HOSTILE EMPLOYEE AVOID THIS PLACE I'm been a weekly customer to this place for the past 5 months and have had mostly positive experiences. I've also brought in a handful of friends, thus creating new clientele for the store. I was in the shop moments ago looking for a new piece and was treated horribly. The guy with the longer dark hair, and facial hair acted completely annoyed to have to help me. I decided to wait a few days on my larger purchase but didn't want to leave empty handed so I bought a torch for $16 and paid cash. A minute later before I left the store I decided it was going to be too big of a flame for my rig. I asked if I could return it and get a smaller one and he told me no. HE RUDELY switched it out for a cheaper one without refunding the difference in price and aggressively tried to put the other away and dropped it on the floor. I didn't want to make a scene because there were other customers but when he said have a nice day as sarcastically and with the most hostile tone I calmly told him I'll be taking my business elsewhere and left the store. He might be one of the owners or just an employee, either way I would not want that guy representing my company. I hate leaving bad reviews but I went in there and was polite and was treated Terribly for no reason. read more

This place is such a disappointment. Its a beautiful store and the staff is very friendly, however... If you're looking for a place to regularly get your vape supplies look elsewhere. I've given these guys soooo many chances. Started to buy a particular juice from them, only on 1 singular occasion did they have the strength i wanted. But most of the time they didn't have it in stock at all. So I switched juices, and the same problem. They never restocked the juice i switched to. If you want atomizers, they won't have the right coils, if you want to pay apple pay, their apple pay is down. I think this place has a serious management issue in the area of control of inventory. You will waste ur time thinking you can procure your vaping supplies here reliably. I've dealt with them long enough to recognize the pattern. Also I've never seen many people walk into this place, maybe one or 2 people on occasion and recently they even had to downsize the shop presumably due to failing of their business? I am going to find a different place, a place that I can count on, a place that is reliable and consistent. read more
