I was an undecided, no-knowledge shopper looking for a water apparatus for my grown son. It was his first... with accessories (!). I didn't want to spend over a certain amount, and told the helper(s) as I wandered aimlessly looking at everything. They have a LOT of items! This is by far the DisneyLand of SmokeShop Accessories for (adults ;) I even picked up my favorite Clipper lighters at checkout that look like zig-zags. They weren't bad at $2 a piece (beats the $3+ lighters at gas stations!) By the time I made my decision... naturally I wanted to see ten different ones behind the counter only to ask "what do you think??" He was great...gave me his opinion and even picked one lower than my budget.. so I got a grinder and extra accessories to go along, Then I tipped him. I'm aware that if I'm high maintenance and they are kind, they earned it. The place was busy at 7 pm on a week day, we spent a couple hundred in all. There were at least 5 employees with customers consistently. The place does well. I've moved and my son's piece got broken so it's time for a new one! Plus I just want to go back.. it was fun :). Hoping they are as kind this time around. I will update for sure and take pics :)

They say that a pack of 24/7 cigarettes is $4.99 a pack on their display signage as well as on the display in the store, but then they say they charge $5.50 a pack. They don't have a sign on their blunt wraps, so that the individual behind the counter gets to decide how much to charge you on the fly. Since it has been a problem at this store for many years, apparently there is not a single person in this company, including Chester, with the ability to solve a problem.
