It's really sad that an 11billion dollar company can't come up with a solution to the problem of broken machines and no ice in this store. Since it has been a problem at this store for many years, apparently there is not a single person in this company, including Chester, with the ability to solve a problem. I would recommend that someone from QT contact either of the two Circle Ks across the street because every time I end up over there because this store doesn't have ice, they always do. Maybe you should recruit some of their talent to help you fix your stores. Obviously they know more about solving issues and running a convenience store than you do. read more

Yeah, we don't have these stores where we live. It's too bad because we think these store are the coolest convenience marts on the planet. Super giant gas station to start with. Go inside and we got blown away by all of the cool beverage machines, massive hot food options, and everything else you would expect. Then there's a lot more. A person could stay alive if all they had was this store. Pretty amazing for sure. Then there's the employees. We visited this store at least 5 times during our stay in Phoenix and every time we got in and to the register pretty darn quick. Friendly people. What else could you ask for? How about a guy out front with a power washer making the place sparkle! I LOVE seeing that. We want this store by our house. Looks like I'll need to come back here if I want more! read more

This is one of the busiest QTs I have been to. They are located right off the 10 and there are plenty of large vehicles come here including ones with trailers. So be prepared to wait a little or figuring out a way to get out when it's busy. Besides that it's a pretty well run QT! Always clean even though they see plenty of foot traffic. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I suggest getting their QT App so that you can get deals on drinks and food. read more

I'm so glad to see QT at this location. It's located on 32nd St (University Dr) just off I-10. A couple of it's neighboring competitors have slipped in terms of cleanliness and safety. If QT can maintain the new property in it's pristine condition, it'll be a welcome change for this area. Oh, and the floor plan is similar to the new-ish Thomas Rd & SR 51 store. :) read more

I love QT! The location is one of the busiest and that's understandable seeing that its located right off of the 51 freeway. This particular location already has the QT kitchen inside. I haven't tasted the food there yet, but it looks delicious and seems to be priced affordably. The staff has perfected being able to get you out in a speedy manner while providing top notch customer service. read more

I come to this QuikTrip quite regularly as it is steps from my place of work. The staff here is always friendly, efficient and quick. The store is always clean and service is always excellent. The pricing is comparable to any other gas station, in my opinion. They do service quick hot food as well. I will continue to frequent here on a normal basis as long as I'm in this area. Don't rely on getting the right breakfast burrito early morning, mine said beacon, it was sausage, cold and nasty. One thing you can count on at quik trips, no matter what time it is they will be out of what you want, mislabeled products and cold food that is supposed to be hot. read more

This is the worst QT in Az! Went in multiple time and had problems. Ordered some biscuits and gravy and I got cold biscuits and cold gravy! Then I took it back in and he microwaved another one to the point the biscuits were hard. Worst biscuits and gravy ever! Then I showed up here with a flat and they said the air pump nozzle is lost and they don't have another one. Had to pull my tire off and get a ride! I absolutely love quick trip but this quick trip is absolutely ridiculous with the panhandlers outside. In the last week alone I've had three or four panhandler's come up to me asking me either for money or food. One guy was digging through the trash can smoking a cigarette right next to the fuel pumps. Another lady was going up to people asking them for food and money. Another guy who had a dirty rag told me that he could restore my headlights for me for a really good price. I told him no thanks I have a warranty on the headlights and he walked to the front of the car like he was going to start working on my headlights even after I told him no. I had to literally shout at him to get him away from my vehicle. Management just doesn't seem to care enough to keep their paying loyal customers happy read more

I go out of my way for Quik Trip. But it's Phoenix so you don't need to. They are everywhere, like weeds. But good weeds, maybe more like roses. Anyway, the Super QT is like most. And even though it was 5:30 PM and loaded with people, I still found a pump to gas up. The sandwiches were almost all gone- probably a dinner rush, but I still took a ham sammy, got a refill drink, used the mostly clean restroom and was on my way happily. Love QT! read more

This is a busy location but with the teamwork they display it's literally a Quick Trip! They always have my stuff stocked and remember me personally. The cleanest service station ever. This is a must stop for your convenience store needs. They have every soda/pop on dispenser. Coffee station, slushy station and even made to order espresso bar. Need a quick breakfast? From yogurt to made to order sandwiched. The service is quick and always friendly. I'm on an out of town project for a couple of weeks and stop here every morning. I actually saw an employee cleaning the garbage cans outside the door. I wish we had QTs in Denver. read more
