Typical 7 Eleven. Not much to report. At least it isn't a filthy pit like the one on Paramount Blvd in Long Beach!

The employees there at night are rude. Constantly on their phone instead of helping customers.

Happy to be leaving a better review this time around- I took a break from Infusion after my last…read moreexperience to explore some other local coffee places, but the beautiful interior, great music, and the delicious coffee keeps me coming back. I had their regular cold brew with a splash of cream and a Sunrise Sandwich- both were so good! The cold brew had a lovely aftertaste that in my opinion, reminded me of dark chocolate and whiskey. Service was also fantastic- the lovely barista was thorough in her explanations of each cold coffee option to help me find what I was looking for! My sandwich was also lovely- the Sunrise Sandwich on an Everything Bagel is easily my favorite breakfast sandwich in Tempe. The Basil Pesto adds a bit of freshness to an otherwise very rich sandwich. Also stopped in a few more times on my evening walks for a Lavender Haze (seasonal earl grey sage honey drink: EXCELLENT!) and their seasonal energy drink- it was a Sunset Spritz (energy with grapefruit pink cordial): both delicious. Happy to say service has improved greatly. Employees are on task and happy to answer my questions. The drinks on the seasonal menu are very good, and their classics are also great. If you're going to go soon, I'm a big fan of the Sage honey and a big fan of the cordial syrup on the 2026 Spring Menu. Will definitely be hitting Infusion up for some future study sessions. Glad to see Infusion takes customer feedback seriously.

There is plenty of seating that can accommodate different size groups. I went with a pour-over, Brazil at the recommendation of the barista. It did not disappoint, great flavor. The rest of our group were happy with their drink selections. The pastries were a good accompaniment. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about their menu. I will be visiting again.

The cashier was super friendly as she welcomed us in and took our order. We ordered one berry matcha and two croissants - one pistachio and one regular. It was already later in the day - close to their closing time so a lot of pastries were already sold out for the day. Both croissants were DELICIOUS. They were flakey, buttery, and super yummy. They also had a nice little crisp to them. The matcha really wasn't our favorite as it was too bitter and we couldn't taste the flavoring. There were a few tables outside with chairs. I cant wait to be back for some more croissants!

They were located in an industrial warehouse type area. The inside is super small and no tables. Right when you enter they have all the pastries laid out. Cookies, croissants, breads, cinnamon rolls, lots of options. We ordered 2 lattes- a pumpkin pie and caramelized pistachio. We got a breakfast sandwich, cinnamon roll and cookie. The pastries and sandwich were all fabulous! Great flavor and freshly baked. The lattes were a bit watered down and not a super strong bean. I would definitely go back for the pastries if I happen to be in the area on a weekday again.

One room is set up with more traditional tables and chairs and the other room has a very cozy atmosphere with couches and comfortable upholstered chairs. The shop was extremely busy, but the noise level was surprisingly not that loud. The barista was extremely customer friendly and even though he had multiple orders before me, he finished my drink in record time! I got an iced Rose Vanilla Latte with oatmilk and it was phenomenal! The drink was a perfect balance of flavors and you can taste the coffee, the coffee tasted rich, bodied, and high quality. The balance of ice and drink was great, the drink did not have too much ice and it was cold enough. Overall I had a great experience with Steve's Espresso and I am looking forward to visiting again and trying their other drinks and their food.

I drove from Glendale to Tempe on Sunday morning, just for this coffee experience! I was so happy to find dedicated parking (turn into the parking structure at the address) and Shibam's entrance is just steps away! The service was great and it was plenty of seating available, even though it's a small place inside. I appreciated the fast, friendly service. I chose the Shibam latte (gotta go for the namesake for the 1st visit) and a beef sambusa! The latte was beautifully delicious and the sambusa was flaky and so flavorful! I am gonna add to my order and get the potato sambusa next time! I loved the tactile experience of grabbing the cup of coffee, balancing the filled-to-the-rim cup of coffee and guiding the cup to my lips! Just delightful! I will definitely be back and next time bring friends!

I came here on a Sunday. Parking is available near the garage or street. The barista working that day was super helpful. He showed me the menu of different coffees and teas. I'm thought about it days after and can't wait to go back. Clean tables and inviting environment. I'll be back!
