It blows me away how this employee continues to keep his job being that his customer service does…read morenothing but get complaints. And I know for a fact I am not the only one. The only reason he even acknowledged my presence today was because there was another customer in the store. Usually when I come in he leaves the counter and starts acting like he's busy cleaning. I've tried numerous times to get his attention for help at the register and he flat out ignores me with his back to me. Today he asked "what do you need behind the counter?" And I said "2 packs of Camel Blues." He rang me up, I paid and he gave me my cigarettes. When he handed them to me I said "you gave me the wrong kind, these are Camel Crush." And he said "well you said 2 packs of Camel Crush." No, I sure didn't. I've been smoking the same kind of cigarettes for 24 years, and I've been buying the same kind of cigarettes at this store for 24 years- don't tell me what I said. He threw a fit because he had to do a refund, huffin and puffin and talking under his breath while he was doing it. It's just unfortunate that people like him keep jobs when they treat customers like trash and don't do their job and just rack up complaints. The ONLY reason this fool still has a job is because he has family in management. Pathetic really. Every other employee at this location is great and never once had any problem other than with this punk kid that works nights. Maybe management should step it up and do something about this kid instead of letting him keep his position that could be filled with someone else who actually treats customers with respect and does his/her job.

Keep in mind you have to scroll down on the menu on the gas pump by selecting "more" to get to the $6 express wash. The machine as you enter the car wash has seen much better days but it will talk you through getting the code entered. Did the car wash get all the bird poop off? No. But for $6 I'm happy with the 90% success rate.

So to anyone that doesn't know the following, LIKE the people who run Circle K obviously, vendors offer promo pricing to retailers for the purpose of getting the retailer to place items on sale so that they sell more product through said retailers. The idea is the vendor (Coke in this case) gives the retailer promo pricing so they can extend the promo pricing to the consumer. So this is an indictment of both Circle K AND Coca-cola, who distributes vitamin water. I went here to buy some large (32oz) size vitamin waters. I purchased 4 because I wanted at least 4 to hold me over a couple days, but the problem was there was no promo pricing anywhere for these vitamin waters. So I stuck with 4 and went to the register. One I checked out and got my receipt I noticed a discount for the amount of one vitamin water. So the deal I've seen elsewhere has been buy 2 get 1 free, but since I didn't see any promo pricing and didn't feel like driving to a different retailer, I just grabbed the 4. Now I drink vitamin water every day, mostly because I STOPPED drinking energy drinks that have about 60+ grams of sugar with these because they have about a 1/3 of that. Still not great, I know, but it's way better than energy drinks and sodas. Now given that I drink a lot of them, had I known the promo price was good here as well, I would have bought a total of 6 so I could get basically buy 4 get 2 free. So shame on Coke for not having their pricing displayed and shame on Circle k for NOT ONLY not having pricing displayed but having employees working that don't even know the promos let alone be willing to tell you, "hey those are buy 2 get one free" so I, the consumer, could make a more educated and informed decision on my purchase for this day. I am only give the second star because they DID at least have my flavor in stock with plenty.

I stopped in for a salty snack this time, but I normally get coffee, and sometimes Cinnamon coffee my favorite. The staff had always been friendly. And the store is always clean.

The premises was dirty, dirty, dirty- I guess it's cuz you can't spell 'CLEAN' with a 'K' I was surprised to see a sanitation station mounted on the pumps with 'fuel gloves', which are plastic gloves to use so you don't have to touch the pumps. Also they had hand sanitzer at the ready. Kinda ironic considering the place is a dump.
