I found this place thru yelp and was first hesitant because there weren't a lot of reviews. But it is right near the grocery store and on my way so I stopped in. The place just opened, thus the lack of reviews. It is so nice, organized, clean, and the floor is gorgeous! I know nothing about bongs and was purchasing a gift. Fadi was working and was very welcoming. He let me look around myself until I was ready for help. I really appreciate that because I hate it when I feel pressured and don't have time to shop. When I asked, he answered every question I had and gave me pros and cons and let me choose. He even let me know what items were name brand and that if that didn't matter to me that other similar items would be cheaper. Even though there is a million bongs to choose from, he couldn't locate the exact one I was looking for in a cheaper brand. When I decided to go ahead and purchase the name brand, he gave me a discount!!!!! Totally unexpected and not required! It was such a positive experience that I tipped. Fadi is wonderful! An amazing person! First time I went there was around when he first opened last October. I must add that I LOVE Halloween and he had his store decked out for it ;) #1 He was amazing friendly, pleasant and very sincere. #2 This was my first vape shop visit - the idea was to quit actual smoking with vaping (no more on that okay? ;) Anyway I have been going since and he's great to just hang out with. #3 Great selection and if he doesn't have something you want he will get it for you! #4 The store smells great, he has an awesome happy bird that loves to chat and he is always playing the right tunes! #5 Someone recently gave his store an icky review....they must have not spoken with him. Huge selection of vapes that's always stocked up (when everywhere else is sold out!), cheapest prices I've been able to find in Phoenix, and by far the BEST customer service! & they're open later than anywhere else nearby! I am visiting from out of state and was looking for some vapes since my flum float died. I found this shop on yelp and took a visit and was not disappointed. When I came in he didn't have what I was looking for and with good reason why he didnt stock them - theres better alternatives and flum is too pricey for what you get. He gave some great recommendations for some disposables. I picked up some Evo drip and Evo bars and was able to test before purchase. Shout out to Fadhi, he is very knowledgeable of his products and his selection is the best bang for your buck. Best wishes to his new shop. Just moved to the lower Arcadia area and this is by far the best smoke shop in the area. Fadi, made my experience here better he was very helpful and had safety mouth guards that allowed you to test hit the flavors.
