I've been coming here for years, simply because it's close by. They're literally never open on…read moretime, or even 30min late. It's more like an hour or two late. I used to see people waiting in the parking lot for this place to open, but now no one bothers, not even myself. Every new proclaimed manager is crappier than the last; not knowing the product, staff so high that I've walked into the store, left cash on the counter and left because they were passed out in the back room, last week someone was covering for their "roommate" who couldn't come in. Who even runs this place anymore?

How this place has less than 5 stars is beyond me. Tho I did, for fun, check out the 1 star review…read moregiven and that dude rates nearly all businesses low. There are some people who just cannot be satisfied and not to name names or anything but Drew D, I hope you find some joy somewhere in life because if Arizona smokers can't do it, you're just a miserable person...but I digress... Zane and Max are truly 2 of the most amazing people I've ever had the pleasure to encounter in a business. Remarkable, knowledgeable and helpful people, I couldn't be more satisfied with my visit. I went to replace a vape I lost over the weekend and Max (I really hope I have the name right but if not, my apologies - this is the guy with the friendliest face and dark blonde hair) went above and beyond to find the right vape to fit my needs and personal preferences. He really took the time to go over every possible option and discuss the advantages and disadvantages to each one, and that means a LOT to me. Every smoke shop that I've purchased a vape from has never failed to leave out a very important piece of info - that the batteries never come WITH the vape. I always get home and put it together and realize I have to drive all the way back to whatever sh*t show business I just spent a grip of cash at to spend more and buy the batteries that make the vape operate- any previous smoke shop I've given my business to has disappointed me in one way or another. But the guys at Arizona Smokers let me know what my new device required without me having to say a word or unnecessarily make a second trip on the same night. Max offered to not only put everything together for me but additionally add the stores own vape juice to the tank so that I could make use of it quickly. Just a 10 out of 10 business that I'd recommend to anyone looking for a legit, clean, quality smoke shop. I have a smoke shop within a mile of where I live, but I'd go out of my way and travel a bit farther to come here, even if they were half an hour away...this would be my go-to smoke shop. Whether you need vapes, disposable or otherwise, a cool new smoke device, cannabis essentials and more- come here. You won't be disappointed. I've never had such a great experience anywhere really - these guys are EVERYTHING. When I used to come, which I will not be returning because of this, I buy a months worth of vapes so I do not have to drive the distance. I was going to use this location because I have really enjoyed the customer service. The nice young lady called her district manager asking if he could approve the purchase and was told no because I needed to return it within a week. Again, I purchased a months worth of a supply so I don't have to travel yet. The store will not honor a product that is dysfunctional. Customer loyalty is obviously not important to this company which is a number one draw for me to be a return shopper. So disappointed.
