Where is Sprouts management? One of the most frustrating experiences at this store. At 8:30am, there was one associate taking care of customers while the others were busy arranging things. I recently shopped in the store at Tatum and Cactus Rd. I self checked out. I was charged 5 (five) times for my apple purchase. I complained. A cashier fixed it and did not apologize. Few days later I shopped with my sister and bought for over $200.00 of groceries. The day after, after reviewing the receipt, we found out 2 items had been doubled charged for a total of almost $80.00!!!. We went back to the store and asked to talk to a manager. An employee named Justin refused to comply and said "were you overcharged?". He seemed to be familiar with clients' complaints about overcharging. He directed us to a cashier who did not ask any question but said "what do you need to be refunded?" Besides having outrageously high prices for many items, they apparently commonly overcharge. read more

Excellent Experience! I had a great experience at this Sprouts location on Tatum and Cactus Road. The store is clean and well-organized, with a great selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. A special thanks to Mr. Mark, the Meat Department Manager, who was very friendly and went out of his way to provide a custom cut of a whole chicken just the way I wanted. sometimes i've asked people in this store for help and I feel like I'm a huge inconvenience to them and they just don't want to be helping me, even though they do... The other day, I was here looking for something, and I couldn't find it, so I called over to another sprouts while I was inside of this sprouts location... Julian actually heard me on the phone with the other store and said " may I help you find something?" I told him what I was looking for, and I said that I thought they were out of it at this store because it was just a Christmas related item.. he told me that he thought they had some in the very back of the store on a clearance rack..., And he took me there! I asked for his name so I could leave him a positive review, and then I forgot to do it... This evening I was in there again because I go to the store all the time and I saw him again, running around helping people, and also operating a sample booth, and doing an exceptional job at it! The nice part about this location is there is a Whole Foods across the street for any items Sprouts may not have. But given the choice, I generally lean towards Sprouts. However, in the future if it's 9:56pm at the stoplight and and I need one item... I'll turn into Whole Foods across the street from now on lol closed at 9:58pm. I love this store so much. The people are some of the nicest and so helpful. I feel bad I don't remember her name, but the lady in the vitamins and supplements area is so so helpful. If you are even looking for 2 seconds, she will offer help. One day, a lady forgot to grab a basket and had her hands full, she went and grabbed a basket for her. So kind and over the top service. The store energy is great. The feel and ambiance is just welcoming (when there isn't a ton of people in there being rude to each other, but that isn't the workers LOL). Kingsley, the Store Manager, is absolutely AMAZING. Cannot say enough good words about him. He is always helpful, checks the back if there is something not on the shelf just in case they have it. Bounces all around the store, helps at checkout. Everything! I like so many of the cashiers, I wish I remembered all their names but I am spacing on it and will get their names for a future review. I used to love this store, but it is going downhill as we speak. I think today will be the last time here, and I will drive to either Gainey Ranch or 3rd St. & Bell. I bought some chicken a few days ago. When I took it out of the package, it smelled like disgusting rotten eggs. When I called the store to report this, the lady said to bring in my receipt and they would issue a refund. I asked if they wanted the meat back and she said no. I went there this morning and was told that the receipt wasn't enough, I also needed the bar code, and to do my shopping while they figured it out. When I went to the checkout, the male cashier (also head cashier) took off the amount I paid for the rotten meat, but muttered something like people take advantage of this. What a nice thing to say guy, really great customer service. Also, the vitamin lady is never any help. They didn't have the item I needed (a Sprouts brand) and said it is no longer stocked. I called around to other stores who said they carry it all the time. I think some of these people need to find other jobs. read more

Be on alert when you shop at this Sprouts. You will get charged for things you didn't buy and sale prices may not be given to you for product at the counter. I chose marinated sword fish because it was on sale. When the guy at the counter gave it to me seemed high but I didn't question it. Then I went to the self check out total seemed high but I was in a hurry so did not double check. Looked at my receipt at home. I was charged for an item I never scanned and didn't buy. I thought we'll it was only $5 dollars not worth my time to try to call and have to deal the bs. Then I cooked the sword fish and saw I was charged full price an extra 3.99 a pound. Not cool that is the reason for this review. I will think before I shop at this location again. read more

After very ever showing up here for many many years, turns out that lately I have been visiting and spending my hard earned dollars here quite often. They are usually very good, and if you have any questions all the employees seem to be glad to help. The only thing is that some times the registers get kind of crowded, and although they are usually fast to call for help to open other registers, that does not happen all the time. If you care about prices and getting good deals, the best day to shop here is on Wednesdays, that is because on Wednesday they honor the offers from the past week's flyer, plus the offers from the next week's flier. This location has plenty of parking, and while the prices are not the best, some stuff is priced quite reasonably. I do not buy all my groceries here, but there are some items that I get here regularly. read more

I usually get spinach with rotisserie chicken and tuna salad, tomato, onion, mushroom, hard boiled egg, dressed with olive oil and chia seeds. There are protein boxes in the cold case too- hummus and olive box, chicken, cheese and nuts box, etc. Rotating hot soups too. Cold pressed juice options- I like the beet juice!! Green juice is tasty too. Best variety of healthy lunch affordable convenient options I've found in the immediate area. Tip- Grocery store has decent organic selection. It is very popular on Sunday afternoons, expect a short checkout line with multiple cashiers even. No lattes available here, FYI. Last week I stopped at this Sprouts. I was delighted to learn from the cashier that they were no longer charging for their carry out bags! Yesterday I went and the cashier asked if I'd like a bag. I responded, "Yes, I'm so glad you stopped charging for the bags." She looked at my blankly, "No, we're still charging for bags." (Granted, they are really nice, heavy plastic bags). When I told her my experience the previous week I was told I should have been charged for the bag. This is the only store where I've ever been charged for carry out bags. read more

This is by far the worst Sprouts in Arizona! The service here sucks beyond belief and especially the old grumpy lady named Clare in the deli ... she is very rude and She could care less that you are patiently standing there waiting for the sandwhich you ordered. I've tolerated this for 5-6 years and it's really hard to understand how she has lasted this long working at Sprouts. I am a professional and don't have 30 minutes to watch her move extra slow because she hates working. I literally can't believe that I have to write this review but I will every time i have to wait like I am right now. She just asked me three times if I wanted toppings I said everything but tomatoes 3 times! If you don't want to listen or care what someone tells you go home and collect your unemployment check you might get more money and you can be miserable at home. read more

This may appear childish, but I will tell you it is the BEST COFFEE CAKE around. So buttery & just enough sweet cinnamon. My wife liked the RASPBERRY version, THAT'S GONE TOO!!!!! Was in the area the other day and needed a few things before I headed home for the day. This was a great store! Super open, inviting, and very organized. I had a question and the nice man stocking the freezer section helped me right away! Believe it or not, I snagged the last two bags of our FAVORITE Caulipower chicken tenders! Mamas, if you don't know, seriously research them! They're so great for kiddos. Nutritious and delicious! I've only been able to find them at Sprouts. If i'm driving through again, i'd absolutely stop in! Their parking lot is great with loads of spaces (unlike the Sprouts near our house). read more

Normally I really love this location, however this evening the manager on duty closed all the check out's except for the self check out! The store was decently busy and myself and others were complaining about not wanting to use the self check out but apparently they do not care. This is very tacky and unprofessional to have customers forced to ring up their own groceries when this is not something they normally do when going to Sprouts. There used to be a store in the valley called "Fresh & Easy", they had only self check out and they wound up closing their locations, because news flash, people don't want to do your work for you. read more
