I've always been a QT person but they're not in Sedona, Cottonwood, Camp Verde, or Flagstaff and that's where I go frolicking and adventuring in the summer so I've started to pay attention to the ones in Gilbert and this one is incredibly clean and the customer service is always great which a lot of Circle K's are sorely lacking in general. This is a newer store. Very well organized & stocked. Great customer service. Lots of gas pumps for your fuel needs.

Clean exterior and pump was functioning. It was easy to enter and exit. Though we did not go inside, it seemed to be clean & easy to make a quick stop in. If in the area, this is a solid place to fuel up your vehicle or even fuel up yourself with a drink/snack. read more

This is my local Circle K & the ladies working are beyond great! Very nice & friendly environment every time

Location seems kept up and clean from the outside. Did not venture inside. Pumps seem in good working order and gas is comparable price to surrounding locations. Handicap spots in front of entrance for easy access. Parking lot is easy enough to maneuver with 8 normal parking spots. read more

After a horrible experience at another location.... Entering here was lovely! Betty greeted me upon entry with a hello and a smile! Made herself available at her register, along side the self checkout. Patrons made their way to both by preference! I chose Betty to assist in my checkout. Quick friendly service with a smile! Love this Circle K. The staff is friendly, the ingress and egress is convenient and they always have what I want. One time when pumping gas I had to go inside and another time the fountain machines weren't working. The staff was working on it and apologized for the inconvenience. Stay Away!!! At 10pm on December 5th. Front cashier woman was extremely rude, HIGH out of her mind. Could barley open her eyes. Trying to confirm with her what pump my car was at to give her $40 cash to fill up. Told me "well I can't see through a wall". Who hired this child!? Back to QT I go read more

This place appears pretty clean which is nice, though the bathrooms could do with some work. However this place is consistently out of coffee and half and half. The line is always super long, though they get through it relatively quickly. There is not enough staff to keep things running smoothly since they are consistently out of coffee, cream, etc. These things should be kept up with, especially at a store right by the freeway where many people stop in. Also the Red Boxes outside are not calibrated properly and are a pain, and while I am sure has nothing do do with Circle K itself it does add a lot of frustration to an already frustrating stop. I mean I guess I will just stop at an actual coffee place instead to save a wasted trip. As much as I would like to give Circle K more stars, this has continued to be a problem for a while now. read more

The owner is foregin and doesn't seem to understand what customer service means. He asked me for ID when I bought cigarettes and then asked if I was 18. Why not just look at the ID? I said "No" because I couldnt undertsand his broken english and then he said "Can I ask you a favor?" I replied "Sure!" He said "Don't ever come back here again!". Love the connivence of this being located across from my house however the night shift lady with the short red hair is a god damn nightmare. Consistently makes snide comments on how my ID doesn't look like me because I don't look the same and I'm much skinner. This was a nightly occurrence until i quit giving them my business. I'm sorry that my weight lose is a inconvenience to your ability to correctly match my ID to myself. She even had the audacity to tell my 33 year old husband that he needs to get a Arizona license when we are dual residents of here and California because her machine cannot read out of state licenses. The worst incident with this lady was refusing to allow me to use a joint bank account card with my husbands name on it when my card wouldn't read. She's a nightmare. DO NOT GO.... read more

They would not turn the pump on for me and wouldnt give me change for a $100 dollar bill so i could l get quarters for the pump either. Apparently it was there company policy. In the last number of months this store has went down hill so fast. I go in their and the floor is dirty, the fountain area is messy. Their is ice piled up in the fountain area. It is gross. Plus you have at least one employee outside smoking while their are lines in the store. Then the cashiers are talking to their friends while people are waiting in line. I do not know what is going on with this store but it has went down really quickly. I usually go out of my way to go to another store in the area but sometimes I just need to run in and get something on my way home and this store is more convenient but thinking I would rather pay a little more and go to QT then stop at a store that looks like this. read more

This is the worst circle k iv'e ever experienced. I went to get some reduced bus passes, and the customer service was terrible she was arguing with me. I was requested to bring in proof of insurance so I can pay for reduced bus fair. I am never going back to that store ever again. I would rather walk 3 extra miles to get to a circle k that sells bus passes. The store manager put away the bus passes so no one would sell them what a jerk right? I went in this morning and she was arguingin with me and told me that the store manager locked them in the safe after arguing with me the whole time. The person who argued with me is a old red headed lady with no respect to younger adults. Learn to have mutual respect please and thanks. read more
