The cashier was equally parts smug and unhelpful and said that she gave me what I had asked for. I asked to speak to the manager who basically told me that there was nothing they could do for me.. Fortunately, a gentleman was there buying lottery tickets and he offered to take them off of my hands. I hope that he wins the jackpot and that I never make the mistake of stopping there again.

There is a 35cent charge to use your debit card, par for Arco stations, and they don't take credit cards. But at least thru don't put a cash only price in the marquee and then gouge you for a dime more per gallon when you use your card.

I always buy the one in the plastic cup because their foam cups crack and split because I don't drink from a straw, and their foam cups rely on their lid not to split down the side. The slim Jim rings up 1.99. The lady who I presume is a manager is sitting on the floor cutting up boxes, and when the clerk asked her she said it's 45oz and less. I pointed out the sign days any size polar pop, to which she said "well I'm telling you now" and simply went back to cutting her boxes up, never even stood up to address me in her rude disrespectful fashion. Once she made her statement, she completely dismissed me to go back to cutting up her boxes. Also took place in front about four other customers that's infuriating and humiliating at the same time and therefore I will never step foot into a circle again when you are a business that there's a competitor on every single corner you need to sell your customer service because you're certainly not cheaper than anybody else so all you have going for you is your customer service and this lady here even though this doesn't represent Circle K has a whole she does represent Circle K's a whole because her business has their name on it. If Circle K as a corporation condones this type of behavior then make a separate room where you can take a Customer and then just brow beat the heck out of them and they don't have to be humiliated in front of their fellow customers. I've gone to quick trip with my kids…read more4-5 different sets of times and they never have the ice cream stocked... that's not coincidence, that's complacency and laziness at the highest level. #2: I live behind this quick trip in units so I'm forced to go here for everything I need for the day. As a regular I order the pizza for my family because it is delicious but when I do online order and it tells me ready by time there hasent been one instance of it being ready and on time. In fact most of the time when I pick it up, they are just putting it into the oven keeping me waiting there for 20 more minutes for pizza that should have already been done. #2.1: we order breakfast pizza routinely and recently it's cooked under cooked, dough is doughy in the middle and not crisp and pizza like. Not sure if your oven is broken or workers not doing time correct but maybe something to look into. #3: your energy drinks are never stocked correctly there is always holes here where drinks are missing because the assistant manager is not properly re ordering popular stock to keep inventory kept up. #4: id say 20-40% of the time I go there is a different homeless guy or girl bugging us as we walk into the door. I'm not a fan of that. Please have your staff pay attention to pan handling, it's extremely obnoxious to deal with. Staff needs an overhaul here, and training. For a regular that goes into this store 2-4 times a week it's honestly a gas station I would NOT recommend to friends and family. Convenience is the only reason I go.

It blows me away how this employee continues to keep his job being that his customer service does…read morenothing but get complaints. And I know for a fact I am not the only one. The only reason he even acknowledged my presence today was because there was another customer in the store. Usually when I come in he leaves the counter and starts acting like he's busy cleaning. And I said "2 packs of Camel Blues." He rang me up, I paid and he gave me my cigarettes. When he handed them to me I said "you gave me the wrong kind, these are Camel Crush." And he said "well you said 2 packs of Camel Crush." No, I sure didn't. I've been smoking the same kind of cigarettes for 24 years, and I've been buying the same kind of cigarettes at this store for 24 years- don't tell me what I said. He threw a fit because he had to do a refund, huffin and puffin and talking under his breath while he was doing it. It's just unfortunate that people like him keep jobs when they treat customers like trash and don't do their job and just rack up complaints. The ONLY reason this fool still has a job is because he has family in management. Pathetic really. Every other employee at this location is great and never once had any problem other than with this punk kid that works nights. Maybe management should step it up and do something about this kid instead of letting him keep his position that could be filled with someone else who actually treats customers with respect and does his/her job.

The floors are already usually sticky in most Circle K locations, but this just made it worse. What really stood out was the employee working, who I believe said his name was David. He was loudly saying things like "what the f* this f* s* s* f* I don't know what the f* this f* thing" and then told a customer "it's not your fault this s* is f*." I get that people have bad days, but that kind of language and attitude in front of customers is not okay. It just adds to the overall rough feel of the place. Between the condition of the store and the way things were handled, this was not a good experience. I won't be coming back to this location.
