I would not get gas here as price is much higher than any place further away from airport. Price hiking in full gear here.

This place shows absolutely no sympathy for veterans who are in need. Why did I risk my life and fight for a country and it's freedom to be treated like this. My car had a flat tire to the rim.. I parked right in front of the machine to get air... after realizing I had taken out my debt card at home and forgot to put it back in my wallet, I only had 2 dollar bills and 2 quarters in my car. This air machine only takes quarters.. I went inside and asked the cashier for quarters for the 2 one dollar bills.. she said she doesn't have any and pointed to a sign that says no quarters.. the subway in the store has a machine that dispenses the change, no help... it took about 15 min to get change for the bills.. I put the 2 dollars and it worked but there wasn't enough pressure for it to pump it up.. it did absolutely nothing.. now I have .50 cents. I went inside and told the lady what happened and see if she can press the button to make it work.. she said button broke months ago.. I asked her if it's OK if I leave it there for a few hours so I can go home and get my Jack. She said I can't leave it there more than an hour.. I told her I live an hour away and she said I'm sorry I can't have it block the machine just in case if somebody wants to use it. I told her it's broken who's gonna use it? She told me that she's not going to argue with me and that I need to move it.. so they don't have any quarters, their button to turn the machine on is broken, I have a complete flat, come to find out my spare js flat, I don't even have a jack, and then my wife calls me and tells me that our kid is sick and I need to pick him up from school and also my service animal was being brought to me at 3:30pm.. So I backed my car up straight back on the rim and just my luck it was handicap-able parking.. I didn't care. I had one somewhere.. I took an Uber to go pick my son up from school then Ubered home just in time for my service dog to get there.. well then I had to take my son to the hospital because of a high fever.. at 9:30 pm I called this f-in place to let them know what was going on with my kid and asked if I can deal with it tomorrow and they said no they will tow my car for being handicap even after telling her I have a handicap sticker... so now I'm waiting for my wife to get here to the hospital and I have to take an Uber to try and fix the flat. I swear to god, if my service animal wasn't with me today. I would've been hospitalized today.. read more

My daughters car barely rolled in the gas station as it was breaking down... Went in and asked the most wonderful woman if we could park the car here until our tow truck could come.... she said yes no problem and while my daughter had to go to the ladies room, due to being pregnant I went outside and started pushing the car into a parking spot and all of a sudden I saw Demettress, The wonderful woman behind the counter helping me push the car! Shady. That's my opinion of this Shell stations tactics on selling gas to those looking for a good price. Their curbside sign only states the 87 grade price and includes a "cash price" addition. So basically they charge a lower fee for cash and debit and a larger sum for credit purchases. The kicker being that if you use your debit card outside, to get the lower price you have to walk inside to get a refund in cash (read: change). Now while I agree that walking in 75 feet is not that bad to receive a lower price for gas, it's the whole methodology that irks me. They are counting on you to NOT go inside for the refund. My analogy to this practice is the same as mail-in rebates. Yes, it's advertised at the lower price but in order to get the lower price you have to first pay in full and then take extra steps to get that lower price. That's why I think its shady. Past that I have dealt with rude cashiers in this location and that's a real shame being that this is the closest Shell station to my house. The bright side is that the QT a block west has the same price without the hoops to jump through, amen. read more

The manager at this gas station Demetris is amazing. My brother in law had his car keys stolen here and the manager was so helpful. She let us look at the security cam and helped us figure out who the guy was who took them. Even though we didn't get our keys back she did everything to help us with our search! So kind and helpful!! She deserves a bonus! read more

I just came here to put some gas and air my tires, when I went to the cashier I found my self talking with two guys the classic redneck from Arizona and another guy, I told them if they could turn on the air machine for me the white boy told me that they couldn't do it, I told me if it wasn't by law that they needed to turn it on for me, they said that they couldn't that I needed to pay the 1.50 for air for my tires, eventually I did and their machine didn't work, they told me that I needed to be a customer to put air (?) I would not go there if they were the last place on earth. The help and so called manager was very rude and unprofessional. Plus their fuel was 50 cents higher than anyone else in the area. No stars here. This rating service will not let you post unless you put at least one star up. This place gets five thumbs down. read more

Horrible!!! Coffee machines are not kept up to date clerk couldn't b bothered to help gave me attitude for asking for a bag to hold my stuff .. go to the qt never going here again sorry u lost business for u and subway!!! read more

The tiny cash price label (scam-ish?) is indeed pretty crappy and normally would be worth a 1- star review. However, the staff are always very friendly and very quick to ring up your overpriced candy, snacks or beverages. Debit purchases are so slow that a cashier will open up a second register to keep the lines moving. Much appreciated! read more

They charged 3.60/gallon for diesel when most places in town were charging 2.50/gallon. My fault for not checking the price before buying but what kind of business charges more than a dollar more per gallon than everyone else? It's not even a nice station.. Total rip off, buyer beware. read more
