Fast-acting CBD with excellent bio-availability
Carlos A.

Very nice place, with a good variety of products. I spoke to the owner/manager who was running the counter, and he was clearly both knowledgeable and passionate about the products and benefits. Pricing is slightly higher than online, but you get great service and advice as well as a top quality product. If you're new to CBD, you will find this to be a good learning experience and very friendly about it.

I wish I could give 10-stars to AZ CBD! The staff are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and takes the time to explain all the products. I walked in not knowing much about CBD and walked out knowing enough to feel comfortable. I highly recommend visiting this shop!

false advertising - they advertise they have a store wherever your search indicates but they do not have stores wherever you indicate.

Ask the Community - Soulari

Do they sell Calming CBD for pets?

I'm not sure if they sell something for pets, I use regular calming 500mg cbd oil for my dog an old lab. I put 5-10 drops on her food. They are really friendly and would be more than willing to answer any questions you have.

Do I need to have a card to come in here?

No; you do not need a card.

I visited this Vitamin Shoppe location with my three children to pick up supplements and some Bum…read moreenergy drinks. We are Native American, and we were dressed pretty casually today. I wasn't aware of any promotion, and I'm still unclear on what the deal actually was. I grabbed three cases and a few loose cans from a display near the register. When we checked out, the cashier, a white girl named Misti, kept mentioning a promotion but never explained it clearly. She repeated the same statement without clarifying how it applied or why she was bringing it up. She also kept looking at us in a way that made the interaction feel uncomfortable, and she was not friendly throughout the exchange. I even asked, "I'm sorry, is the concern the cost? Because I have no issue there," hoping she would clarify. She didn't. Eventually, she stated that customers can only purchase up to six cans per person in order to receive the $1‑per‑can promotional price, but she still didn't explain how that related to the items I was buying or why it mattered. I asked whether she needed separate transactions or if there was a limit on how many cases I could buy, and still received no clear answer. I finally told her I just wanted to purchase my items and leave. At the end of the interaction, I asked if there was a place to leave feedback, and she said, "I'm sure there's something on the receipt for corporate." The issue wasn't the promotion, it was the lack of communication and the overall unfriendly, uncomfortable interaction. Misti would benefit from training on how to clearly articulate store promotions and communicate respectfully with customers.

I asked for the GM and she said she's the manager I asked again for the GM and she was just absolutely rude to me. I am going to report this store to the area landlord and my local BNI group including the our local chamber of commerce . The customer service is awful!

Finally a great CBD shop in Central Phoenix! Not only do they have a wide variety of hemp products,…read morebut their CBD products have test results. This tells me they're professional and care about the products in the shop. They also have educational CBD events every month. It's a great spot to learn. I've gotten a great nighttime tincture here, and sleep like a baby. My dog and cats get their CBD tinctures here, too!

I have been here twice, once to the old location right before it closed and once at the open house…read morefor the new location. There are so many cute products and books and gemstones and salt baths to choose from! I think that's why a friend recommended it to me. Both times I've been there I didn't end up buying everything I wanted to because the owner was so deep in conversation with everyone else who walked in about herself, the new space she wanted to manifest, how she manifested it, etc. I almost felt like I was interrupting her by wanting to buy something. The first time I had to wait until everyone else had left (including people who came in after me). I did manage to get some delish chocolate! It was definitely on the pricier side (I think I spent something like $12 on two chocolate bites) but it can be nice to splurge sometimes on fresh, raw chocolates with ethically sourced ingredients. The shop also had a small selection of loose herbs for tea (kind of like the ones at Southwest Herbal), which is pretty cool and getting harder and harder to find. I also wrote down a few product names and book titles to research. The new location is a lot smaller than the old one so the selection is smaller, but I like that it is an amazing building shared with other people doing healing work. I really enjoyed the open house there. I spent most of the time talking to people who share the building and they were all so genuine, which is so refreshing as people in this space can sometimes be quite self-absorbed. I even managed to snag some incense which the owner told a group of us was free and handed to everyone but me until I asked (even though I was the only person in the group who was about to buy something). I wanted to buy a specific flower mist during the open house but the owner was super busy talking to and helping all the other folks there (including one who she rang up before helping me even though she came in after me). Luckily the new location is super close to Lotus Wei, which has a larger selection of products and a friendly, attentive staff who was actually eager to help me, so I was able to get what I needed right after I left. I also found some great bath salts there and met a very sweet dog. I definitely try to shop consciously in stores where I can ask questions and get help, but I totally understand the impulse to only pay attention to certain people and ignore others. Getting a new space is certainly exciting and it's probably more interesting to discuss that with friends than it is to ring someone up. And I guess it's easy to take older customers for granted. That said, having to ask for freebies, being ignored, and even being asked if someone could cut in line certainly doesn't make me want to do business here. I read the owner response and I don't think the store being crowded and busy is a reason to ask someone if they mind if you ring up the person behind them first... and again, this is the second time I visited and I certainly didn't feel like I got the utmost personal attention in the larger location, even when I was the only person in the store. (As mentioned, I had to wait for people to leave to even be able to buy anything.) I do think this is a space to source ideas for gifts--even if I do end up picking them up somewhere else where people actually want to help me! (I honestly can't remember the last time I was made to feel like I was deemed unworthy to buy things.) The other practitioners seem really cool, which is great because it's a very nice building. Maybe some of that energy will rub off on Kaya Holistics!
