ALL of the soda machines were out of order. The refrigerator sections were mostly empty. Another customer said something to me as I stood there processing the state of this Circle K and he was just as unhappy. What is happening with this place? Part of having a brand is setting expectations. Corporate needs to check in here.

Even though I stand and knock politely to get her attention, she continues to do non-urgent tasks, like clean the soda machine rack. This morning was the worst. She ignored me then made me wait at the window for about 3 minutes (I was the only customer present). I asked to buy spring water and another item, as I am parched from work. She went to take my card, then pretended the credit card machine was down. I said are you sure it's down. She said "yes". I looked her in the eye and said, "I don't believe you." Then I calmly turned on my heel and left. She did this with the full knowledge that I was in need of water. Five minutes later, I watched her complete a credit card transaction with another customer (a man in a white truck with an orange shirt on). She is making your company look bad. My car had a flat tire to the rim.. I parked right in front of the machine to get air... after realizing I had taken out my debt card at home and forgot to put it back in my wallet, I only had 2 dollar bills and 2 quarters in my car. This air machine only takes quarters.. I went inside and asked the cashier for quarters for the 2 one dollar bills.. she said she doesn't have any and pointed to a sign that says no quarters.. the subway in the store has a machine that dispenses the change, no help... it took about 15 min to get change for the bills.. I put the 2 dollars and it worked but there wasn't enough pressure for it to pump it up.. it did absolutely nothing.. now I have .50 cents. I went inside and told the lady what happened and see if she can press the button to make it work.. she said button broke months ago.. I asked her if it's OK if I leave it there for a few hours so I can go home and get my Jack. She said I can't leave it there more than an hour.. I told her I live an hour away and she said I'm sorry I can't have it block the machine just in case if somebody wants to use it. I told her it's broken who's gonna use it? She told me that she's not going to argue with me and that I need to move it.. so they don't have any quarters, their button to turn the machine on is broken, I have a complete flat, come to find out my spare js flat, I don't even have a jack, and then my wife calls me and tells me that our kid is sick and I need to pick him up from school and also my service animal was being brought to me at 3:30pm.. So I backed my car up straight back on the rim and just my luck it was handicap-able parking.. I didn't care. I had one somewhere.. I took an Uber to go pick my son up from school then Ubered home just in time for my service dog to get there.. well then I had to take my son to the hospital because of a high fever.. at 9:30 pm I called this f-in place to let them know what was going on with my kid and asked if I can deal with it tomorrow and they said no they will tow my car for being handicap even after telling her I have a handicap sticker... so now I'm waiting for my wife to get here to the hospital and I have to take an Uber to try and fix the flat. I swear to god, if my service animal wasn't with me today. I would've been hospitalized today..

I was in need of a gas station in the area as my friend ran out of gas less than a mile away. When I exited the vehicle , the attendant told me he could help me and informed me it was full service. I had a gas can that needed to be filled which was done quickly. He told me my pay options and that he would go inside to the register to pay for me. I literally did not life a finger. They also, cleaned my mirrors and windows. It was wonderful.
