I honestly don't know if I just keep running into the same people or if just EVERYONE really IS that friendly!!!! One of the last times I had visited, there were two guys working. I was coming from dropping my girlfriend off at the airport. I had been crying the whole way home so of course my eyes were puffy and swollen. I felt awkward going in there. They made me feel nothing but welcomed like they were family they had. Soon they had me laughing and I didn't mind talking off my glasses.. because I felt like I was in a room with my brothers.. I can't remember what we were laughing about but... it seems like every time I go in there.., it goes that way. PS since I love the store so much. I was an undecided, no-knowledge shopper looking for a water apparatus for my grown son. It was his first... with accessories (!). I didn't want to spend over a certain amount, and told the helper(s) as I wandered aimlessly looking at everything. They have a LOT of items! This is by far the DisneyLand of SmokeShop Accessories for (adults ;) I even picked up my favorite Clipper lighters at checkout that look like zig-zags. They weren't bad at $2 a piece (beats the $3+ lighters at gas stations!) By the time I made my decision... naturally I wanted to see ten different ones behind the counter only to ask "what do you think??" He was great...gave me his opinion and even picked one lower than my budget.. so I got a grinder and extra accessories to go along, Then I tipped him. I'm aware that if I'm high maintenance and they are kind, they earned it. The place was busy at 7 pm on a week day, we spent a couple hundred in all. There were at least 5 employees with customers consistently. The place does well. I've moved and my son's piece got broken so it's time for a new one! Plus I just want to go back.. it was fun :). Hoping they are as kind this time around. I will update for sure and take pics :)
