and I waited around with the workers while they called the cops to escort the man off property who was clearly displaying erratic behavior, making the staff uncomfortable and, I'm saying this nicely: really taking his time to figure out what he wanted. We visit the PV store the most because its close to our gym, but we've been know to travel to this store even if we aren't in the area.
