I've been coming here for years, simply because it's close by. They're literally never open on…read moretime, or even 30min late. It's more like an hour or two late. I used to see people waiting in the parking lot for this place to open, but now no one bothers, not even myself. Every new proclaimed manager is crappier than the last; not knowing the product, staff so high that I've walked into the store, left cash on the counter and left because they were passed out in the back room, last week someone was covering for their "roommate" who couldn't come in. I worked with spencer & will who both were knowledgeable and honest about the products. They have really great pricing on disposable vapes, juices, glass & kratom. I purchased two tugpods. I had a great experience. They didn't try to force sell me anything and were productive with multi-tasking side work of inventory and greeting any new customers coming in. That why was very welcoming as an environment and the store was clean, well laid out with organization and definitely the best experience I've had at any Vape store that I've been to, and I've personally been to +- 27 or so different vape locations over the years. If I had a question, they knew the answer, and if I didn't wanna certain flavor, they had a proper answer. I only write reviews when I feel that they are well deserved and these two gentlemen have made me a new customer for life. Are used to frequent Vapor Vortex, but they are no longer in business if you are familiar with them. I don't usually leave reviews, but this place stood out…read more 21 Degree Cigar Bar is one of those spots you walk into and immediately feel comfortable. Good setup, laid back, and just an easy place to hang out for a while. What really makes it though is the guy behind the bar, Joshua. He's got a ton of knowledge on cigars and bourbon, but more importantly, he treats you like you've been friends for 20 years. No pressure, no ego--just good conversation and solid recommendations. You can tell Josh actually enjoys what he's doing, and it shows. Great humidor, strong bourbon selection, and an overall vibe that keeps you there longer than you planned. If you're in Scottsdale and like cigars, definitely worth stopping in.
