The guy William who works here is literally the worst circle k worker. I watched him tell more than 3 customers he couldn't help them with basic things. It your job to help customers so if you don't want to help them then get a different job dude. You work in customer service... Chris male white golden brownish hair glasses is a rude very very rude man. He was not able to properly conduct himself in a manner of a regular question. My wife is pregnant and asked if their was a restroom. He answered In a way that was stupid aggressive. Could have simply said we do not have public restroom available instead he Looked her up and down and immediately judged her. I get it this location is in a college town and there are bums out side the area but that doesn't mean all of your customers fit that criteria. We love circle k and choose this convenient store over many others but never been treated in such a manner this is my first complaint ever and I'm extremely upset about it. If he doesn't like his job there are plenty of endless opportunities around that area where he can practice is rudeness. he knows what he signed up for when he has that shirt on and clocks in he represents your company and this momment he only represented himself in a foul way. Give that man some counseling or he is not going to make it anywhere. The wrong person at the wrong time will not take his customer service lightly and no one needs that to happen to a human being who simply brought his home life into the work environment a hostile one at that towards your customers is embarrassing. A couple days ago the store was closed because you have a pregnant woman who works for you there using the bathroom for herself the sign said "will be back at 10:30 " it was 10:50 and a line of people out side but who could be to upset at a person with a whole human in them and needed to handle things. the customers waiting out side we're upset called her all types of names and she handled herself extremely well due. To all of the circumstances I applaud her extremely.. but your boy chris needs a huge attitude adjustment. read more

Circle K - That's him mr rude pants - Gas Stations Near Me - Tempe, Arizona

Needed emergency milk and didn't want to go too far. Paid $3.69 for a gallon of milk when everywhere else it is $1.89-2.00. I hate myself for buying it as i was almost paying twice as much and that doesn't sit well with me. I don't like throwing out $$. The place outside is always dirty, with flying paper, debris and cartons you bump into when you walk if you are not careful. Store inside looks grimy. I wouldn't drink coffee from a place like this even if I withdrawing from caffeine. Strange looking folks there --make me nervous. Won't be back. read more

I've had a lot of bad experiences at gas stations over the years. It's not the best job and this location isn't exactly in the best area. The brown male cashier with long hair you have at this location is always in a bad mood and ruins my day by just walking into this establishment. He rarely acknowledges people in the store and he's always blasting rap music. Honestly he looks miserable like he's withdrawing off drugs or something. This is the closest circle k to my house so I am a frequent customer but I have had several bad run ins with a woman cashier who I believe is named Tasmean. The first bad experience happened when I went to buy beer with my valid drivers license. I walked to the Register with the beer and a few other items and gave her my Id. She looked at it and immediately said "I'm not doing this tonight." And asked me to leave or she would call the cops. My drivers license is out of state but valid and has been excepted by everyone else at this store and any other store. This then happened to my roommate. Another time she refused to sell me propane because it was after dark and again threatened to call the cops. She needs to go read more

Being new to the area. I like to take my morning stroll here to get my coffee. Which I think is better than Dunkin Donuts Coffee and 1/3 of the price of what they charge. How could you go wrong with $1 a cup for any size from 1pm - 1am. This place is more than just a corner store. I seen someone buying a carton eggs from here. I don't know the freshness of them but who am I to judge. This is a one stop shop for me. From coffee to breakfast to booze. Too bad they don't have stock for this store. read more

So, I had a morning meeting and stopped at this Circle K for a cup of decaf on my way back. I parked on the Priest Road side and had to walk over a huge semi-flattened cardboard box to get to the door (or else walk behind a vehicle that was about to back out). Nothing outside had been cleaned or swept in years, apparently. The inside of the store was no cleaner. It was about 10 a.m. and there was a sign on the decaf pot saying it was not available, but please ask and they would brew some. Like I wanted to hang around this crap-hole of a Circle K while they brewed a pot of coffee. Yuck. read more

I can't wait until QT reopens down the street. This parking lot is horrible, you are trapped until you can pull through getting gas. The cashier that's walkways there, woman with accent, will forget your items and take FOREVER checking you out, they are always out of coffee and the outside always looks like it hasn't been swept in decades. read more

Parking lot is way too small but staff is almost always super friendly. I am particularly fond of a man who works evenings named Luis. I have seen him several times a week for the last year since I moved to the area and now that the station seems to be closed (temporarily I hope) I am missing Luis and the rest of the friendly and helpful staff. read more

I get that it's Circle K and that one's expectations generally aren't that high, but wow. This could possibly be the worst Circle K I've been to, and that's saying a lot. There are gas pumps... Two of them. In a lot that is so small that anytime you pull in you run the risk of running into someone or having someone run into you. Any time I've ever been there there's almost been an accident. It's almost impossible to maneuver your car in and out of parking spots. And if you try to get gas first thing in the morning, you'll be waiting a while. Because there are only 2 pumps, only 4 cars can gas up at a time. And it's usually big construction trucks that sit their trucks at the pump then take their sweet time inside and pumping. Meanwhile, you're sitting there, waiting. Finally a car leaves, but of course it's on the wrong side, and you can't get out of the spot you're in so you keep waiting. Worst place to get gas, ever! The staff is less than friendly, and there's one lady there who will always point towards the UCF change bucket as you're checking out and say, "Help the children?" If you say yes, and drop a few coins in you get a "Have a blessed day." If you don't, say you're paying with a card and have no cash, you get met with stink-eye and a grudging, "Have a nice day." Don't try to guilt me into giving to charity! I'm pretty sure i've done more for charity than you ever will. The homeless crackheads love to sit outside, staring at you as you go in and out, which is almost worse than panhandling. It's just creepy. Basically, I'd avoid this Circle K unless you are in dire straights. There's another one on 8th St and Alma School which is far less scary with more gas pumps. Go there instead! read more

Honestly the low rating is mainly due to the staff. Some are good, but others probably shouldn't interact with people. The last few times I've gone there in the afternoon, I've contemplated leaving because of the girl who was working. I don't know her name. Not much to say about her appearance other than the fact that shes blonde and always has a resting b**** face. I get that going to work isn't fun, but when you have to roll your eyes and sigh heavily once a customer comes up to your register, you just make yourself out to be lazy and it's off putting. She doesn't really do much of anything, just sits there and barely says a word. Not even a "Thanks" or "have a nice day". I don't know who in their right minds would hire this girl, or keep her around for as long as shes been there... (which I believe has only been a few months) Although this Circle K is right next to my house, I'm willing to drive a few miles for better service somewhere else. read more
