It seemed like about 20-25% of their floorspace is alcohol, but in the rest they have a very wide variety of things, tailored to the local college student population. They have a small selection of fresh produce, they have fresh meats and cheeses, as well as a lot of canned/preserved foods and frozen foods. They also have a small/basic selection of pet supplies and they have kitchen utensils. Overall this seems like a very versatile shop, having just about everything you need, until 2am. The place was clean, well lit, and I was very comfortable shopping late at night. The cashier was polite and friendly, though he didn't offer me a receipt and I didn't notice until later, and I would have liked one. Oh well. The entire shop is clean, extremely well organized, and so packed with goodies that you can spend a few hours just wondering. They do sell groceries, many of the basics you need. I did some checking of prices and truly, you may pay a few more cents then going down to the local grocery store, but overall...it wasn't that out of whack! Everyone working was friendly and pleasant and open to questions, responding with suggestions and ideas as well as information. What a true gem in the middle of a busy mixed-use space including restaurants and apartments and other event venues. They have a huge patio and we were told it was 100% dog friendly and they are even to welcome to come into the store to shop with their owners, as long as they are well-behaved. Ariel is "top of game" -- professional , knowledgeable , friendly and assisted us in getting my husband's medications efficiently and quickly . Ariel is a stellar person . Thank you . We returned to pick up the medications which were ready in a few hours ! This is great service ! We were greeted by Ariel again Gwen, Elijah -and Ashley . All super nice , professional and courteous ! This is how professionalism and "customer service" makes people who go to this Walgreens location wanting to return because of the human factor and knowledge that is presented by these employees ! I was coming to the end of stash... over 30 days in AZ. I have had meds from Walgreens before. I called Friday 12... the process is the Walgreens call the Ohio Pharmacy to transfer order. With 3 hr time difference..Did not get to them before closing. I actually went to AZ pharmacy Pharmacist called even over the weekend that I still needed b/ p meds. Yes I have missed now and blood pressure 202/83 and 170/92 respectfully I called first thing on Monday, spoke with female... she was very nonchalant and appeared not interested in my story. Now Tuesday arrived since I received text med "in processing" now it appears it is filled at a different location. Very poor customer service!! Also can contribute to do harm to people. Some do not be working in healthcare!!!
